Chef|First Mate KELLY SARGENT

Kelly Sargent's journey into the world of yachting is a testament to the transformative power of serendipitous adventures. In 2016, she stumbled upon her inaugural charter experience in the breathtaking Whitsunday Islands while on a solo sojourn to Australia. Little did she know that this encounter with the open sea would chart the course of her life.

In the following year, Kelly's thirst for exploration led her to Croatia and the Caribbean, where she set sail on several unforgettable journeys. These voyages became more than just vacations; they sparked the inspiration for a monumental life change. Driven by a newfound passion, Kelly bid adieu to her career as a designer in London and embarked on a new odyssey – a career in yachting.

In 2019, Kelly embarked on a culinary adventure on the water, weaving her culinary magic around the picturesque landscapes of Greece and Croatia. Her culinary skills and penchant for crafting delectable dishes earned her a place on prestigious yachts. More recently, she extended her culinary expertise to the paradisiacal shores of The Bahamas and the British Virgin Islands, solidifying her reputation as a culinary virtuoso.

Born into a family with an innate talent for cooking, Kelly's love for the kitchen blossomed from an early age. It was no surprise to her loved ones when she decided to hone her culinary prowess. What sets Kelly apart is her extraordinary adaptability and dedication to guest satisfaction. She has the unique ability to cater to a diverse range of dietary requirements, crafting menus as unique as the individuals on board. Whether it's a preference for vegetarian cuisine, gluten-free fare, or any other dietary consideration, Kelly's culinary creations are sure to delight the palate.

Fun in the Sun
We had so much fun this week! We enjoyed the watersport toys along with all the snorkeling locations. The meals were amazing and something we always looked forward to. Thanks for taking such good care of us, this is truly the best and most memorable trip we have ever taken as a family. Best to you, The Orne’s.
Farewell, but not goodbye.
Thank you for the most memorable week, I will never forget you guys! I enjoyed my stay tremendously and will miss you all very much! Until we see each other again. Shea
Hospitality at it's finest
Dear Kelly and Wouts, Thank you so much for a wonderful get-away. We have all decided this has been our favourite trip. It was truly the most relaxing time and we will not feel the need for a vacation from vacation. I admit I was nervous about being on board with two complete strangers for a whole week but you put us at ease. Professional, kind and flexible. We had so much fun and the food was amazing - drinks too! We hope to see you again. Callahan family
From Guests to Family

A Week of Awesome Vibes
Wouts and Kelly, thank you so much for such an amazing week full of awesome vibes, delicious food and endless laughter, huge smiles and a new year! You both are absolutely amazing at what you do, such a unique talent to understand a very loud and animated group of people who love a good time and family bonding. Wouts kept us entertained with water sports and drinks and Kelly is such an incredible and talented chef. You kept us laughing and smiling the entire time, thank you both for everything. Alessandra
Heartfelt Thanks
Wouts and Kelly, thank you for the kindness and grace in which you treated my family. You may not know but my father died recently and I wanted to just enjoy the holidays quietly and somberly. However, you raised my spirit with your kindness and you have friends in Miami should you ever need them. Roland
Memories Made
Thank you so much for a wonderful trip full of memories, amazing food, and quality fish bowl games. You two are a fantastic duo - you make it all look so effortless yet put so much intention and perfection in all you do! Kelly - you make better food than most restaurants, I shall be dreaming of it. Stay safe. Eno and Mariana
