Vince is the definition of an easy going, Southern gentleman who grew up loving absolutely everything outdoors. Alongside being an avid outdoorsman, Vince acquired practiced maintenance skills from working next to his dad completing projects ranging from diesel engine and automotive repairs to building a log home. As your Captain, Vince plans thoroughly and pays significant attention to even the smallest details. He prides himself on listening carefully for the subtlest of hints to create a special and memorable vacation for each guest. He loves to talk about sailing and boating, and guests are welcome to have a hand in planning their own adventure should they desire. Vince is a PADI qualified instructor having completed more than 150 dives. He is a patient and fun teacher with an amazing eye for hunting and spotting underwater creatures. As the sun escapes over the horizon, your Captain crafts refreshing cocktails for your enjoyment. Vince graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor's degree in building science and spent 20 years in the commercial construction industry. He managed large-scale building projects throughout the Southeast.

As a girl growing up in Florida, Judy's love of water, the beach, marine animals, and all water activities are testament to her being part mermaid. Each day, you'll find her swimming, weight-training, even attempting paddleboard yoga. You're welcome to join in on the fun! As a PADI dive instructor with 150 dives - Judy's love of teaching and diving combine. While breathing underwater can feel strange at first, Judy's patience will instantly put you at ease. Entertaining comes naturally to Judy. As your chef, her tailored menus reflect the enjoyment she finds in preparing healthy and delicious meals. Each dish features luscious local flavors and fresh produce and are hand prepared with a lot of love. With a BA from Emory University and her MBA from Georgia State, Judy's career has spanned 20 years as a sales and marketing professional. Her expertise helped companies acquire new business and build their brands. Being an owner-operator of Chaos Interrupted is a dream come true as she uses her talents to grow a business of her own.

When Vince and Judy met in 2004, they had no idea this is where their paths would lead them. With their adventurous and competitive spirits, vacations always included boating, diving and coordinating sailing trips for themselves and their friends. They felt so comfortable planning those vacations that ultimately it became their "retirement plan". The more they discussed it, the sooner they were determined to fulfill their dream - as owner-operators of a catamaran charter business. Vince and Judy have complimentary skills that set them up for success in business together. Vince, Judy and Jake are excited to welcome you aboard your floating home away from home.

Jake the Boat Dog is Chaos Interrupted's mascot and security detail. He is rescued Labradane and one look into his soulful eyes will melt your heart. He loves to paddle-board, swim and chase balls and gives the best cuddles! If you are so inclined he'd love for you to join him for yappy hour with his favorite cocktail, a Jake and Coke. For those guests who are not pet lovers, it may be possible to schedule Jake's home ashore with advance notice.

Jan 2021
We just got back from a New Year’s Eve week private catamaran charter on Chaos Interrupted. The owner operators Judy and Vince exceeded all expectations. They were knowledgeable, adaptable and worked so hard to make our trip perfect. The boat was so nice , new, spacious, clean and very comfortable. The food Judy prepared was a 12 out of 10, always delicious and gourmet. They worked with us to plan our trip ahead of time and it was awesome for the 6 of us in our family. They took us scuba diving and gave us personal attention. The beds in our cabins were very comfortable and the bathrooms well appointed. Jake the boat dog was so lovable and a plus to have with us. He was never in the way. We always felt safe with Captain Vince at the helm. We loved our daily paddle boarding and snorkel adventures. Vince led us on a memorable sunset hike at Ram Head. In summary, Judy and Vince went above and beyond to plan, adjust and execute our trip to make it perfect. We would definitely sail with them again and recommend to our friends and family.

“Thank you Judy, Captain Vince and Jake (the Boat Dog!) for the love, care and time dedicated to us! Love you friends. We had a great time living on the boat and you couldn’t be more helpful to make this experience totally worthwhile. The places we visited, the food you provided, the sunsets, cocktails, fun games on board, the morning floats, etc. We definitely want to come back again!” Thank you,

We hate to leave. BOOK TWO WEEKS. One week isn’t enough! Diving, snorkeling, paddle boarding, hiking, eating, drinking, games, etc. So much to do, so little time. The trip of a lifetime. What else can you say about two of the hardest working, friendliest crew in the USVI? The best crew, food, drinks, sailing, toys and snorkels! Susan, Rene, Randy, Tina and Bev
