From the age of 13 I have worked in a marine environment. I have worked as an RYA Sailing Instructor,
moving up to captaining a 22m charter SY with 3 crew and working as mate on a 28m MY for the 2019
season. I have competed at both local and national events in dinghy sailing, windsurfing. I have
experience skippering 35-95ft yachts and numerous powerboats from displacement launches to 11+m
RIBs and everything in between. Having studied mechanical engineering at university, I have a good
understanding of engines, marine and IT equipment, and my practical background has provided me
with strong problem-solving skills. I have developed effective communication and a calm and adaptable
approach in sometimes adverse working conditions.


Chef Casey
Chef Casey is Estonian / American and lives in Italy while not on a yacht. She studied fashion and art in NYC before attending culinary school in Florence. For the past four years, Casey has worked as a yacht chef in Italy, Greece, Croatia, Turkey, St.Lucia, and French Polynesia - while also completing her Master's degree in International Business Management at the European School of Economics. Casey skillfully merges her love for flavor and aesthetics, consistently presenting beautiful dishes. Her curiosity about various cultures and languages deeply influences her culinary art. She also focuses on sourcing fresh, local ingredients, ensuring that each meal she prepares is not only delicious but filled with nutrition.

1. Casey was great!!! Super nice and friendly! All of our food was PHENOMENAL!!! She did an excellent job! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Casey!! 2. Casey was so amazing at everything she does from cooking, to helping us prepare for the day, to being just an amazing person to talk to and hang out with. She truly perfected every meal that she cooked and almost brought me to tears every time. I feel so blessed to have gotten to know her and be spoiled by her. 3. Every time we thoughts Casey's meals could not get any better, she continued to top herself. Despite our please with her to make things simpler to take a load of work off of her, she never put anything on the table that was anything less than extravagant. Her guidance about the places to visit and how to maximize our enjoyment at each activity was invaluable. She is so sweet and endearing, and also had us laughing the whole time. I can't imagine a better chef and hope that I never have to! I'll for sure be requesting Casey when I come back!!! 4. Amazing!!! Every meal was planned and everything was absolutely delicious. She had options for everyone. Everyone had to take a picture of each meal before we ate it. Every set up was beautiful. She was so fun and made us feel at home. If we were to do a yacht charter again (which we probably will thanks to Casey) we would 100% request her again. We loved her and want to make plans to see her again in the future. 5. Casey is a legend! We also fell in love with her right away. She went above and beyond on every single meal. Even between meals, she was so attentive and made sure we were always fed and having fun. Her spirit and energy brightened up our days. She and the captain made our experience a once-in-a-lifetime trip. When we come back, I hope we get to see her again. Hand down we got the best crew there is! 6. Casey was amazing. We joked the entire trip that we felt bad for the other boats because there was no way their chef was as good as ours. Her food was amazing, and she surprised us with sweet treats and a birthday party for one of our guests along the way. Not to mention she was so much fun! My entire crew attribute the success of our trip to the crew and if we ever go again, we would only go if they could be on the boat.

1. He was the best! He has serious skills in driving the boat, always stayed calm and made us feel safe. He also always cared for the whole group, watched out that we stay together and safe. And of course always fun and in a good mood on parties. Thanks Jamie! 2. Amazing skipper was great with us and the boat and will definitely remain kids long friends. Have recommended him to others. 3. Great guy always happy to help. Someone I now consider a friend. 4. Jamie made our week! He is absolutely awesome - knowledgeable, chilled, grounded, fair, and fun. 5. Jamie was AMAZING! And he had a great tan. But seriously he kept us safe, felt so knowledgeable and helped us have the best week ever. He was funny and responsible at all the right times. We've already talked about requesting him again or doing a private charter in the future. 10/10 he should get paid more! ;-) 6. Jamie Earle is the F****** MAN. He was extremely helpful in every way. Unless otherwise specified-Caribbean Standard All-Inclusive Charters include the following:

  • Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
  • Light daily housekeeping
  • Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
  • Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
  • Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
  • Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
  • Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
  • Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
  • Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Operating expenses including: use of air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages

What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:

  • Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
  • Meals and beverages at restaurants and bars
  • Rendezvous diving, ASA sailing certification courses and any other offshore excursions
  • Premium wines and spirits
● SAINT MARTIN / SAINT BARTHS RELOCATION FEE:
Relocation fee of $2,000, minimum 72 hour turn required on either side of charter dates for boat transit. Please inquire for availability.

● MINIMUM NIGHTS: 5

● LESS THAN 7 NIGHT CHARTER RATES: For 6 night charters, divide weekly rate by 7 nights X 6 nights. For 5 nights or less, divide weekly rate by 6 nights X number of nights.

● SLEEP ABOARD:1/2 the daily rate. Dinner ashore at client's expense. Includes; boarding after 4pm, welcome cocktail and breakfast the next morning and early start.

● HALF-BOARD OPTION: $100 discount per person
Includes; 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at client's expense.

● LOCAL FARE OPTION: $75 discount per person
Includes; 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at client's expense.

● HOLIDAY RATES:
2024 CHRISTMAS: 7-night minimum $40,000 for 2-12 guests, must finish by December 26th.
2024 NEW YEARS: 7-night Flat Rate $42,000 2-12 guests, must begin no sooner than Dec 28th.

DISEMBARKATION: 12PM

● TURN AROUNDS:
48-hour turn arounds required - inquire for 24-hour turns; each 24-hour turn will incur a $400 fee when approved

● TIP:
It is customary to tip your crew at the end of your charter. The amount you leave is totally at your discretion and should be based on the level of service provided. The suggested gratuity is 15%-25% of the total charter fee.

● CONTRACT SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
Beginning May 21, 2023 for all NEW bookings the Charter Fee does include the British Virgin Islands (BVI) cruising taxes and permit, BVI National Park permits and BVI customs fees (collectively the "BVI Fees").

If the Yacht is NOT allowed entry into the BVI, FOR ANY REASON, during the time of charter, the charter will take place in the USVI waters.

  • Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Operating expenses including: use of air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages

What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:

  • Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
  • Meals and beverages at restaurants and bars
  • Rendezvous diving, ASA sailing certification courses and any other offshore excursions
  • Premium wines and spirits
● SAINT MARTIN / SAINT BARTHS RELOCATION FEE:
Relocation fee of $2,000, minimum 72 hour turn required on either side of charter dates for boat transit. Please inquire for availability.

● MINIMUM NIGHTS: 5

● LESS THAN 7 NIGHT CHARTER RATES: For 6 night charters, divide weekly rate by 7 nights X 6 nights. For 5 nights or less, divide weekly rate by 6 nights X number of nights.

● SLEEP ABOARD:1/2 the daily rate. Dinner ashore at client's expense. Includes; boarding after 4pm, welcome cocktail and breakfast the next morning and early start.

● HALF-BOARD OPTION: $100 discount per person
Includes; 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at client's expense.

● LOCAL FARE OPTION: $75 discount per person
Includes; 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at client's expense.

● HOLIDAY RATES:
2024 CHRISTMAS: 7-night minimum $40,000 for 2-12 guests, must finish by December 26th.
2024 NEW YEARS: 7-night Flat Rate $42,000 2-12 guests, must begin no sooner than Dec 28th.

DISEMBARKATION: 12PM

● TURN AROUNDS:
48-hour turn arounds required - inquire for 24-hour turns; each 24-hour turn will incur a $400 fee when approved

● TIP:
It is customary to tip your crew at the end of your charter. The amount you leave is totally at your discretion and should be based on the level of service provided. The suggested gratuity is 15%-25% of the total charter fee.

● CONTRACT SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
Beginning May 21, 2023 for all NEW bookings the Charter Fee does include the British Virgin Islands (BVI) cruising taxes and permit, BVI National Park permits and BVI customs fees (collectively the "BVI Fees").

If the Yacht is NOT allowed entry into the BVI, FOR ANY REASON, during the time of charter, the charter will take place in the USVI waters.
