I'm Captain Jake, a North Carolina native who traded the hills for the ocean waves. After studying business and EMS in Charlotte, I veered off the traditional path to become a professional Raft Guide and Rock-Climbing Instructor. My love for the sea led me back to the coast in 2014, where I started my yachting journey as a crew member, maintaining yachts both above and below the waterline.

From day charters in Miami, offering parasailing, scuba diving, and sunset sailing, I quickly moved up the ranks. I became the first mate of a mega yacht, sailing around the Great Lakes, the East Coast of North America, The Bahamas, Exumas, and Puerto Rico before finding my haven in the Caribbean.

Exploring the warm Caribbean waters is my passion. The best part of my day is guiding guests to my favorite snorkel/dive spots, sharing my knowledge and appreciation for the magnificent underwater world unique to the Caribbean. My ultimate wish is to ignite in my guests an overwhelming passion for the ocean, ensuring they leave with smiles as deep as the sea. 🌊⚓😊

From bustling kitchens to luxury vessels around the Bahamas and BVI’s, I've been whipping up mouthwatering dishes and leading exciting dives, sharing my passion with fellow enthusiasts.

Yacht Week reviews of Chef Casey
1. Casey was great!!! Super nice and friendly! All of our food was PHENOMENAL!!! She did an excellent job! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Casey!! 2. Casey was so amazing at everything she does from cooking, to helping us prepare for the day, to being just an amazing person to talk to and hang out with. She truly perfected every meal that she cooked and almost brought me to tears every time. I feel so blessed to have gotten to know her and be spoiled by her. 3. Every time we thoughts Casey's meals could not get any better, she continued to top herself. Despite our please with her to make things simpler to take a load of work off of her, she never put anything on the table that was anything less than extravagant. Her guidance about the places to visit and how to maximize our enjoyment at each activity was invaluable. She is so sweet and endearing, and also had us laughing the whole time. I can't imagine a better chef and hope that I never have to! I'll for sure be requesting Casey when I come back!!! 4. Amazing!!! Every meal was planned and everything was absolutely delicious. She had options for everyone. Everyone had to take a picture of each meal before we ate it. Every set up was beautiful. She was so fun and made us feel at home. If we were to do a yacht charter again (which we probably will thanks to Casey) we would 100% request her again. We loved her and want to make plans to see her again in the future. 5. Casey is a legend! We also fell in love with her right away. She went above and beyond on every single meal. Even between meals, she was so attentive and made sure we were always fed and having fun. Her spirit and energy brightened up our days. She and the captain made our experience a once-in-a-lifetime trip. When we come back, I hope we get to see her again. Hand down we got the best crew there is! 6. Casey was amazing. We joked the entire trip that we felt bad for the other boats because there was no way their chef was as good as ours. Her food was amazing, and she surprised us with sweet treats and a birthday party for one of our guests along the way. Not to mention she was so much fun! My entire crew attribute the success of our trip to the crew and if we ever go again, we would only go if they could be on the boat.

1. He was the best! He has serious skills in driving the boat, always stayed calm and made us feel safe. He also always cared for the whole group, watched out that we stay together and safe. And of course always fun and in a good mood on parties. Thanks Jamie! 2. Amazing skipper was great with us and the boat and will definitely remain kids long friends. Have recommended him to others. 3. Great guy always happy to help. Someone I now consider a friend. 4. Jamie made our week! He is absolutely awesome - knowledgeable, chilled, grounded, fair, and fun. 5. Jamie was AMAZING! And he had a great tan. But seriously he kept us safe, felt so knowledgeable and helped us have the best week ever. He was funny and responsible at all the right times. ● LESS THAN 7 NIGHT CHARTER RATES: For 6 night charters, divide weekly rate by 7 nights X 6 nights. For 5 nights or less, divide weekly rate by 6 nights X number of nights.

● SLEEP ABOARD:1/2 the daily rate. Dinner ashore at client's expense. Includes; boarding after 4pm, welcome cocktail and breakfast the next morning and early start.

● HALF-BOARD OPTION: $100 discount per person
Includes; 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at client's expense.

● LOCAL FARE OPTION: $75 discount per person
Includes; 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at client's expense.

● TIP:
It is customary to tip your crew at the end of your charter. The amount you leave is totally at your discretion and should be based on the level of service provided. The suggested gratuity is 15%-25% of the total charter fee.

● CONTRACT SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
BVI Fees are included in rate.

If the Yacht is NOT allowed entry into the BVI, FOR ANY REASON, during the time of charter, the charter will take place in the USVI waters.

● LOCAL FARE OPTION: $75 discount per person
Includes; 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at client's expense.

● HOLIDAY RATES:
2025 CHRISTMAS: 7-night Flat Rate $41,000 2-10 guests, must end no later than Dec 26th.
2025 NEW YEARS: 7-night Flat Rate $47,000 2-10 guests, must begin no sooner than Dec 28th.

● TIP:
It is customary to tip your crew at the end of your charter. The amount you leave is totally at your discretion and should be based on the level of service provided. The suggested gratuity is 15%-25% of the total charter fee.

● CONTRACT SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
BVI Fees are included in rate.

If the Yacht is NOT allowed entry into the BVI, FOR ANY REASON, during the time of charter, the charter will take place in the USVI waters.
