Captain Angelo was born in 1972 in Termoli, a little town by the Adriatic Sea.
He learned to love the sea from a very young age since his family owned a little jetty in the Termoli harbour. When he was only 10 years old, he sailed together with his father from Termoli to Ortona.
Since then, he participated in numerous races over the years, deepening his sailing experience, his passion for the sea and his knowledge constantly. He attended the Nautical Institute of Termoli and received his certification at the Naval Academy of Livorno. Since 2006, Angelo manages two companies in Termoli together with his brothers: the Inmare Srl, a company dealing with work at sea and the Marinucci Yachting Club, a company in charge of marina management. During his years as captain, he has sailed all over the Mediterranean (Italy, Croatia, Greece in particular) and has passed the Atlantic Ocean to sail in the Caribbean as well. Angelo is passionate about the sea and sailing; a true sea lover with the motto: “If it floats and has sails, you can have fun!” He was the Captain on M/Y Don Michele since 2016 when the yacht first was launched.
He is now happily returning to sailing yachts to be the captain of Genny. He loves new challenges, is hard-working and responsible. His communicative and friendly character will undoubtedly ensure guests an unforgettable sailing experience on board. In his spare time, he enjoys wind and kite surf. Angelo speaks Italian and English fluently.
Chef GIOVANNI STEA
Giovanni was born and raised in Termoli, Italy and is now 27 years old.
His love for food started at a very young age and led him to achieve his diploma at the High School of Hotellerie in Termoli.
After that, he attended several cooking classes to improve his skills and experience including 3 classes at the very popular Italian pastificio “La Molisana” where he learnt the art of making the perfect homemade pasta. After having worked in numerous very good restaurants and hotels in Italy, Giovanni decided to gain working experience abroad and spent 2 years working as chef in a Dutch restaurant in The Netherlands.
He covered several roles as sous-chef, chef de partie and chef. The essentials of Giovanni’s cuisine are natural flavors, craftsmanship and professionalism. He’s a very talented young chef willing to give the best and improve his skills, always completely focused on creating amazing dishes; whether it’s a family style lunch with multiple dishes, a breakfast in order to get
a perfect start for the day or a luxury gourmet dinner completed with wellpaired wines.
In his spare time Giovanni loves traveling around the globe and experiencing new tastes and flavors. Genny will be his first experience as chef on a yacht. He’s very enthusiastic and ready to “win the challenge”, creating the ultimate culinary experience for his guests and to make his dream come true:
to combine his passion for cooking with his desire to travel. He speaks English
and Italian fluently and some basic French.
Chief Stewardess GISELLA VASTA
Giselle is 30 years old and is from Imperia. Before heading to the yachting industry, Gisella travelled and worked around the world for 3 years. She worked mainly in the tourism industry learning languages and showing her great enthusiasm and hard-working attitude. She finally made the jump to the yachting industry in 2017 when she started working on the motor yacht Don Michele.
There she became a vital part of the crew, irreplaceable and always helpful in her job. With her happy and smiley attitude, she is the stewardess every guest wants to have on board. Gisella is a true sea lover and speaks fluent Italian and English.
Deckhand MARCO STANISCA
Marco was born in 1969 in Termoli. His sailing career started about 20 years ago with drift sailing boats and a sailing course in Bonifacio. After 5 years of hobby sailing, he started to take part in boat deliveries from boat factories to their final home port in the Mediterranean gaining navigation experience and adapting to any kind of sailing conditions with different types of yachts.
A few years later he got his first job as captain on a Tartan yacht sailing all over the Mediterranean and crossing the Atlantic Ocean to the Caribbean. He has participated in numerous races, has worked for the past 4 years in charter yachts and has accumulated about 45000 NM.
He is excited to join Genny on her maiden voyage and first season, eager to apply his skills and knowledge and thus widen his horizons. He is responsible, has a hands-on and positive attitude and will be a great asset to the crew on board!
He loves anything that has to do with the sea and enjoys traveling and getting to know
new people. He speaks Italian and English.

Med Term pricing is cost (cost of the boat) + VAT (country tax) + APA (operating and provisioning expenses). The cost is the weekly rate for the charter. The VAT and APA are calculated on the cost of the boat and paid in addition to that base price. The APA covers: fuel, water, food, licenses, alcohol, and any specific items you would like provided to you. APA money that is not used for provisioning would be reimbursed to you- or, if you spend over the amount, they would charge you. The Captain keeps track of expenses and would let you know if you’re reaching your APA limit. This is the industry standard for the region.
Caribbean Terms or Caribbean Inclusions refer to all-inclusive rates. These boats are typically catamarans and monohulls and are found in the Caribbean.
Most (but not all) motor-yachts and sailing vessels in the Med are Med Rate terms.
The yachts featured on our website will specifically state which type of pricing they offer.
