Thomson and Shayna first crossed paths on the ocean while enjoying a cruise on a classic wooden schooner with mutual friends off the coast of Tybee Island, GA. Shortly after they were inseparable and started a life of adventure, sharing a deep passion for art, design, and science.

Thomson was born in a small southern Georgia town called Naylor. Growing up on the outskirts of a large tobacco and cotton farm as an only child, he was raised by both his parents and his dog. His father a farmer and mother an artist. Like an animal in the woods, Thomson only had his imagination as a best friend and his dog Buck.

Shortly after graduating from high school he headed straight to The Savannah College of Art and Design. Moving through a variety of majors such as painting and illustration, he finally found his love for sculpture and the physical relationship with materials. He continued his passion of working with his hands and started building and restoring wooden sailboats which led to sailing around the world in places such as Africa, Greece, and across The Atlantic.

Born and raised in Southern California, Shayna spent most of her youth riding horses and taking photographs. Yearning for a change of scenery, Shayna moved to Savannah, Georgia after graduating high school to pursue her love of art and equestrian life at The Savannah College of Art and Design. Opportunity presented itself for her and she was able to shoot for renowned publications during her time in college.

After graduating with a BFA in photography, Shayna returned back home to California and became incredibly interested in health and diet. She learned how to create flavorful dishes while also nourishing her body and her culinary skills and art of cooking have grown since then.

Thomson and Shayna welcome you to join an unforgettable experience in one of the most magical places on Earth. Shayna & Thomson Made It All the More Memorable
This vacation was already incredible, but Shayna and Thomson made it all the more memorable. Every meal was absolutely delicious and eating each meal as a crew and sharing stories and conversations was one of my favorit parts of this trip. Not to mention the 7 rainbows that we saw this week! Spending Christmas with Shayna and Thomson on the Island R&R has 100% been one of my all-time favorite vacations and I couldn't think of any better way to spend the last bit of 2020. Shayna's kindness and expert hospitality and Thomson's knowledge of ocean life and contagious enthusiasm made it hard not to enjoy ourselves to the absolute fullest. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy the USVI with you on the Island R&R! I've already started saving up to come back!
Fantastic week on R&R
One of the best trips we have taken. The experience was great with all the places we saw. Our experience with Shayna and Thomson is unforgettable. I learned so much from them and they were so much fun to talk to! Fantastic week at sea! Only wish we didnt let the big one win the reel battle! Maho Bay was my favorite stop - Turtles! Fantastic week on the R&R with Shayna and Thomson! Loved our time in Maho and especially at Lime Out. Enjoyed the meals Shayna prepared for us - from breakfast taco's to Thomson sharing his family's seafood paella with us! What a great crew to celebrate Christmas with!
An Epic Week on the Water!
What an amazing way to bring in 2021! We had an incredible week celebrating #Oh Glenn and the end of 2020. Watersports were a hit and we can't thank Thomson enough for his endless energy tugging us around on all of the gear! We were scheduled to take this trip in April 2020 - Covid hit! We were beyond frustrated. We are so happy things worked out because we were meant to be with this crew and feel so thankful. Shayna's kindness and expert hospitality and Thomson's knowledge of ocean life and contagious enthusiasm made it hard not to enjoy ourselves to the absolute fullest. Fantastic week on R&R
One of the best trips we have taken. The experience was great with all the places we saw. Our experience with Shayna and Thomson is unforgettable. I learned so much from them and they were so much fun to talk to! Fantastic week at sea! Only wish we didnt let the big one win the reel battle! Maho Bay was my favorite stop - Turtles! Fantastic week on the R&R with Shayna and Thomson! Loved our time in Maho and especially at Lime Out. Enjoyed the meals Shayna prepared for us - from breakfast taco's to Thomson sharing his family's seafood paella with us! What a great crew to celebrate Christmas with!
An Epic Week on the Water!
What an amazing way to bring in 2021! We had an incredible week celebrating #Oh Glenn and the end of 2020. Watersports were a hit and we can't thank Thomson enough for his endless energy tugging us around on all of the gear! Shayna and Thomson were perfect hosts and we are so grateful to have shared this memorable week with them. Thanks for accommodating our endless appetites - for food and fun! We're Meant To Be With This Crew
We were scheduled to take this trip in April 2020 - Covid hit! We were beyond frustrated. We are so happy things worked out because we were meant to be with this crew and feel so thankful. We hit the jackpot with our beaches and sailing around the islands. Thank you for the amazing food, knowledge about the area and making us feel so welcome. We are already planning our next trip back!

Unless otherwise specified-Caribbean Standard All-Inclusive Charters include the following:

  • Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
  • Light daily housekeeping
  • Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
  • Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
  • Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
  • Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
  • Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
  • Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
  • Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Operating expenses including: air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages

What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:

  • Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
  • Meals and beverages at restaurants and bars
  • Rendezvous diving, ASA sailing certification courses and any other offshore excursions
  • Premium wines and spirits

4 NIGHTS MINIMUM

SLEEP ABOARD: 1/2 the daily rate. Dinner ashore at client expense. Includes boarding after 4pm, welcome cocktail and breakfast the next morning and early start.

HALF BOARD: Discount of $150 per person
Includes: 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners. Requires 3 lunches and 4 dinners ashore at client expense. Also see Local Fare option below.

LOCAL FARE MEAL PLAN: Discount of $75 per person
7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners. Requires 2 lunches and 1 dinner ashore at client expense.

CHRISTMAS: Falt Rate $16,500 Must end no later than Dec 26th
NEW YEARS: Flat Rate $18,000 must begin no sooner than Dec 27th


CHILDREN: $200 discount per child under aged 12 up to a max of 3 children.
