With a Master of Yachts 200 certification and strong technical knowledge, he excels in safe navigation, vessel maintenance, and guest-focused operations. His background spans charter and private yachts across the Mediterranean, USA, and the Bahamas, where he has overseen everything from tender driving and water sports to complex shipyard projects. Known for his problem-solving skills, adaptability, and hands-on leadership, Xander brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong work ethic to every role. His passion for the sea, coupled with expertise in fishing, fitness, and watersports, makes him a dynamic and reliable asset to both owners and guests.

Adam Treco, a 26-year-old native of Freeport, Grand Bahama, was born and raised in the Bahamas and has spent his life surrounded by the beauty and energy of the ocean. From an early age, Adam developed a deep passion for the water and the many adventures it offers—spending countless hours fishing, fly fishing, spearfishing, and freediving in the pristine waters of the islands.

Today, Adam channels that lifelong passion into his own charter company, where he specializes in delivering exceptional, personalized water-based experiences for his guests. With an intimate knowledge of the local waters, marine life, and hidden gems of the Bahamas, Adam takes pride in creating memorable, safe, and exciting excursions tailored to each group.

The crew and boat were sooooo amazing, seriously they’ve ruined all other crews for us forever! How do we leave them a review? We loved them so much.

We gave them gratuity in cash and our friends who left early are sending more through zelle. We did 20% of the trip in total.

Seriously, they are an amazing group. Would highly recommend both the boat and crew, but the crew made the trip. That chef is crazy talented and the Stewardess Emma is soooo good at her job. We were blown away!

What is included in an All Inclusive Charter? What is NOT included?

Unless otherwise specified-Caribbean Standard All-Inclusive Charters include the following:

  • Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
  • Light daily housekeeping
  • Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
  • Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
  • Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
  • Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
  • Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
  • Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
  • Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Operating expenses including: use of air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages

What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:

  • Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
  • Meals and beverages at restaurants and bars
  • Rendezvous diving, ASA sailing certification courses and any other offshore excursions
  • Premium wines and spirits

OPEN TO HIGH-END DAY CHARTERS - $8,500 USD (Inclusive) for 1-5 guests & $9,500 for 6-12 guests 

For Short Term charters please use the high rate and divide by 6 *2026 

HOLIDAY RATES $48,500 (Inclusive) Plus 10% TAX*

The rate includes: 

● Private Yacht & Crew Service (captain, Mate and Chef/Stew) 

● All meals and beverages from the standard bar 

● Insurance for the yacht and the passengers (civil liability) 

● Accommodation in 3 private air-conditioned cabins for a total of 6 guests with en suite bathroom 

● Bedding, towels and beach towels

● Docking or mooring fees during regular charter nights (first and last night dockage at Marina in Nassau included in inclusive price) 

● Airport Transfers 

● Personal Expenses 

● Any applicable repositioning fee based on client request (please verify with clearinghouse) 

● Crew gratuities (usually around 15% - 20% of the total charter fee) 

Repositioning fees charged each way if a boarding or disembarkation other than Marina in Nassau is requested.
