Something Wonderful Yacht Charter

Step aboard Something Wonderful, a Leopard 58 yacht that lives up to its name with its unmatched elegance and modern design. One of the most captivating features of this stunning vessel is its expansive flybridge. Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, this elevated space invites you to savor every panoramic view while enjoying alfresco dining or simply relaxing in the warm sun. The open aft deck and forward cockpit are equally spacious, offering idyllic spots to lounge or share unforgettable meals under the open sky. Each of these areas is adorned with TekDek—a lightweight, high-impact simulated teak—combining durability with a sophisticated aesthetic that echoes the charm of a luxury seaside retreat.

Onboard Experience

Something Wonderful accommodates up to 8 guests across four luxurious cabins, each thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and privacy. The master suite is a true sanctuary, stretching the full width of the main deck. With its plush queen-size bed, private en suite bath featuring a shower and toilet, and a separate study area, it seamlessly blends style and functionality. The adjoining study can be opened to extend the living space or closed off for added privacy—a perfect option for remote work or quiet relaxation. For family charters, the office can even be set up with a cozy inflatable mattress for a child.

The remaining guest cabins are equally inviting, with queen-sized beds, generous closet space, and en suite bathrooms complete with modern showers and toilets. One of the cabins offers twin beds that can be converted into a large bed with an added filler mattress, making it versatile for different guest arrangements.

The crew resides in the starboard aft cabin—a queen suite slightly smaller than the others. However, with prior notice, the crew can relocate to the twin cabin, making the aft queen cabin available for guest use if needed.

Comfort and Amenities

Every detail of Something Wonderful has been crafted to elevate your experience. The entire yacht is fully air-conditioned, ensuring a refreshing escape from the tropical sun. The salon and master cabin boast impressive 8-foot ceilings, creating an airy and spacious ambiance that enhances the sense of luxury. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning coffee or gathering with friends for evening cocktails, the indoor spaces are as inviting as the open-air decks.

Destinations

Picture yourself gliding through the crystalline waters of the Caribbean, where sunlit waves beckon and serene islands await. Whether anchored near a secluded cove or exploring vibrant harbors, Something Wonderful promises an unforgettable adventure. The combination of lavish comfort and thrilling destinations makes this yacht the ideal choice for those seeking both relaxation and discovery.

Two guest cabins have queen size beds and en suite baths with a shower and toilet. One guest cabin has two twins and an en suite bath with a shower and toilet. The addition of a filler mattress makes one large bed in this cabin.

Our time with Kayla and Morne on Something Wonderful was nothing short of perfection! We had a fabulous, relaxing vacation and would repeat it again any time. The food prepared by Kayla was definitely ahighlight of the trip. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were always perfectly prepared and presented, and was some of the best food we've evereaten. Morne was a fantastic captain, answering our endless questions about where, when, how, etc. in regards to the boat and the geography. He also made the best afternoon cocktails for us each day. If you are thinking about booking with these fine people, do it now. You won't regret it! John & Tracy
Guests who had rescheduled from back during corona times wrote in 2022:
The absolute best part of this trip was not the crystal clear water, or beautiful sunsets, or the scenic views from all directions or spacious boat and rooms and terrific food. By far the most wonderful part of our trip was the crew. It was more like we were on a family members boat than a crewed boat. The service was top notch. The food that came from the hand of Kayla was something you would expect at a 5 star restaurant. There was not one occasion we felt unsafe with our captain at the helm. Safety was a top priority and he is obviously a professional captain with many hours, years, under his belt. We arrived as strangers but left with three more members of our family. The first mate was everywhere when we needed him and predicted our needs before we knew we needed them. Water toys were awesome and way more than expected. The crews knowledge of the area was very helpful and interesting. The boat was way above expectations. So much room for all 8 of our group and the 3 crew members. Jason

Something Wonderful is just That! 27 Jan 2020
We just returned from a 7 day charter in the BVI. We were a group of 4 couples and it was a first experience for all of us, so we really did not know what to except. We choose the Catamaran "Something Wonderful" ... as we boarded we discovered the first problem! The name of this beauty should have been "Something Extraordinarily Wonderful!" Then we met the Crew. We were welcomed with such grace and refinement by each of them. They instantly made us feel at home. Each one were truly professional and passionate about their careers, but more so they became a part of the family and we learned a great deal from their expertise's. The captain was amazing. We knew how seriously he took his responsibility and we always felt safe and in good hands. He plotted a journey that all 8 of us embraced as our best vacation ever. He educated us about this beautiful BVI and each port was unique and special. The chef wowed us everyday with new, fresh and exquisite cuisine. She too provided us a culinary experience we will never forget.. all the while handling this task with ease and such character. The crew worked tirelessly - each sharing in the daily workings of the boat - and we could not help notice the level of discretion. The crew truly made our experience one we shall always cherish and hope to do again. All of that coupled with what we all thought was to be the most fabulous catamaran. The color scheme was gorgeous, perfectly design in function , amble space and of course we felt the fly bridge was perfect! Every inch of that boat was spectacular! We have all decided after this glorious trip... that when choosing the next charter ... we felt it truly came down to The Crew! We would not want to set sail without this crew! We were blessed to have had both : A Something Wonderful Crew AND Boat! Thank you!"

Dear SOMETHING WONDERFUL crew, What an amazing Christmas week and an honor to be your first guests! The memories we all made this week will last a lifetime. Graeme, Lauren and Zayne all went above and beyond to ensure we were fully pampered and happy every minute. They were always ready to do anything from getting movie night set up, water sports with the kids, running us into beach bars, serving yummy drinks of the day (Z Island Rum Punch) and on and on . . . . They helped us make some extra special memories that we will cherish, while getting photos of the whole week so we can take them home. Jason

Brad & Amanda, On behalf of our group, we want to thank you for a truly amazing experience. Honestly it was the best vacation we've ever had, and much/most can be attributed to you. Everyone felt safe every minute thanks to your combined skills and competencies. The food was absolutely fantastic! You anticipated every one of our needs, stopping at nothing to find and keep our beer supply stocked. Thank you so much and we hope to be lucky enough to sail with you all again soon! -Kim & Mark We felt so secure and cared for. What a fine experience to be with the two of you. Thank you, Thank you. Bon Voyage! -Lynn & John

Thank you!"

Each one were truly professional and passionate about their careers, but more so they became a part of the family and we learned a great deal from their expertise's. Captain Paul Johnson was a true Captain. We knew how seriously he took his responsibility and we always felt safe and in good hands. Paul plotted a journey that all 8 of us embraced as our best vacation ever. Paul would educate us about this beautiful BVI and each port was unique and special. Isabella wowed us everyday with new, fresh and exquisite cuisine. She too provided us a culinary experience we will never forget.. all the while handling this task with ease and such character. We did wonder before we boarded why we would even need a 3 crew member .. then we met Daniel. Daniel was equally as pertinent and provided the guest with impeccable service. All three crew members worked tirelessly - each sharing in the daily workings of the boat - and we could not help notice the level of discretion. Also it was an honor to see the level of respect they have for their Captain and rightly so. Paul was able to command his crew with great finesse. December 20 - 27, 2014. Three generation family charter in the BVI
Something Wonderful REALLY was just that and we can't wait to spend our next time with these wonderful people on this absolutely perfect boat!
