CAPTAIN KIRK ROBINSON

Kirk has always been a very active person. His love of the water began in his early 20's but it all started on land for Kirk as a professional soccer player where he spent his younger years representing his country Antigua in America, England and South America. A keen fisherman, you'll notice when sailing with Kirk, he'll be on the lookout for a fresh dinner from the sea!

Kirk started his sailing career as an Engineer with Sunsail working in Antigua and the BVI. He is Yachtmaster Certified and has been a professional charter captain in the Caribbean for the past 12 years. He knows the intricate islands of the Caribbean with great depth and nuance. Most recently he was captain of the successful charter yacht Amazing. He’s clearly a well-liked captain, with 90% repeat guests or special requests by referral. Kirk is a very kid-friendly captain, welcoming families and friends to have a great time on Jan’s FeLion.

CHEF LOIC DOAN JAUSORO

Loic Doan grew up in the Canary Islands, surrounded by the sea and everything that it entails. His father was a sailor so he naturally developed a love for watersports, spearfishing, diving and surfing. It was when he had the opportunity to travel the world in his youth that he began to develop his sensibility for the culinary arts. Exploring places like Indonesia, Vietnam, Norway, Thailand, Sweden, Austria, France- these cultures all have left a mark on his senses and inform his versatile culinary abilities.

Loic's passion for cooking was born thanks to his grandmothers. Since he was a child he spent time in their kitchens as well as his aunt's restaurant, observing and falling in love with the magic that was being created there. Loic decided to pursue a degree with the top culinary school in Spain. He studied gastronomy and culinary arts in the heart of Spanish gastronomy, Basque Country. There he spent 4 years learning a tremendous amount alongside colleagues from all over the world and with the guidance of internationally recognized chefs. Loic started cooking in small restaurants and villas and soon he was able to work in places with greater recognition, among which include an Italian Michelin star restaurant, Nub Restaurant, and the highly regarded Nordic restaurant with Japanese influence, called Frantzén, which has three Michelin Stars.

After these years of applying his knowledge, Loic defines his cuisine as a blend of international style, with Spanish and Italian cuisine standing out the most. He loves to challenge himself daily by playing with different styles - blending the old with the new in his recipe creation, a nod to where he first fell in love with cooking. Ultimately it's the light, fresh, local ingredients that inform his menu design. You can look forward to experiencing a beautifully presented, delicious and versatile culinary experience onboard with Loic Doan.


KATHERINE WARREN

Katherine was born with an adventurous spirit. Growing up in North Carolina with six siblings she spent most of her time on the water or in the
mountains. Kat shared her passion for thrill with the children she nannied for many years. Her Interior Design Degree can be seen in her ability to make any space warm and inviting.

After college she moved to the snowy mountains of Vail, CO, where she restored antique furniture and soaked in all the outdoors had to offer. She enjoyed hiking, camping, climbing, fishing, rafting, and of course shredding on her snowboard. Later, she volunteered her time across the U.S., working on multiple organic farms. She also spent her summers growing produce for local restaurants. One thing is for certain, no matter where Kat goes, her southern charm and thirst for adventure are always with her. She makes friends wherever she is and is a stranger to no one

In the past 5 years she has built her yacht portfolio in the USVI and BVI, including a sailing scuba dive liveaboard, where her love for underwater grew.
Kat will be seen helping the Captain with deckhand work, assisting the Chef with a spectacular meal, or keeping the boat clean and tidy for all to enjoy. Kat is always up for any water activity. She enjoys paddle boarding, diving, wakeboarding and swimming with sea creatures.

Your sailing experience is guaranteed to be enhanced with the contagious laughter and fun Kat brings to charter. She has worked in the service industry and understands the importance of comfort, fun, relaxation, and balance. She can mix the perfect cocktail of mermaid water or if you’re lucky she will have some samples of her homemade Kombucha! Her down to earth personality will make it hard to leave, but you will cherish the memories she helps create.

Hello, We are writing this letter to express our deepest gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional service and experience provided to us by the crew of Jan's Felion on our recent charter Jan 29-Feb 7. Our experience was nothing short of outstanding, and we were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, expertise and attention to detail demonstrated by the crew, Lolo ( our Chef) Kat and Captain Kirk. From the moment we stepped on board, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm for ensuring our enjoyment and comfort throughout the charter. We wanted to give you some detail about our experience with each of the crew. Kat was an outstanding first steward. Her knowledge of hospitality and her ability to anticipate our needs was impressive. Whether it was ensuring our cabin was always tidy or providing anything we needed. Not only was Kat highly professional, but also had a delightful and outgoing demeanor that made our time on board even more enjoyable. She showed genuine care for our well being at all times and created a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere every single day. Her expertise in mixology in creating delicious cocktails was impressive. We looked forward to each evening as she beautifully set our table for each of our dinners. About Loic a/k/a Lo Lo, our great chef. From the very first bite, it was clear that we were in for a treat. His culinary creations were nothing short of extraordinary and each meal was a delightful journey of flavors and textures. The attention to detail in every dish was impeccable, and we were consistently amazed by his ability to create such wonderful dining experiences with the freshest ingredients. Beyond his culinary skills, he was also such a pleasure to have on board. His talent, professionalism and dedication to his craft were truly exceptional. Last, but not least was Captain Kirk. He was the ultimate professional throughout the entire trip. His expertise and knowledge in navigating the waters and handling the vessel, maneuvering the boat in various conditions, ensuring a smooth and safe journey while making sure we had the most fun. He always selected the best anchorages and ways to make the best of every single day of our journey. He was committed to providing the highest level of service and creating the most memorable experience for us. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. The boat is stunning, the scenery incredible, the water activities (from The Baths to the E Foil) were out of this world. However, to be able to spend this journey and create beautiful funand enjojable memories with friends was priceless. Our time togther as friends was amplified and elevated due to the crew. Captain Kirk and Kat, Thanks for another great adventure around the BVI. AND, Loic, so glad to meet you. The food was fantastic (as well as a kick save in beach Volley Ball that was an ESPN moment). So many moments that we will treasure - from the daily planning, the Kat cocktails, conch diving, snorkeling and sharing experience with our family. My Birthday was May 8th while we were onboard and Kirk, Kat and Loic did everything to ensure it was a great relaxing day. We can't thank you enoughy for making this another fantastic, memorable stay. We appreciate you all very much! Thank you and we hope to see you again! Thank yo so much for all that you did to make this truly the most amazing adventure! The islsands, the impeccable boat, the food and the drink would have made this the trip of a lifetime, but the crew pit it over the top! A Dream Journey! The idea for this adventure started in Zanzibar, Tanzania. While on Safari (trip of a life time) a dinner associate informed my wife and I about chartering a catermaran named Jan'sFeLionq. She said it would be a "trip of a life time" Who knew, you could take two trips of a life time in one life. Lol! Our group of six boarded Jan's FeLion in Village Cay Tortola, from the moment we entered Captain Kirk, Kat, and Loic made us feel right at home. A quick change into appropriate BVI wear followed by introductory drinks and snacks, and we could feel the stress disapate and the feeling of warm sun and relaxation taking over. Captain Kirk quickly established himself as a true leader. A keen observer, he learned our group and catered the charter to our liking. His daily debriefings and suggestions were always on point. He kept us safe, on time, and full of adventure. Captain Kirk arranged a prime table location to view the Super Bowl at Bitters Ends. In addition, he introduced us to Sweet "Ice" Willie who then gave us an Island land tour of Virgin Gorda, introduced us to the tasty and scrumptious food of Mad Dog, and drove us to the awesome Baths (a must see for anyone coming to the BVI). Captain, most of all, we admired the pride you had in caring for Jan's FeLion as well as our well-being! Oh I must mention, a Big Ups for the ab roller session! Gotta stay fit 💪 while on Jan's FeLion! Each day bettered the next and that was primarily because while Captain was navigating, Kat took care of our every need while aboard Jan's FeLion. Kat kept our cups full of tasty drinks, kept our quarters immaculate, help decorate and organize a fabulous Valentine's Day celebration on the boat. She was always 2 steps ahead whether presenting a dry towel after a long beach day, helping to hang and dry your bathing suits, providing snorkeling gear, presenting a fresh cup of coffee upon your awakening, or whatever else was needed Kat was always there with great conversation and a genuine smile to spoil us daily. Kat we have nothing but ❤️ for you. Chase those dreams! My man Loic. They say God gives everyone a talent. This young man was blessed to cook. The meals were off the chain ( that means great, awesome, or any other adjective meaning unbelievable) Each breakfast, lunch, and dinner became better and better. Loic prepared the meals with such grace and tenacity. The love he poured into them came out in the amazing aromas and taste of each dish. I will never forget how when someone mentioned a item they liked ( Wendel's olives), they magically appeared in the next meal. Loic we all will struggle to find food as delicious as yours back home. Much appreciation for the time and dedication that you give to your craft. In summary, from Coopers Island to Virgin Gorda to Neckar Island to Jost Van Dyke to Norman Island, Captain Kirk, Kit, and Loic ensured that all six of us were made to feel special. And a special thanks to Heather for all the behind the seens efforts. She helped organize the Neckar Island tour with Gumption tours. I will not spoil all the details of this tour, but if you are in the BVI make sure you take the Neckar Island tour and meet the man they call Gumption. Jan's FeLion, Much Respect! We cannot imagine a better vacation than our time on Jan's FeLion with Captain Kirk, Kat and Loic. The boat was a great fit for us. The crew keeps it in meticulous shape. Our cabins were awesome and Kat kept them in tip-top shape. We mainly lived outdoors, dined outdoors, sunned, made the crossing on the bridge. It was spectacular! We all love to cook and initially were disappointed that we wouldn't be in the galley. That disappointment passed after Loic prepared our first meal. Chartering with a chef is seamless. The preference materials that you complete are your only responsibility. You don't have to plan meals, provision, worry about proper storage, forgetting something -- no worries, the crew handles everything. Loic is a skilled chef and simply a good guy with an easy nature. Kat and Loic made every meal a treat. Kat is so service-hearted and gracious. She was always at the ready with coffee, cocktails, water toys. She learned our preferences and anticipated our needs. What a great smile and laugh. Captain Kirk is an ace. He has confidence and obvious skill. One is instantly at ease knowing that he will be running the show and handling all the decisions on the crossings, the moorings, anchoring, dinghy trips, fresh water and all. He communicated clearly regarding our itinerary, careful to consider our desires and kept us on a wonderful schedule. He also shared a couple of his favorite hikes with us. We loved being on shore and learning from him. As in life, it is about relationships. The best part of our trip -- not the stellar boat and accommodations, not the delicious food and beverages, not the carefree adventure, not the glorious Caribbean islands with picturesque mountains, flora and fauna and crystal-clear turquoise and deep blue waters, not the adorable island stops and watering holes. Hands down, it was the crew! We loved the blessing of getting to know them a little and sharing the week with them. After a couple of tough years of healthcare challenges, this charter was balm to our souls. We'd love to do it again. And again. And again! Everything happens for a reason. We spent the last year planning this adventure and each of you helped make it so special. Kat's infectious smile and incredible laugh brightens every morning. Loic created culinary master pieces for each and every meal. CK's daily brief was on point, his skill and experience made us all feel so comfortable + safe. Every location + stop was a hit. Comments from Broker regading Clients aboard - They said this was the BEST vacation they have EVER had! Captain Kirk was so nice and super professional. Bill is a very experienced sailor and was impressed with Kirk and his knowledge. They were impressed by his mannerisms, supremely professional and knowledgeable. He also helped out in the galley all the time. It was a team effort and they all seem to have gotten along well. They just love Captain Kirk! NIA-OMG! Sooo impressed with her cooking skills and the fact she is self-taught. Amazing!!! Every single meal was AMAZING! They went to stay at Little Dix after the charter and missed her food the most. Mr. & Mrs. are foodies and were blown away with the talent Nia has. They were surprised at the quality of food as well. The breads and cheeses were so impressive too! Couldn’t believe she found such excellent quality cheese on the islands. They can’t say enough of Nia and her cooking abilities. She should have her own cooking show or write a cook book… THAT GOOD! Kat was AMAZING as well. They absolutely LOVED her too! She was always helpful with anything and everything. She was the sweetest and they loved having her on board and commented of how well this trio got along and worked very well together. Her cocktails were PERFECT! Not too strong, and not to weak, just right! Very creative and they looked forward to her cocktail of the day. She was truly AMAZING! Enough to invite her to their home anytime she is in their neck of the woods! The toys were amazing. They LOVED the sea scooter. They had the most fun on this. And, they loved the boat too! So impressed with her as well. Very spacious and great sitting areas. She was beautiful and they loved every minute on her!

We had no idea what an amazing week we would experience….The BVI’s are special but the crew took the trip to a whole other level .. you are so good at what you do… with food better than any restaurant on the island and a positive and cheery attitude that welcomes all, Captain Kirk made us all feel so safe & you knew he always has your back, the quiet steady presence of a true professional..And Kat, the glue that kept us all together, enjoying the trip + taking care of our every need. “Kat, Nia, and Captain Kirk …how will we survive without you? Its only been one week, but you have raised the bar in all ways. This trip has exceeded all expectations. Jan’s FeLion, what can I say other than it was 63’ feet of perfection!!!! My family and I had the privilege of being the first charter on this brand new beauty. It had all the accommodations you would imagine and more. I have known the captain, Kirk, from previous sailing trips in the BVI with my brothers and father. Everyone in the group always wants to boat with captain Kirk, this trip was no exception. Our group included my siblings, their spouses and my parents, 12 people in total, so we decided to charter two boats. Jan’s Felion and A3 both exceeded our expectations. My wife and I were on Jan’s Felion with captain Kirk and his first mate Randy. The two crews worked non-stop to make sure we were all having a good time. In addition to the beautiful sites, delicious food and fun activities, Captain Kirk, and Randy truly are what made it special. I have one perfect quote that I did not write, but noticed written at Potters by the Sea on Anegada. We were all finishing up eating, having a few drinks and dancing. I stopped to look at the wall and it said “There is no place like home, but, this is better”. It truly was perfect. Thanks to Jan’s Felion crew for what really was one of the best weeks of our lives! CAPTAIN KIRK ROBINSON

Kirk has always been a very active person. His love of the water began in his early 20's but it all started on land for Kirk as a professional soccer player where he spent his younger years representing his country Antigua in America, England and South America. A keen fisherman, you'll notice when sailing with Kirk, he'll be on the lookout for a fresh dinner from the sea!

Kirk started his sailing career as an Engineer with Sunsail working in Antigua and the BVI. He is Yachtmaster Certified and has been a professional charter captain in the Caribbean for the past 12 years. He knows the intricate islands of the Caribbean with great depth and nuance. Most recently he was captain of the successful charter yacht Amazing. He’s clearly a well-liked captain, with 90% repeat guests or special requests by referral. Kirk is a very kid-friendly captain, welcoming families and friends to have a great time on Jan’s FeLion.

CHEF LOIC DOAN JAUSORO

Loic Doan grew up in the Canary Islands, surrounded by the sea and everything that it entails. His father was a sailor so he naturally developed a love for watersports, spearfishing, diving and surfing. It was when he had the opportunity to travel the world in his youth that he began to develop his sensibility for the culinary arts. Exploring places like Indonesia, Vietnam, Norway, Thailand, Sweden, Austria, France- these cultures all have left a mark on his senses and inform his versatile culinary abilities.

Loic's passion for cooking was born thanks to his grandmothers. Since he was a child he spent time in their kitchens as well as his aunt's restaurant, observing and falling in love with the magic that was being created there. Loic decided to pursue a degree with the top culinary school in Spain. He studied gastronomy and culinary arts in the heart of Spanish gastronomy, Basque Country. There he spent 4 years learning a tremendous amount alongside colleagues from all over the world and with the guidance of internationally recognized chefs. Loic started cooking in small restaurants and villas and soon he was able to work in places with greater recognition, among which include an Italian Michelin star restaurant, Nub Restaurant, and the highly regarded Nordic restaurant with Japanese influence, called Frantzén, which has three Michelin Stars.

After these years of applying his knowledge, Loic defines his cuisine as a blend of international style, with Spanish and Italian cuisine standing out the most. He loves to challenge himself daily by playing with different styles - blending the old with the new in his recipe creation, a nod to where he first fell in love with cooking. Ultimately it's the light, fresh, local ingredients that inform his menu design. You can look forward to experiencing a beautifully presented, delicious and versatile culinary experience onboard with Loic Doan.


KATHERINE WARREN

Katherine was born with an adventurous spirit. Growing up in North Carolina with six siblings she spent most of her time on the water or in the
mountains. Kat shared her passion for thrill with the children she nannied for many years. Her Interior Design Degree can be seen in her ability to make any space warm and inviting.

After college she moved to the snowy mountains of Vail, CO, where she restored antique furniture and soaked in all the outdoors had to offer. She enjoyed hiking, camping, climbing, fishing, rafting, and of course shredding on her snowboard. Later, she volunteered her time across the U.S., working on multiple organic farms. She also spent her summers growing produce for local restaurants. One thing is for certain, no matter where Kat goes, her southern charm and thirst for adventure are always with her. She makes friends wherever she is and is a stranger to no one

In the past 5 years she has built her yacht portfolio in the USVI and BVI, including a sailing scuba dive liveaboard, where her love for underwater grew.
Kat will be seen helping the Captain with deckhand work, assisting the Chef with a spectacular meal, or keeping the boat clean and tidy for all to enjoy. Kat is always up for any water activity. She enjoys paddle boarding, diving, wakeboarding and swimming with sea creatures.

Your sailing experience is guaranteed to be enhanced with the contagious laughter and fun Kat brings to charter. She has worked in the service industry and understands the importance of comfort, fun, relaxation, and balance. She can mix the perfect cocktail of mermaid water or if you’re lucky she will have some samples of her homemade Kombucha! Her down to earth personality will make it hard to leave, but you will cherish the memories she helps create.

Our experience was nothing short of outstanding, and we were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, expertise and attention to detail demonstrated by the crew, Lolo ( our Chef) Kat and Captain Kirk. From the moment we stepped on board, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm for ensuring our enjoyment and comfort throughout the charter. We wanted to give you some detail about our experience with each of the crew. Kat was an outstanding first steward. Her knowledge of hospitality and her ability to anticipate our needs was impressive. Whether it was ensuring our cabin was always tidy or providing anything we needed. Not only was Kat highly professional, but also had a delightful and outgoing demeanor that made our time on board even more enjoyable. She showed genuine care for our well being at all times and created a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere every single day. Her expertise in mixology in creating delicious cocktails was impressive. We looked forward to each evening as she beautifully set our table for each of our dinners. About Loic a/k/a Lo Lo, our great chef. From the very first bite, it was clear that we were in for a treat. His culinary creations were nothing short of extraordinary and each meal was a delightful journey of flavors and textures. The attention to detail in every dish was impeccable, and we were consistently amazed by his ability to create such wonderful dining experiences with the freshest ingredients. Beyond his culinary skills, he was also such a pleasure to have on board. His talent, professionalism and dedication to his craft were truly exceptional. Last, but not least was Captain Kirk. He was the ultimate professional throughout the entire trip. A Dream Journey! The idea for this adventure started in Zanzibar, Tanzania. While on Safari (trip of a life time) a dinner associate informed my wife and I about chartering a catermaran named Jan'sFeLionq. She said it would be a "trip of a life time" Who knew, you could take two trips of a life time in one life. Lol! Our group of six boarded Jan's FeLion in Village Cay Tortola, from the moment we entered Captain Kirk, Kat, and Loic made us feel right at home. A quick change into appropriate BVI wear followed by introductory drinks and snacks, and we could feel the stress disapate and the feeling of warm sun and relaxation taking over. Captain Kirk quickly established himself as a true leader. A keen observer, he learned our group and catered the charter to our liking. His daily debriefings and suggestions were always on point. He kept us safe, on time, and full of adventure. Captain Kirk arranged a prime table location to view the Super Bowl at Bitters Ends. In addition, he introduced us to Sweet "Ice" Willie who then gave us an Island land tour of Virgin Gorda, introduced us to the tasty and scrumptious food of Mad Dog, and drove us to the awesome Baths (a must see for anyone coming to the BVI). Captain, most of all, we admired the pride you had in caring for Jan's FeLion as well as our well-being! Oh I must mention, a Big Ups for the ab roller session! Gotta stay fit 💪 while on Jan's FeLion! Each day bettered the next and that was primarily because while Captain was navigating, Kat took care of our every need while aboard Jan's FeLion. Kat kept our cups full of tasty drinks, kept our quarters immaculate, help decorate and organize a fabulous Valentine's Day celebration on the boat. She was always 2 steps ahead whether presenting a dry towel after a long beach day, helping to hang and dry your bathing suits, providing snorkeling gear, presenting a fresh cup of coffee upon your awakening, or whatever else was needed Kat was always there with great conversation and a genuine smile to spoil us daily. Kat we have nothing but ❤️ for you. Chase those dreams! My man Loic. They say God gives everyone a talent. This young man was blessed to cook. The meals were off the chain ( that means great, awesome, or any other adjective meaning unbelievable) Each breakfast, lunch, and dinner became better and better. Loic prepared the meals with such grace and tenacity. The love he poured into them came out in the amazing aromas and taste of each dish. I will never forget how when someone mentioned a item they liked ( Wendel's olives), they magically appeared in the next meal. Loic we all will struggle to find food as delicious as yours back home. Much appreciation for the time and dedication that you give to your craft. In summary, from Coopers Island to Virgin Gorda to Neckar Island to Jost Van Dyke to Norman Island, Captain Kirk, Kit, and Loic ensured that all six of us were made to feel special. And a special thanks to Heather for all the behind the seens efforts. She helped organize the Neckar Island tour with Gumption tours. We cannot imagine a better vacation than our time on Jan's FeLion with Captain Kirk, Kat and Loic. The boat was a great fit for us. The crew keeps it in meticulous shape. Our cabins were awesome and Kat kept them in tip-top shape. We mainly lived outdoors, dined outdoors, sunned, made the crossing on the bridge. It was spectacular! We all love to cook and initially were disappointed that we wouldn't be in the galley. That disappointment passed after Loic prepared our first meal. Chartering with a chef is seamless. The preference materials that you complete are your only responsibility. You don't have to plan meals, provision, worry about proper storage, forgetting something -- no worries, the crew handles everything. Loic is a skilled chef and simply a good guy with an easy nature. Kat and Loic made every meal a treat. Kat is so service-hearted and gracious. She was always at the ready with coffee, cocktails, water toys. She learned our preferences and anticipated our needs. What a great smile and laugh. Captain Kirk is an ace. He has confidence and obvious skill. One is instantly at ease knowing that he will be running the show and handling all the decisions on the crossings, the moorings, anchoring, dinghy trips, fresh water and all. He communicated clearly regarding our itinerary, careful to consider our desires and kept us on a wonderful schedule. He also shared a couple of his favorite hikes with us. We loved being on shore and learning from him. As in life, it is about relationships. The best part of our trip -- not the stellar boat and accommodations, not the delicious food and beverages, not the carefree adventure, not the glorious Caribbean islands with picturesque mountains, flora and fauna and crystal-clear turquoise and deep blue waters, not the adorable island stops and watering holes. Hands down, it was the crew! We loved the blessing of getting to know them a little and sharing the week with them. After a couple of tough years of healthcare challenges, this charter was balm to our souls. We'd love to do it again. And again. And again! Bill is a very experienced sailor and was impressed with Kirk and his knowledge. They were impressed by his mannerisms, supremely professional and knowledgeable. He also helped out in the galley all the time. It was a team effort and they all seem to have gotten along well. They just love Captain Kirk! NIA-OMG! Sooo impressed with her cooking skills and the fact she is self-taught. Amazing!!! Every single meal was AMAZING! They went to stay at Little Dix after the charter and missed her food the most. Mr. & Mrs. are foodies and were blown away with the talent Nia has. They were surprised at the quality of food as well. The breads and cheeses were so impressive too! Couldn’t believe she found such excellent quality cheese on the islands. They can’t say enough of Nia and her cooking abilities. She should have her own cooking show or write a cook book… THAT GOOD! Kat was AMAZING as well. They absolutely LOVED her too! She was always helpful with anything and everything. She was the sweetest and they loved having her on board and commented of how well this trio got along and worked very well together. Her cocktails were PERFECT! Not too strong, and not to weak, just right! Very creative and they looked forward to her cocktail of the day. She was truly AMAZING! Enough to invite her to their home anytime she is in their neck of the woods! The toys were amazing. They LOVED the sea scooter. They had the most fun on this. And, they loved the boat too! So impressed with her as well. Very spacious and great sitting areas. She was beautiful and they loved every minute on her!

Jan’s FeLion, what can I say other than it was 63’ feet of perfection!!!! My family and I had the privilege of being the first charter on this brand new beauty. It had all the accommodations you would imagine and more. I have known the captain, Kirk, from previous sailing trips in the BVI with my brothers and father. Everyone in the group always wants to boat with captain Kirk, this trip was no exception. Our group included my siblings, their spouses and my parents, 12 people in total, so we decided to charter two boats. Jan’s Felion and A3 both exceeded our expectations. My wife and I were on Jan’s Felion with captain Kirk and his first mate Randy. The two crews worked non-stop to make sure we were all having a good time. In addition to the beautiful sites, delicious food and fun activities, Captain Kirk, and Randy truly are what made it special. I have one perfect quote that I did not write, but noticed written at Potters by the Sea on Anegada. We were all finishing up eating, having a few drinks and dancing. I stopped to look at the wall and it said “There is no place like home, but, this is better”. It truly was perfect. Thanks to Jan’s Felion crew for what really was one of the best weeks of our lives!
