The Bali 4.8 design was new to the market in 2020 and provided a fresh approach to sailing. The design is revolutionary in how space is accessed, with deliberate attention to flow and open space. It succeeds in producing a scale that feels less like a boat, and more like an upscale floating condominium. Bali catamarans are known and appreciated for their unparalleled success in blending luxury, space, and performance; producing a sailing experience that is unparalleled. This new design further capitalizes on that reputation with the advent of the “Bali garage door” that is the centerpiece of the yacht. It allows for the aft wall of the yacht to simply disappear, opening up the back of the yacht to an unobstructed view of paradise. This also affords indoor/outdoor dining options and gives the ever-present Bahamas breeze ample opportunity to make its way through the yacht with ease. With her solid foredeck gone are the forward trampolines, replaced by a large relaxing lounge area complete with cushions for sunbathing. A full-sized door provides access directly from the lounge area into the salon, allowing free movement through the yacht. A walk up to the flybridge unveils a seating area perfect for cocktails and taking in sunsets. There is also another area for sunbathing on the flybridge where you can take in the sights of the islands from the highest vantage point on the yacht. The Bali open space design is further complimented by the superior outfit of Harmony. No detail has been left unnoticed from the fine linens, pillows and throws to the wine glasses, serving and flatware that make every day feel luxurious. She has been stocked full with every appliance and kitchen accessory to allow the chef to fully showcase the mastery of their art. And the water toys abound, allowing guests to fully experience all the Bahamas has to offer, both in and out of the water. Harmony will accommodate 8 charter guests in 4 spacious queen cabins. She has solar panels, air conditioning, water maker, ice maker, full sized refrigerator, a fully customizable menu, Caribbean made ecofriendly and reef safe toiletries, a bar stocked to guest preference, coffee/espresso machine, rendezvous scuba diving, snorkeling gear, underwater scooters, subwing, stand up paddle board, towable water tube, 10 ft. floating dock, pool noodles, fishing gear, board and card games, television in the salon, Fusion 3 Bluetooth enabled sound system and Harmony branded giveaways.

4 queen berth guest cabins each with a private en-suite electric head, shower and sink/vanity.
All cabins have individually controlled air-conditioning for each cabins comfort.
Top desk fly-bridge with lounging and seating with a 360 degree view.
Forward cockpit and lounge and dining area.
Aft cockpit with seating and dining accommodations.
Main deck has a bright and airy main salon (fully air-conditioned) as the galley direct access to the forward cockpit lounge area.

Chef
Adhika Malhotra

Growing up on the Jersey Shore, between green forests and sandy beaches, Adhika has always loved the outdoors and life by the water. She spent a lot of her youth going on camping, kayaking and fishing trips with her family, and has trekked through a dozen US National Parks. Adhika also spent time traveling abroad to visit relatives in the UK, Europe, Kenya and India, which created a lifelong desire to travel. Coming from a large, international family, Adhika is inspired by different cultures and cuisines, and also knows the importance of gathering around the table for meal time.

This love for creating memories around food lead Adhika to pursue degrees in both Hospitality Management and Marketing. Adhika spent time as a restaurant manager in Downtown Philadelphia. She says that delivering service is "like a dance" and thrives off the energy of being around guests and getting into a flow while cooking. Having longed for a career that allowed her to be outdoors and see the world, Adhika worked full time on an organic vegetable and flower farm, growing and harvesting. She even practiced cooking for a crowd and would create elaborate spreads for crew and friends, using produce grown on the farm. Her passion for cooking only grew stronger and her dishes became more creative once she got closer to the source of the food. Adhika refined her cooking skills at culinary school in Ashburton, UK and also holds a Level II Award in Wines from The Wine and Spirits Education Trust.

Adhika's dream is to build community through travel, cooking, supporting local food systems and being outdoors. Discovering the world of yachting and chartering sailing yachts around the Mediterranean has allowed her to create a lifestyle around her passions and share core memories with people from around the world.

Thank you for serving us with grace, ease, and humor.
I knew what to expect with the boat, but getting to know the captain and crew was an unexpected joy on this special trip. Thank you for serving us with grace, ease, and humor. Y'all will forever be in our memories of this trip of a lifetime. Till next time! [George & Gillian]
The mother of all vacations!
The mother of all vacations! Thank you for this amazing week. We are very happy for meeting all of you. You made this vacation very fun! I for sure didn't get bored because you all had amazing activities. I'll miss all of you but you guys will always be in my mind, with the memories we made together.
(Nov 2023) - We saw and experienced more things on this trip than we have on multiple other, vacations combined.
Our family just had the trip of a lifetime!! Caleb and Adhika thought of everything and more!! They truly catered every part of the experience to us. The food, the adventure, the planning, their thoughtfulness was second to none. Every day Caleb’s had surprises up his sleeves and fun experiences for us and my boys. We did some adventures we’ve never done before, including spearfishing. As a mama bear, I felt completely safe, knowing Caleb’s was taking care of us. He was always on guard looking out, making sure everyone was safe!! I even felt comfortable enough to swim with sharks!!! Not only were our adventures so fun, creative and unique, his timing was also perfect. He knew the exact time we should get somewhere for the perfect tide, or the perfect view. Every adventure we went on, was well thought out, and he always had everything we needed and more. Caleb’s’s passion and knowledge for the catamaran, the ocean life, and the Bahamas was so impressive. He answered so many questions for us, and taught us so much. I will also never be able to thank him enough for teaching my husband and son to Spearfish, definitely a core memory, for them. Adhika made sure we were constantly fed the most delicious meals snacks and drinks, for the whole week (her cocktails were always on point and the best drinks I’ve ever had)!! Every meal was incredibly delicious, different and full of good, homemade healthy food. I personally have never eaten so much amazing food!! We had so many activities that it was important to stay fueled up, and Adhika went above and beyond for everything we ate. You can tell she has a true talent for cooking and hospitality. She definitely takes care of you with her whole heart and soul, and works nonstop to make sure every need for everyone in our family was met. And that’s not an easy task with two teenage boys. We happen to be there during Thanksgiving and her Thanksgiving. Dinner was the best I’ve had in years. She spatchcock a turkey for us and made us the most delicious Thanksgiving feast, we felt so spoiled. She also surprised my husband with an amazing birthday cake!! I honestly do not have one negative thing to say, we are so grateful and feel so incredibly thankful to have had Adhika and Caleb curate such an amazing trip for us. They are two of the most hard-working good hearted, incredibly intelligent people we’ve had the pleasure of getting to know!! We saw and experienced more things on this trip than we have on multiple other, vacations combined. We can’t wait to return and are planning many more catamaran vacations in the future. This was truly the best way to experience what the world has to offer.

Adi's food and table presence was next level- she made sure everyone was taken care of with any dietary restrictions they could have. 10/10. And Caleb was excellent- he attended to every need and made sure we did everything we wanted to do: fishing, snorkeling, water sports - days full of activities! 10/10. You have an amazing crew here. The boat was lovely - everything worked perfectly!!! Looking forward to our next charter!
March 2024
We don't know where to begin! We have to start with Caleb and Adhika who set the stage for amazing trip. From their hospitality, to local knowledge and skill, to the amazing food created by Adhika, we could not have asked for anything more. Our stops at the sea "aquarium", the conch fishing/hunting, the turtles at Shroud Cay, the sand bars, and visiting the many little hidden spots made this an unforgettable trip. Caleb and Adhika can't be beat, they are simply amazing! We can't wait to sail with them again one day. - Jeff, Katherine, Zach (9), Elizabeth (7)
April 2024
Dear Adhika & Caleb, Thank you for such a wonderful week on Harmony. We are a challenging group to please, given our culinary and dietary demands, our previous boating experiences, and our familiarity with the Bahamas, but you absolutely exceeded our expectations. Your level of service and constant drive to "wow" us with another magical site or an original, delicious meal has made this such a memorable holiday. It is not surprising that the baby pigs, reef sharks and Hawksbill turtles will remain ingrained in our Exumas experience and memories, but its the sheer overall beauty of the many spots, and the colors of the sea and beaches that will be truly and permanently painted in our minds...Wading thru the shallow water at Boot Cay beach, the broken pieces of conch along the little sand banks, the dolphins rolling over all around us on our journey up to Highbourne Cay, and so so much more. The atmosphere on the boat is made so pleasant by the smoothness with which you collaborate, and finally, the food: Adhika - you have an extraordinary talent in the kitchen. We were all in awe of seeing you labor away for hours, preparing our meals...and the effort paid off every time. The mango-pepper curry sauce the first night set off a week of culinary delights. As I said, we are not easy to please when it comes to eating, but we loved all your dishes. Thank you both and hope to see you next year. - Noelle, and on behalf of the Lami Family Dear Adhika and Caleb, What can we say more than Noelle?...You've been amazing, we appreciated both of your hard work so much. Adhika's cooking was magnificent and Caleb's work and commitment on the boat was outstanding. We had one of the best holidays ever...We are really looking forward to seeing you next year to have another beautiful adventure together! Lots of love, Rafaella, Umberto, Vittorio, Mari <3

Caleb and Adi were amazing!!! We really enjoyed the charter and the amazing and welcoming experience that the crew planned.
