It is customary for guests to eat one meal (lunch or dinner) per week ashore at their own expense. Land-based excursions, fishing licenses, transfers, rendezvous activities, crew gratuities and travel insurance are not included in the charter rate.

MYBA CARIBBEAN SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Charter fee and operating costs may be subject to VAT, depending on cruising grounds. Charterer acknowledges responsibility for any taxes levied against this agreement.
Children are to be under supervision of an adult in the charter party at all times.
It is highly recommended that the Charterer consider obtaining Personal Travel Insurance, Cancellation/Curtailment Insurance, and Charterer's Liability Insurance.
Crew gratuity is customary and ranges from 10% to 20%, it is given at the Charterer's discretion.
Use of personal water craft is only permitted subject to the operator having the appropriate license and meeting with local regulations. Any liability arising from non-compliance is entirely at the operator's risk.
Contrary to Clause 8 of this agreement the charter fee is all inclusive except special requests (fine wines, champagne, specific alcoholic drinks, excessive alcoholic consumption), local cruising taxes and permits, air fares, transfer airport/yacht/airport, dockage fees if any, use of communications means available on board and crew gratuity. Above listed additional expenses can be covered from the small APA deposited on stakeholder's account.
Unused small APA funds can be returned to the Charterer by wire transfer.
