Four Staterooms consist of 1 Master, 1 VIP and two twins, each with an additonal pullman. All cabins have ensuite bathrooms.

The master stateroom features a large walk around king size bed and a large closet with a built in safe. The master has plenty of storage and a small sitting area comfortable for two. The ensuite features �his and hers� basins and a large walk-in shower.

The VIP is also spacious with a centrelined queen bed and ensuite.

Both twin cabins are fitted with two single beds and one pullman berth plus an ensuite bathroom.

Captain Tomislav Šarić (Tommy)

Captain Tommy is an experienced maritime professional with an extensive background in both private and commercial yachting. Coming from a long-standing maritime family tradition, he has developed a deep understanding of yacht operations, seamanship, and guest-focused service from an early age. Known for his professionalism, discretion, and calm leadership style, Tommy consistently delivers safe, efficient, and enjoyable experiences.

With over a decade of experience at sea - particularly in the Adriatic and Greece, Tommy has progressed through the ranks from deckhand to Master, serving aboard a variety of motor yachts up to 35 metres. His experience includes command of both luxury private yachts and commercial passenger vessels, giving him strong operational versatility and confidence in all aspects of vessel management.

Currently serving as Captain aboard the 30m De Hoop M/Y RAS, Tommy is responsible for all vessel operations including navigation, crew management, maintenance oversight, budgeting, safety compliance, and owner liaison.

His hands-on approach, combined with excellent leadership and communication skills, enables him to maintain high standards onboard while fostering a positive and professional crew environment.

In his free time, Tomislav enjoys staying connected to the sea and maintaining an active lifestyle, bringing enthusiasm, dedication, and reliability to every program he joins.

Aleksa Jovicic – Engineer / Mate
Nationality: Montenegrin

During his nautical studies, Aleksa decided to move from his hometown and go to America where, as a young man, he gained working experience at various positions. His passion for the sea brought him back home and he entered the yachting industry as a deckhand and shortly after obtained his engineering license at Blue Waters in France. From here he gained his captain’s license. Aleksa is a passionate scuba diver. Alex has been onboard now for 4 years and he's smiley good nature, makes him a very popular crew member. He speaks English and German.

Stipe Buterin/ Chef
Nationality: Croatian

Stipe Buterin is a highly motivated and communicative Head Chef with over a decade of experience in Mediterranean and international cuisine, known for his creativity, precision, and calm leadership in fast‑paced kitchens.

Having led teams in renowned restaurants such as Kapric, Forum Sasel, and Bruschetta, he brings strong menu development skills, impeccable food safety standards, and a passion for fresh, locally inspired dishes. His background also includes private chef work for luxury villas and exclusive events, where he consistently delivered refined, guest‑focused dining experiences.

Although new to the yachting industry, Stipe’s adaptability, professionalism, and dedication to excellence make him an exceptional fit for life at sea, where he is eager to bring his culinary expertise to discerning guests.

Antonia Drmić / Cheif Stewardess
Nationality: Croatian

Antonia is a graduate of studies in management at the University of Zadar, making her the ideal candidate for chief stewardess, her understanding of teamwork is parallel to none. She is a hard-working person with a passion for organizing and exceptional detail. In her free time you will find Antonia immersed in a novel or two, or hiking the countryside.


Milica Parezanin / Stewardess
Nationality: Serbian

An adaptable and experienced hospitality professional, Milica brings a strong background in customer relations, administration, and high-end service. With a natural ability to make guests feel welcome and at ease, she combines excellent communication with a keen eye for detail to deliver seamless, personalized service.

Her career spans front desk coordination, restaurant management, and administrative roles in fast-paced, customer-facing environments. Through this, she has developed a high level of organizational skill, problem-solving ability, and an understanding of luxury service standards — all essential qualities for working on board.

Now transitioning into the yachting industry, Milica is excited to bring her energy, dedication, and professionalism to a dynamic crew environment. She is committed to creating outstanding guest experiences with warmth and care.

August 2025 To the Captain and Crew of Annabelle I, Wow! What can we say? This week has been beyond spectacular! This trip has been beyond 6 stars—truly unforgettable. Each day was so smooth, and when we changed course to see Montenegro too, Captain Jerry was so accommodating and showed us the best of both Croatia and Montenegro! Chef Eugene—no words. Every single meal was beyond delicious, and the presentation was out of this world. The tables looked so beautiful every meal, and the dining experience was top notch! We want him in our kitchen every day! Vanya and Melia were absolutely gracious, beyond kind, and the perfect hostesses. They catered to our every need, and every single time did it with a smile. They truly were absolutely incredible. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel like royalty. Alex is such a happy, warm, helpful, and energetic person. We had the pleasure of booking a 10 day charter in Croatia & Montenegro in June of 2025. We were traveling with 4 adults & 4 children ages 6-13. All of the staff were outstanding, welcoming and the extremely kid friendly. This captain & crew were always working as a team; professional, accommodating, very respectful of boundaries & spaces. The food was the best we have ever had on ANY charter we have been by a good margin. Everything was fresh and there was no need to eat off the boat because every meal was very special. We highly recommend this charter without reservation for an amazing visit to Croatia which is their specialty. We will be back but will stay longer with them next time!

Dear Jerry, Mimi, Alex, Jelena and Ivana, Wow! you exceeded our expectations in every way and provided a week in paradise, Jerry found us the most beautiful places in Croatia, kept us safe, taught us so much about boats and made us laugh every day! Mimi's cooking is exceptional, we all gained 5 kilos with no regrets, every meal was amazing. Jelena and Ivana, no detail was to small, nothing was overlooked. You took care of us with grace and warmth and made us feel so at home. From beautifully set tables to cabins that were made up in the blink of an eye, you made some of the best hotels in the world look like they are missing something. Alex, the gentle lion, best trophy fixer ever, awesome engineer and water sports enthusiast, no talk was to long, you made everything seem effortless. Jerry was a great captain, always open to hear our suggestions with safety first approach. A special word here about Jessica’s careful service and Filippo’s Michelin star level cuisine. July 16 - 23 2022 Feedback from client: Crew operate like a “well oiled” machine and are clearly very comfortable with each other and experienced. Philippo was an amazing chef and the food was exceptional! Alex, Jess and Yelena were wonderful to interact with and happy to chat and have conversations and were able to accurately gauge what we needed and when. Jerry picked a great combination of places to stop- national parks and local villages/towns. All crew very accommodating, unobtrusive and cheerful. Having them as crew definitely made the trip! Med Term pricing is cost (cost of the boat) + VAT (country tax) + APA (operating and provisioning expenses). The cost is the weekly rate for the charter. The VAT and APA are calculated on the cost of the boat and paid in addition to that base price. The APA covers: fuel, water, food, licenses, alcohol, and any specific items you would like provided to you. APA money that is not used for provisioning would be reimbursed to you- or, if you spend over the amount, they would charge you. The Captain keeps track of expenses and would let you know if you’re reaching your APA limit. This is the industry standard for the region.

Caribbean Terms or Caribbean Inclusions refer to all-inclusive rates. These boats are typically catamarans and monohulls and are found in the Caribbean.

Most (but not all) motor-yachts and sailing vessels in the Med are Med Rate terms.

Captain Tomislav Šarić (Tommy)

Captain Tommy is an experienced maritime professional with an extensive background in both private and commercial yachting. Coming from a long-standing maritime family tradition, he has developed a deep understanding of yacht operations, seamanship, and guest-focused service from an early age. Known for his professionalism, discretion, and calm leadership style, Tommy consistently delivers safe, efficient, and enjoyable experiences.

With over a decade of experience at sea - particularly in the Adriatic and Greece, Tommy has progressed through the ranks from deckhand to Master, serving aboard a variety of motor yachts up to 35 metres. His experience includes command of both luxury private yachts and commercial passenger vessels, giving him strong operational versatility and confidence in all aspects of vessel management.

Currently serving as Captain aboard the 30m De Hoop M/Y RAS, Tommy is responsible for all vessel operations including navigation, crew management, maintenance oversight, budgeting, safety compliance, and owner liaison.

His hands-on approach, combined with excellent leadership and communication skills, enables him to maintain high standards onboard while fostering a positive and professional crew environment.

In his free time, Tomislav enjoys staying connected to the sea and maintaining an active lifestyle, bringing enthusiasm, dedication, and reliability to every program he joins.

Aleksa Jovicic – Engineer / Mate
Nationality: Montenegrin

During his nautical studies, Aleksa decided to move from his hometown and go to America where, as a young man, he gained working experience at various positions. His passion for the sea brought him back home and he entered the yachting industry as a deckhand and shortly after obtained his engineering license at Blue Waters in France. From here he gained his captain’s license. Aleksa is a passionate scuba diver. Alex has been onboard now for 4 years and he's smiley good nature, makes him a very popular crew member. He speaks English and German.

Stipe Buterin/ Chef
Nationality: Croatian

Stipe Buterin is a highly motivated and communicative Head Chef with over a decade of experience in Mediterranean and international cuisine, known for his creativity, precision, and calm leadership in fast‑paced kitchens.

Having led teams in renowned restaurants such as Kapric, Forum Sasel, and Bruschetta, he brings strong menu development skills, impeccable food safety standards, and a passion for fresh, locally inspired dishes. His background also includes private chef work for luxury villas and exclusive events, where he consistently delivered refined, guest‑focused dining experiences.

Although new to the yachting industry, Stipe’s adaptability, professionalism, and dedication to excellence make him an exceptional fit for life at sea, where he is eager to bring his culinary expertise to discerning guests.

Antonia Drmić / Cheif Stewardess

Antonia is a graduate of studies in management at the University of Zadar, making her the ideal candidate for chief stewardess, her understanding of teamwork is parallel to none. She is a hard-working person with a passion for organizing and exceptional detail. In her free time you will find Antonia immersed in a novel or two, or hiking the countryside.


Milica Parezanin / Stewardess

An adaptable and experienced hospitality professional, Milica brings a strong background in customer relations, administration, and high-end service. With a natural ability to make guests feel welcome and at ease, she combines excellent communication with a keen eye for detail to deliver seamless, personalized service.

Her career spans front desk coordination, restaurant management, and administrative roles in fast-paced, customer-facing environments. Through this, she has developed a high level of organizational skill, problem-solving ability, and an understanding of luxury service standards — all essential qualities for working on board.

Now transitioning into the yachting industry, Milica is excited to bring her energy, dedication, and professionalism to a dynamic crew environment. She is committed to creating outstanding guest experiences with warmth and care.

August 2025 To the Captain and Crew of Annabelle I, Wow! What can we say? This week has been beyond spectacular! This trip has been beyond 6 stars—truly unforgettable. Each day was so smooth, and when we changed course to see Montenegro too, Captain Jerry was so accommodating and showed us the best of both Croatia and Montenegro! Chef Eugene—no words. Every single meal was beyond delicious, and the presentation was out of this world. The tables looked so beautiful every meal, and the dining experience was top notch! We want him in our kitchen every day! Vanya and Melia were absolutely gracious, beyond kind, and the perfect hostesses. They catered to our every need, and every single time did it with a smile. They truly were absolutely incredible. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel like royalty. Alex is such a happy, warm, helpful, and energetic person. He was so much fun and did everything my kids and family asked for! Captain Jerry—the biggest thanks for keeping us safe and showing us this beautiful country—two in fact! We had the pleasure of booking a 10 day charter in Croatia & Montenegro in June of 2025. We were traveling with 4 adults & 4 children ages 6-13. All of the staff were outstanding, welcoming and the extremely kid friendly. This captain & crew were always working as a team; professional, accommodating, very respectful of boundaries & spaces. The food was the best we have ever had on ANY charter we have been by a good margin. Everything was fresh and there was no need to eat off the boat because every meal was very special. We highly recommend this charter without reservation for an amazing visit to Croatia which is their specialty. We will be back but will stay longer with them next time!

Dear Jerry, Mimi, Alex, Jelena and Ivana, Wow! you exceeded our expectations in every way and provided a week in paradise, Jerry found us the most beautiful places in Croatia, kept us safe, taught us so much about boats and made us laugh every day! Mimi's cooking is exceptional, we all gained 5 kilos with no regrets, every meal was amazing. Jelena and Ivana, no detail was to small, nothing was overlooked. You took care of us with grace and warmth and made us feel so at home. From beautifully set tables to cabins that were made up in the blink of an eye, you made some of the best hotels in the world look like they are missing something. Alex, the gentle lion, best trophy fixer ever, awesome engineer and water sports enthusiast, no talk was to long, you made everything seem effortless. Jerry was a great captain, always open to hear our suggestions with safety first approach. A special word here about Jessica’s careful service and Filippo’s Michelin star level cuisine. This made our trip. Overall we had a great time onboard and, above all, quality time with family. Please pass on these words to Annabel II team. We also left some kind remarks on their guest logbook.

July 16 - 23 2022 Feedback from client: Crew operate like a “well oiled” machine and are clearly very comfortable with each other and experienced. Philippo was an amazing chef and the food was exceptional! Alex, Jess and Yelena were wonderful to interact with and happy to chat and have conversations and were able to accurately gauge what we needed and when. Jerry picked a great combination of places to stop- national parks and local villages/towns. All crew very accommodating, unobtrusive and cheerful. Having them as crew definitely made the trip! Med Term pricing is cost (cost of the boat) + VAT (country tax) + APA (operating and provisioning expenses). The cost is the weekly rate for the charter. The VAT and APA are calculated on the cost of the boat and paid in addition to that base price. The APA covers: fuel, water, food, licenses, alcohol, and any specific items you would like provided to you. APA money that is not used for provisioning would be reimbursed to you- or, if you spend over the amount, they would charge you. The Captain keeps track of expenses and would let you know if you’re reaching your APA limit. This is the industry standard for the region.

Caribbean Terms or Caribbean Inclusions refer to all-inclusive rates. These boats are typically catamarans and monohulls and are found in the Caribbean.

Most (but not all) motor-yachts and sailing vessels in the Med are Med Rate terms.
