For diving enthusiasts, Shangri La offers rendezvous-style diving experiences, connecting guests with expert dive operators for unforgettable underwater explorations. The yacht’s layout is thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and flexibility. The crew quarters are situated in the port aft deck cabin and bunk. For an added touch of privacy, the crew can move to the bunk cabin for an additional fee of $1,000 upon request and approval.
Each queen cabin boasts ample storage and direct access to the aft deck, ensuring both convenience and luxurious seclusion. With berth measurements of 63” x 81” (160 cm x 205 cm), every bed promises a restful night after a day of adventure.

For the past five years, he and Chef Shawna have lived aboard their Lagoon 400, SV Imagine, cruising the Texas Gulf Coast, leading boat parades, and offering private charters. His technical expertise, local knowledge, and approachable style ensure every guest feels safe, relaxed, and in capable hands.
Chef Shawna Scarr pairs culinary creativity with a background in science and seamanship. A licensed 100-ton Captain and former physicist, Shawna brings precision, adaptability, and a passion for hospitality to every meal aboard Shangri-La. From gourmet seafood feasts to casual beachside barbecues, she crafts flavorful, guest-focused dishes with unparalleled enthusiasm and heart that makes every dining experience memorable.
10% will be discounted from the standard charter rate for charters booked by February 14th, 2024 and completed by May 31st, 2024. The charter must have a minimum of 5 nights and cannot be in conjunction with any other specials to apply.
