What Is Not Included In An All Inclusive Yacht Charters In The BVI?

While an all inclusive BVI yacht charter covers most aspects of your trip, a few items are not included and should be budgeted separately:

  • Crew Gratuity: Gratuity for the crew is at the guest’s discretion. The standard guidelines are 15% to 20% of the charter fee and should be taken into account when thinking about overall cost.
  • Meals and Drinks Ashore: Dining at local restaurants and bars is not included, but you can explore different regional cuisines on land or on the boat.
  • Ground transportation to and from your point of entry and your charter yacht is typically not included. We are, however, happy to book a private car and arrange a transfer upon your request.
  • Offshore Excursions: Experiences like rendezvous diving, ASA sailing certification courses, Jeep rentals on Anegada and other offshore excursions are not included in the base price.
  • Premium Wines and Spirits: While the standard ship’s bar includes branded spirits and select premium wines, top-shelf spirits are traditionally not included. This varies with each yacht. Please ask us to confirm the ship’s bar inclusions and brands when booking.
  • The standard ship’s bar is very generous but excessive alcohol is also not included in the charter price for the general safety of the charterer.
