Okeanos is a wonderful 14 m. Lagoon 450 catamaran innovative, fast and comfortable at sea and at anchor. All the spaces on board have been designed to maximize guest's comfort and to create an airy ambiance: the salon boasts a 360° visibility thanks to its panoramic windows and there's exceptional brightness in all cabins thanks to large hull windows. Okeanos offers ample space for relax and socialization: a big salon featuring a lounge/dining area and a flat screen TV, a spacious aft deck with an additional alfresco dining option and sunpads, a big net forward for guests to sunbathe and a fly bridge with a steering station and a little settee. The three staterooms are all equally beautiful, all with double beds (one of them is convertible into twin) and with private bathroom and closet. He acquired extensive experience and extended his charter area in Italy, Croatia, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey and France, sailing for more than 60.000 miles in total. Paolo is a very well known Captain in Italy as he has successfully collaborated with the major charter companies since 1993.His deep knowledge of the Mediterranean coasts has no equal and he’s a very attentive, precise and accurate person.
He’s also a very skilled chef, specialized in Mediterranean cuisine but able to satisfy all kinds of international palates.
Italian mother tongue, he speaks good English, French and basic Greek and Spanish.
Stewardess: Irene Pugnali, Italian, 27 y.o.
Irene is a very dynamic and efficient stewardess, with a very positive attitude and a strong passion for everything gourmet.
Born and raised in Rome, she embarked on board Okeanos for the first time in 2014. Since then, she decided to follow her natural attitude toward cooking and attended a professional cooking school. She got several jobs in different restaurants, including a short experience with the world famous and Michelin starred chef Cristina Bowerman. This Summer she will bring her lively personality and her high cooking skills on board Okeanos again, where guests will be delighted from her delicious, yet healthy dishes.
Due to a very organized mind, Irene perfectly performs all other tasks linked to her stewardess role and keeps the yacht in immaculate conditions.
She speaks Italian and English.

Everything went very well, the crew was very good at interpreting and fulfilling our wishes. Navigation times were optimal. We discovered magnificent bays where taking amazing baths, and we have seen very interesting places and tasted great food.

Outstanding charter experience
Our family vacation aboard the Okeanos has truly been one of the outstanding vacations ever ! from the moment we met Captain Paolo Tisci and the beautiful stewardess, we knew this 6 days trip to the Aeolian Islands was going to be filled with adventure, laughter and amazing cuisine. The Okeanos with its 4 cabins offers spacious comfort for sleeping with an excellent overall design for sunbathing, reading, and relaxing in its numerous areas onboard to gather and spend special time together.
Captain Paolo shared with us the history of the islands and each day was designed for the opportunity to swim and snorkel in secluded areas around each island, have a true Italian meal prepared by Paolo, or read that favorite book, then off to port for the night or sightseeing and exploration and also another fantastic meal !
Our family takes with us a new appreciation for Italy and its people. Not to mention 1000 pictures !!!
Our holiday was Favoloso !
Ps: Paolo and Luisa started out as our Captain and Stewardess. Now they are our friends.

I am guessing that now Easter has finished and it is Spring weather your wonderful boat is already heavily booked for the season ahead.
I am very envious of those who will enjoy your hospitality in 2015 and look forward to us travelling again but in Greece.
I have travelled to many countries but never Greece and it is certainly on my plans in the next few years... of course I couldn't travel any Greek islands with you and the Okeanos :)
I have mentioned you & the Okeanos to every one of our friends that is considering a boating holiday - so hopefully they will also get to appreciate the wonderful time that we all had.

What are "Med Rates" or "Med Terms?"
Med Term pricing is cost (cost of the boat) + VAT (country tax) + APA (operating and provisioning expenses). The cost is the weekly rate for the charter. The VAT and APA are calculated on the cost of the boat and paid in addition to that base price. The APA covers: fuel, water, food, licenses, alcohol, and any specific items you would like provided to you. APA money that is not used for provisioning would be reimbursed to you- or, if you spend over the amount, they would charge you. The Captain keeps track of expenses and would let you know if you’re reaching your APA limit. This is the industry standard for the region.
Caribbean Terms or Caribbean Inclusions refer to all-inclusive rates. These boats are typically catamarans and monohulls and are found in the Caribbean.
Most (but not all) motor-yachts and sailing vessels in the Med are Med Rate terms.
The yachts featured on our website will specifically state which type of pricing they offer.
