Rates are Plus Expenses
Alessandro I reeks of quality from every pore and whoever claims the master cabin of this 40m / 131ft beauty will learn what the “wow factor” means.

Those in the remaining three air conditioned double and one twin cabins (for 10 guests in total) will enjoy all the same comforts of sparkling marble bathrooms and glowing, timber-framed soft furnishings, plus all the facilities of Satellite TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, and USB connection for their multimedia devices.

Light and space in abundance
The luxurious saloon’s large panoramic windows invite all the sunlight you could want and ensure you miss none of the passing scenery. The vast deck area provides all the sun, or shade if you prefer, on demand on both fore and aft decks and you may choose to snack or dine on either.

If you have kids aboard you can be sure of their safety with high, teak capped guardrails all around the yacht.

Toys and relaxation
Aboard Alessandro you can choose to be as active or lazy as you like with a wealth of water toys from skiing to fishing, swimming to a cool soaking in the on-deck jacuzzi, or if you’re not warm enough, try the onboard sauna.

The choices are seemingly endless.

· VAT 13%
· A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 30 % of Charter Fee/week, to cover following costs, but not limited to: fuel for the main engine and generators; fuel for cruising; fuel for tender and water sports equipment; food and beverages for the Charter Party; berthing dues and other harbor charges including pilots ’fees, local taxes, divers’ fees, customs formalities, charges for waste disposal, charges for water and electricity taken from shore; shipping agents’ fees where applicable; Charter Party personal laundry; hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer’s request, shoreside transport and excursions, national park entrances and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter and all other costs not specified as included.
A.P.A. is paid by the Client in addition to the charter fee for all relevant costs for the vessel that are not included in the charter fee.
If A.P.A does not cover complete costs, the Client will pay exceeding the amount on board in cash.
If costs made on charter are less than the amount is given as A.P.A, the amount that was not spent will be returned to the Client at the end of the voyage.
A.P.A does not include a tip for the crew.

Med Term pricing is cost (cost of the boat) + VAT (country tax) + APA (operating and provisioning expenses). The cost is the weekly rate for the charter. The VAT and APA are calculated on the cost of the boat and paid in addition to that base price. The APA covers: fuel, water, food, licenses, alcohol, and any specific items you would like provided to you. APA money that is not used for provisioning would be reimbursed to you- or, if you spend over the amount, they would charge you. The Captain keeps track of expenses and would let you know if you’re reaching your APA limit. This is the industry standard for the region.

Caribbean Terms or Caribbean Inclusions refer to all-inclusive rates. These boats are typically catamarans and monohulls and are found in the Caribbean.

Most (but not all) motor-yachts and sailing vessels in the Med are Med Rate terms.

The yachts featured on our website will specifically state which type of pricing they offer.
