Lisa is a creative young Chef with several years of extensive culinary experience in French Michelin-starred restaurants and on board busy luxury charter yachts. She takes great pleasure in satisfying guests’ individual food preferences and creating truly memorable dishes according to their taste. Before becoming a Chef, she was engaged in catering for high-end events and luxury parties and is happy to use all her skills in designing an ideal charter experience. Lisa specializes in traditional French cuisine but also draws inspiration from culinary traditions from all over the world, spoiling her guests with delicious homemade pilmeni (Russian ravioli), fragrant paella, lasagne, sushi rolls and a wide variety of plant based dishes. Her irresistible homemade pastries deserve special attention, whereas her fantastic 4-layered cakes, vegan pies and other delicacies based on secret grandma’s recipes will please the eye and create a veritably luxury fine dining experience.

Unless otherwise specified-Caribbean Standard All-Inclusive Charters include the following:

  • Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
  • Light daily housekeeping
  • Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
  • Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
  • Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
  • Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
  • Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
  • Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
  • Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions

Fuel included for 4 hours on engine daily.

For the Caribbean all-inclusive charters a small APA of 5% is recommended to cover the local cruising permits and any other additional expenses.
