CREW 2020/21 SEASON

Meet Austin and Bella, a positive and dynamic team that promises a week of relaxing island experiences, fun, and adventure. Being world travelers, they enjoy meeting people and interacting with new cultures.

From the keel up, Austin knows boats and how they operate.  As a Merchant Marine and graduate of Texas A&M Maritime Academy with a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Transportation, he received extensive training on vessels and life at sea. He currently holds his 2nd Mate Unlimited Tonnage License as well as a 100-ton Master. Austin has a passion for the sea and all the adventure within it. Austin has traveled the world aboard many types of commercial vessels such as Jones Act ships, OSVs, and offshore tugs as wells as running a 75’ motor yacht and 50’ sailboat.  His travels have taken him to places and ports around America as well as BVI, Cuba, Hawaiian and Micronesian Islands, Philippines, Singapore, Panama Canal, Middle East, Black Sea, and the Mediterranean.

Most recently running a vessel in Guam, there he got off the boat and was catching a day on the beach and met Bella. They became a team and now offer their dynamic travel experiences by expressing it in their diverse cuisines and a full-hearted experience.

Recently living on the island of Guam, Bella was able to make frequent visits across Asian countries while still keeping her American residency. From teaching English to children in Thailand to riding across Vietnam on a motorcycle, Bella’s passion for travel and appreciation for new experiences has created an adventure loving, friendly spirit. She infuses flavors from her travels in unique ways that honor the many cultures she has experienced. She emphasizes a healthy menu to reflect her lifestyle of running, yoga, and diving. She can cook to accommodate dietary needs whether vegetarian, vegan, or gluten/dairy free. Whether you want a week filled with adventure, a relaxing retreat for you and your family, or a romantic time on the water for you and your partner, Austin and Bella will make sure that you fully experience the beauty and soak up the Caribbean lifestyle. They will ensure your meals are beautiful, fresh and local, and that your week is full of sailing, smiles, and rum.
