STIPE MIHATOV CAPTAIN
Stipe is an experienced captain with more than 10 years of professional experience and extensive knowledge of the Adriatic and Mediterranean Sea. With a keen passion for the outdoors and sailing, Stipe always enjoyed racing and over the past few years has been competing in various regattas organized in Croatia with great success. He will guide you through picturesque islands, hidden bays, amazing beaches and numerous attractive destinations along the coast always ensuring that all of your needs and wants are met. When he is not sailing he enjoys living an active lifestyle and has an interest in motorcycling, diving, kite surfing, water sports and snowboarding. Attentive to details, communicative and well organized, Stipe will make shore you enjoy your sailing holiday every step of the way and feel completely safe aboard. 

ANĐELA VUČIĆ HOSTESS
Anđela is a fast learner and multi tasker who has been sailing from a very early age and is professionally in yachting industry for the last 5 years. Enthusiastic and extremely organized, she will throw you a warm welcome aboard and proficiently accommodate to your needs. Anđela finds great deal of enjoyment being at sea and cooking delicious Mediterranean specialties for her guests, always ensuring that all the meals she prepares are made with fresh local ingredients. Besides of preparing a tantalizing selection of gourmand creations, Anđela will take care that the vessel is spotless at all times enabling you to relax and fully savor your vacation

Breakfast

Freshly brewed coffee/ cappuccino or black/green/herbal tea

Fresh orange/apple juice, banana and blueberry smoothie, plain yogurt

Cereal, musli, granola

Wholemeal walnut bread served with fresh goat cheese, avocado and olive oil

Or

Morning frittata with eggs, bacon, onions and cherry tomatoes

Or

Mediterranean egg muffin with spinach, tomatoes, feta cheese 

Lunch

Starters:

Homemade oregano/garlic brad rolls served with some dips: red pepper spreading, green rucola pesto, and white onion mayo

Main course:

Marinated veal roasted with leek and carrots 

Sweet potato and celery puree

Lettuce and cucumber salad dressed with lemon / ginger juice, olive oil and rosemary

Desert:

Lemon cheesecake with forest fruits

Dinner

Starters:

Anchovies marinated in traditional Mediterranean style served with choice of Croatian cheese, prosciutto, olives and brown bread

Main course:

Roasted white fish served with stews seasonal vegetables and polenta 

Fennel and cabbage salad with lemon/mint dressing

Desert:

Homemade raw chocolate with orange cinnamon served with vanilla ice-cream

Marinated beef steak with ricotta gnocchi in butter sauce with olive oil, sage, basil and fresh oregano
