Thomas has worked in yachting since he was 15 years of age, he remains passionate and proud of the career path he has carved so far. During the last 6 years, through determination and hard work, Thomas has learnt plenty of skills and has good knowledge of electrics, hydraulics, carpentry, varnishing and of course navigation.
Thomas has an outgoing but discrete nature which works to his advantage both with his fellow crew members and guests alike and he is always ready to lend a hand wherever needed. Maxime has certainly achieved a lot during his 10 years of chef experience – hopping from establishment to establishment ensuring that each time he gained the skill and confidence needed to catapult him up the ranks.
Today, passionate and proud of what he has achieved so far, he is excited to transfer his talent to the yachting industry.
Maxime’s history of accolades from where he has previously worked to include l’hôtel au Coeur du Village, Relais Château 5* in la Clusaz, le Garlaban sur l’île des Embiez, not to mention the numerous winter seasons in Courchevel in luxury chalets for “Infinitie Chef,” follow in his wake and are bound to impress any discerning charter guest…. especially when they taste the wonders created from the freshest produce sourced from the local markets.

Eline has worked in the yachting industry and in high-end hospitality since 2011 and has a natural flare for “service with a smile'!
A total all-rounder, and a polyglot (she speaks 5 languages) Eline’s previous crew positions have been as both deck/stew on M/Y Mr Francisco (30m) and cook/stew on M/Y Leonora of St. Tropez, where she cooked for up to 20 guests at a time. Last season Eline was stewardess on the 28m M/Y Beija Flore and she now joins SALT as Chief Stewardess, she is looking forward to a successful Summer season.
When she isn’t on board Eline loves to travel and has completed several adventurous overland trips in Africa, Brazil, Peru, China Thailand and Egypt. Previous Yachts: M/Y Mr Francisco (30m), M/Y Leonora of St Tropez,, M/Y Beija Flore (28m)

- Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
- Light daily housekeeping
- Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
- Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
- Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
- Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
- Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
- Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
- Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
- Operating expenses including: air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages
What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:
- Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
- Meals and beverages at restaurants and bars
- Rendezvous diving, ASA sailing certification courses and any other offshore excursions
- Premium wines and spirits
75,000 EUR per week in May, June and September (after 7th September 2019)
60,000 EUR per week during the rest of the year
For less than a week please divide the weekly rate by 6

A security deposit may be requested for corporate charters

Special Conditions:
A crew gratuity is customary and given at the charterer's discretion.
Satellite TV where geographically available.
Wi-Fi cannot be guaranteed in all cruising areas.
Use of any personal water craft is at the operator's sole risk and is only permitted subject to the operator having the applicable license and meeting local regulations.
For corporate charters, the Charterer is responsible for all additional expenses such as deck protection, tents if any, berthing fees, outside catering if any, additional staff if any.
