Born in South Africa, and growing up on a safari near the coast, Cameron has always been on or near the water. After starting out in the South of France working as a deckhand on Super Yachts he focused his attention at on becoming a captain himself.

Cameron is an accomplished sailor with over 50,000 sea miles under his belt on a range of vessels. This was achieved through yacht deliveries along the African coast, working as a charter captain in Croatia, Montenegro and other destinations in the Mediterranean and finally accepting a captains position in the tropical waters of the Caribbean.

Cameron has a passion for the ocean and all it has to offer. He loves water sports and is a keen fisherman, both with a rod and a spear. He loves to go out and hopefully return with something delicious to toss on the BBQ or ‘BRAAI’ as he would say. Despite his excellent BBQ skills he admits that Jada is the food boss. However that doesn’t mean you won’t see them working in the galley together. He makes signature cocktails and knows the perfect places to drink them while the sun sets.

Cameron is an RYA yacht master, PADI Dive Master and qualified sailing instructor who really enjoys getting the sails up. His experience as an instructor comes in handy when there are active and enthusiastic guests onboard. He especially enjoys visiting diving wrecks and leading his divers to other interesting dive sights to discover the underwater world. One of his favourite things to do as a Captain is to explore pristine secluded bays where he hopes to uncover buried treasure.

Jada grew up in the busy city of Toronto surrounded by diverse cuisine and vibrant lifestyle. At the age of 14 she began working at a local burger restaurant where she sang the orders. Jada’s repertoire of restaurants matured as she grew older, and her passion for customer interaction and food evolved immensely. Jada has worked as a bartender, server and hostess in some of Toronto’s most recognizable establishments but it wasn’t until the summer of 2016 that she found her true calling.

When she discovered the yachting industry it felt like a match made in heaven to combine her two favourite worlds of travel and food. While completing her Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Ryerson University she began working as a chef and hostess on sailing yachts in The Mediterranean during the summer. This position led her to some incredible experiences cooking on board in many destinations including Croatia, Greece, Montenegro, The Bahamas, Saint Marten and The British Virgin Islands.

Jada’s cooking style is inspired by using locally sourced, delicious, fresh and simple ingredients to create classic dishes with her own unique flare. She is not afraid to admit her addiction to watching cooking videos on YouTube and trying new recipes whenever she has the chance. Jada knows just how different cooking on a boat is compared to a regular kitchen and she has mastered the art of improvisation.

Cameron and Jada met in the industry and have worked together since 2017. Jada and Cameron are a dynamic couple who will go the extra mile to accommodate clients. They are generous to a fault and willing to share their love of life with all those around them. There are lots of laughs and nothing is too much trouble. They believe in fun, light-hearted charters where they not only deliver exceptional service but create new memories, lifetime experiences and forever friendships.

Cameron and Jada made our trip MEMORABLE from the first contact via WA until the end at the farewell at Stanley Key. Everyday was marvellous in the sense of the land escape as well as the food. Jada has a special charm and gift for the kitchen. She spoiled us from breakfast to dinner. Outstanding SURPRISE menu adapted to all preferences, we were pescatarians, vegetarians, and omnivores so all the shades on dietary matters. Even she made a cake to celebrate our birthdays. Thanks Jada. Cameron's confidence as a captain was well executed. We felt at ease during our navigation, also he was very perceptive on the preference of each one, so he was attentive to our wishes either iit was to explore, fish, dive, or relax. The catamaran was impecable, our rooms were refreshed everyday in a nice way. Of course being in Exumas ensure an amazing scenery but beyond that, Jada and Cameron always add more by showing us if a dolphin, turtle, fish, shark or pigs were at our sight with a lovely cocktail created by one of them. Definitely JADA AND CAMERON were the keynote to make this trip UNFORGETTABLE !!! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING.

Cameron and Jada were beyond fabulous. Our captain was vigilant and made us all feel safe and comfortable. He was extremely adaptable when the winds changed and meeting the desires of the passengers. Wow, just wow! Cameron & Jada are top notch in every way. Between organizing rendezvous diving at two locations, figuring out the best scuba & snorkel options along the route, we just came thank them enough. We may be the luckiest guests ever! Eagle rays, bull sharks, black tip, etc.! Turtles, turtles & turtles! Superb mixed drinks each night with delicious food cooked by Jada. Petting nurse sharks, visiting grotto’s, surf and wake boarding, mangroves full of turtles hiding from the sharks. Learning to sail and spear fish hunting was another highlight. We would follow and charter with Cameron & Jada around the world! Can’t thank them enough.

I highly recommend choosing Belle Vie Catamaran in the Exuma's with Cameron and Jada. Hands down one of the best trips we have taken and that says a lot considering we have been all over the world and have already done a previous catamaran trip. Great boat, great destinations in the Exuma's with fantastic Marine and island life, fantastic crew that connected so well to my entire family and made the trip so fantastic. Sharks, huge spotted eagle rays, hammerhead, Manta rays, octopus, lobsters caught and eaten for dinner, numerous turtles, fish of incredible variety etc, etc!!!! Don't hesitate!!! Book with them!

In general the trip was beyond perfect. Cameron, the Captain, was always courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. He made a perfect choice on the itinerary and accommodated our wishes with enthusiasm. On top of this, he was always enjoying whatever we decided to do. Jada, was fantastic in all regards, the cooking was exquisite and hard to believe it could be done on board. In top of that she always had a smile and kept on pampering us throughout the day. The menu was an amazing surprise every day while keeping in mind our preferences. I had never experienced three gourmet meals a day. The boat was in perfect shape and decorated with taste. It was kept clean and everything worked. We would charter this boat again in a heartbeat, but what really hooked us is the crew.
Spectacular charter!
Our charter was spectacular! We had a wonderful time. The Boat was beautiful and spacious. Cam and Jada were excellent! They are such nice people. Cam is a great captain. he managed to schedule our trip around bad weather sneeking up on us. Jada is a marvelous cook. Every meal was expertly and deliciously prepared and served. Both of them are super nice. We had a great time playing cards at night with them and the kids. We hope they can visit us in Guatemala sometime.

Eagle rays, bull sharks, black tip, etc.! Turtles, turtles & turtles! Superb mixed drinks each night with delicious food cooked by Jada. Petting nurse sharks, visiting grotto’s, surf and wake boarding, mangroves full of turtles hiding from the sharks. Learning to sail and spear fish hunting was another highlight. We would follow and charter with Cameron & Jada around the world! Can’t thank them enough.

I highly recommend choosing Belle Vie Catamaran in the Exuma's with Cameron and Jada. Hands down one of the best trips we have taken and that says a lot considering we have been all over the world and have already done a previous catamaran trip. Great boat, great destinations in the Exuma's with fantastic Marine and island life, fantastic crew that connected so well to my entire family and made the trip so fantastic. Sharks, huge spotted eagle rays, hammerhead, Manta rays, octopus, lobsters caught and eaten for dinner, numerous turtles, fish of incredible variety etc, etc!!!! Don't hesitate!!! Book with them!

In general the trip was beyond perfect. Cameron, the Captain, was always courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. He made a perfect choice on the itinerary and accommodated our wishes with enthusiasm. On top of this, he was always enjoying whatever we decided to do. Jada, was fantastic in all regards, the cooking was exquisite and hard to believe it could be done on board. In top of that she always had a smile and kept on pampering us throughout the day. The menu was an amazing surprise every day while keeping in mind our preferences. I had never experienced three gourmet meals a day. The boat was in perfect shape and decorated with taste. It was kept clean and everything worked. We would charter this boat again in a heartbeat, but what really hooked us is the crew.
Spectacular charter!
Our charter was spectacular! We had a wonderful time. The Boat was beautiful and spacious. Cam and Jada were excellent! They are such nice people. Cam is a great captain. he managed to schedule our trip around bad weather sneeking up on us. Jada is a marvelous cook. Every meal was expertly and deliciously prepared and served. Both of them are super nice. We had a great time playing cards at night with them and the kids. We hope they can visit us in Guatemala sometime.

Unless otherwise specified-Caribbean Standard All-Inclusive Charters include the following:

  • Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
  • Light daily housekeeping
  • Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
  • Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
  • Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
  • Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors

  • Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
