deckhand roles to captaining yachts both in the Mediterranean and in the British Virgin Islands. Calm, confident, and highly skilled, Giacomo ensures a safe and seamless journey while sharing his love of sailing with every guest on board.
Nicole brings warmth, precision, and Mediterranean flair to every meal she creates. Since 2022, she has worked as a yacht chef in both the Mediterranean and the British Virgin Islands, drawing inspiration from each destination, to craft vibrant gourmet dishes. Nicole’s sunny personality makes her a joy to be around and her creative spirit shines through in her cuisine. Truly One For The Books
We had an absolutely unforgettable week chartering in the BVI on Aquanimity, and so much of that was thanks to Captain Giacomo and Chef Nicole.Jack planned the perfect island-hopping itinerary—every day felt like a new adventure. From swimming with sea turtles to exploring caves, snorkeling beautiful reefs, paddle boarding, to exploring The Baths by ourselves and even dinghy surfing, he made sure there was something exciting for everyone. What really stood out was how he found stunning, quiet anchorages each night, away from the crowds—each spot somehow more beautiful than the last. He also took the time to teach our family about sailing, and showed our younger son how to fish and snorkel.
Nicole kept us incredibly well fed all week with truly outstanding meals. From homemade lasagna to an incredible sushi night (complete with fresh rolls made right on the boat), to homemade bread and cake—every meal felt special. I’m still dreaming about the French toast and lava cake! The variety, quality, and care she put into every dish were beyond anything we expected.
Beyond their skills, Jack and Nicky are simply wonderful people to spend time with. Traveling with two tween/teen boys isn’t always easy, but they were endlessly patient, kind, and fun. Jack spent hours pulling the boys on paddle boards with the dinghy, and the sound of their laughter and excitement is something I’ll never forget.
This trip was truly one for the books, and we are so grateful to Giacomo and Nicole for creating such a magical experience. We would sail with them again in a heartbeat.

We recently had the pleasure of chartering Aquanimity with two of our dear friends—and it was our second time aboard, which says everything in itself.Captain Giacomo “Jack” and Chef Nicole “Nicky” were the perfect team. Jack was consistently professional, gracious, and warm, always greeting us with a smile. His calm confidence and knowledge of the islands made us feel completely at ease.
Nicky was equally exceptional. Not only were her meals delicious, but she also generously shared recipes with us—her crème brûlée and homemade bread was truly unforgettable.
Our itinerary was nothing short of magical. We were picked up at Trellis Bay and explored some of the most beautiful spots in the British Virgin Islands, including Norman Island, The Baths, The Indians, and Brewers Bay. Sailing to Anegada was a highlight—open air, stunning scenery, and that feeling of complete freedom on the water.
Each day was filled with snorkeling, breathtaking sunsets, wonderful food, and meaningful conversation—all set against the backdrop of the most beautiful turquoise water.
This trip was everything we hoped for and more. We will absolutely be back.

We set sail on The Aquanimity for a 7 day trip! Party of 4! Giak & Nicole exceeded our expectations. Captain Giak, well versed in the BVI. He knew all the places to go. From a quite cove, amazing restaurants, cocktail mixer, party beach or just a wonderful day sitting on the boat “yacht watching”. Ask him to make you an espresso martini 😃 Nicky was a fantastic chef & always took care of us with any requests. Top notch!
The boat was clean with nice pillows, lots of fun water floats and many places to sit on the boat to just relax. This was our first trip to the BVI & are already planning our next trip!

Leaving With a Full Heart And Unforgettable Memories
This charter in the BVIs for our girls trip was truly the vacation of a lifetime, and we owe it all to Jack and Nicky. From the very first day, they made sure every single moment was perfect and unforgettable. Jack is an absolute expert sailor — we felt completely safe the entire trip, and his knowledge of the BVIs is unmatched. He took us to the most incredible spots: swimming with sea turtles, snorkeling in crystal-clear water, and visiting some of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen. Every day felt like something out of a dream.And then there’s Nicky — her talent is unreal. The food alone would be reason enough to book this charter. Every time she brought a plate out, we were genuinely amazed. It wasn’t just good; it was some of the best food we have ever eaten in our lives. There was so much food, and not a single crumb was left by any of us. Her creativity, generosity, and passion shine through in every meal, and it added so much joy and comfort to our experience.
Jack and Nicky didn’t just give us a vacation — they gave us memories we will talk about for the rest of our lives. On our last day, none of us wanted to leave, which says everything. If you are considering a charter in the BVIs, stop searching and book with them. They Took Care Of Every Need
I can’t recommend Giack and Nicole highly enough. We were very excited when we found out they were Italian because we love Italian food, and Nicole blew us away with the meals she cooked. She even made a birthday cake for our son. Giack did a great job as captain. He knew the best spots and how to time things perfectly. For instance, getting us to the Baths so we were basically the only ones there, arriving to a spot on Anegada where we had the whole beach bar, beach, and reef to snorkel on all to ourselves, etc.
They were very attentive to our every need and made our family of six very comfortable on the boat. We all feel like this was a trip of a lifetime. They clearly tried to take care of our every need and request.

An Awesome Trip!
We had an awesome trip, great food, sailing, snorkeling, and shore adventures. Giack and Nicky were great with the kids, taught them a lot about sailing and life on the water.Our 7 days snorkeling in the BVI were full of beautiful fish, underwater landscapes, caves, sharks, and even a spotted ray and barracuda.

Ask For Captain Jack (Giacomo)
Giacomo (jack) was the best captain. He was incredibly professional, patient, and accommodating with a pasty party of 7 from the Midwest USA. Jack struck a perfect balance of deferring to our plans, and when we didn’t have many plans, recommending things to do and see in the BVI’s that turned out to be really fun, including hikes and niche snorkel spots. He has an uncanny knack for where to find any particular species of marine life.
If you’re looking for the trip of a lifetime in the Virgin islands, make sure and book and…..make sure you ask for Giacomo to be your captain
Relax On The Water
We recently went on a five-day family trip with Captain Giacomo (Captain Jack). We did a similar trip many years ago and the family has always wanted to go back.
We were not disappointed. Booking and preparation was easy. The boat was outfitted as expected including paddle boards, kayaks and other toys. Jack was a great fit for our group. He handled the boat well and was there whenever we needed him to answer questions and provide dinghy transportation to snorkeling spots and shore trips. We had specific locations and activities planned and Jack was able to facilitate all of our requests. However, when we didn’t have a plan for the day or when our plans could be improved, Jack provided numerous options and recommendations to enhance our experience. That is not an easy task with our group.
All of his suggestions were perfect and made our days more enjoyable. If you want to enjoy a relaxing, easy trip in the Caribbean, we highly recommend Captain Jack.
Trip of A Lifetime!
We chartered our yacht with friends and family for 5 days and had the best time. This is truly the trip of a lifetime and there is nothing like it.Captain Giacomo (Captain Jack) was such an incredible captain and fit for our group. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. He did a great job at hitting all of the spots that we wanted to see as well as recommending slight changes to our plans for smoother logistics or more beautiful views. He had our mooring balls reserved every morning at 7am on the dot and was well prepared the entire trip. He became a great friend to us all and we look forward to calling him when we are ready to charter again!
Meals Were Beautifully Prepared
We weren’t expecting the food to be this good on a boat! Chef Nicole not only served up gourmet meals three times a day, but also remembered all our preferences, even making custom dishes for the kids. Every meal was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Her passion and creativity are amazing.
Everyone Needs To Experience The BVI's
We ladies (mothers and daughters) and friends had a wonderful experience on our seven-day charter through the BVI’s. It more that met our expectations! Captain Giacomo was super-friendly, easy to get along with and had great suggestions for places to visit and explore and for restaurants to go to. He was very attentive to our requests, was very professional, and we all enjoyed his company and the whole trip overall. We would definitely recommend this excursion to all – thank you so much.
It Was Fantastic
The minute we left the dock, it was fantastic, especially because of our captain, Captain Giacomo. He was simply the best. Giacomo took care of us from the minute we stepped on the boat. Instantly you could tell that he was there to make sure we had the best experience possible for our voyage. He was extremely thorough in helping us put together an itinerary to make sure we could maximize the time we had on the boat. Giacomo was very attentive to our request and made sure that all guests on the charter were comfortable. I could not be more happy with Giacomo and would recommend that anyone going on a charter to do whatever they can to have him as their captain!

Chef Nicole made our sailing vacation extra special. Each day brought something new—tropical fruit platters for breakfast, refreshing salads with grilled lobster for lunch, and Caribbean-inspired dinners. Her attention to detail and warm personality made us feel completely pampered.

If you choose to charter, you need to make it onto Nikita and Gino’s charter!!! They are highly skilled in cooking and captaining and take care of their guests with pleasure and a positive attitude! I can’t begin to put into words just how amazing this trio was. Gino and Nikita made it extraordinary with their hospitality, so much so they’ve become family. We will absolutely return, sooner than later so we can catch up.

What a fantastic adventure!Gino and Nikita offered top notch hospitality and sailed us around the BVI “best of”. The boat, Aquanimity, was very comfortable for 6 adult guests with plenty of space to spread out. The food was plentiful and delicious, as were the cocktails!

15/10 Christmas For My Family!!!
My family - 3 adult sons, my lovely bride, and her Mom - sailed on the 48 ft Catamaran Aquanimity for a week over the Christmas 2024 holiday. In short, what a blast! I want to start this off by saying that our crew, Gino and Nikita, are truly amazing people. We had plenty of great laughs, they know so much about the BVI, and we all had so much fun throughout the course of the week together. They are so great!
The two of them work seamlessly together and work to fit your preferences.
It’s as smooth an operation as you could find in any industry.
The three meals a day on the boat were truly spectacular - insane plating and cooked perfectly, cooked to your dietary preferences. Highlights included a mahi mahi over couscous, salmon and mashed potatoes, great steak, and pork egg rolls and crab cakes. It’s remarkable how Nikita can cook 5 star meals in a boat kitchen.
They work with you to sort your itinerary for the next day according to your preferences, too, including which islands you would like to go to, what activities you prefer, and when/how long you would like to sail throughout the course of the day.
We followed their itinerary for the most part, and it worked out perfectly. We had ideal conditions at both The Baths and Bubbly Pool, had a blast jumping off the top of Willy T’s and doing shotskis, and had an excellent Christmas dinner at Hendo’s Hideout after cocktails at the Soggy Dollar on Jost van Dyke.
Gino and Nikita know the right locals to show us around the islands, whether it was The Rum Runner or Sweet Ice Willy, too. They know the BVIs like the back of their hand.
The boat itself fitted our family of six comfortably and went without a hitch. Plenty of room in the cabins, cockpit, and around the boat to spend your week. Additionally, the boat comes with snorkeling gear and scooters, a megachill that you won’t get sick of, two paddleboards, and some fun floaties.
Gino, Nikita, and the Aquanimity gave my family a 15/10 Christmas. I cannot speak too highly of the experience. We had so many laughs, great card games, and fun times with the two of them on the boat.
Do yourself a favor and choose them if you’re looking for a similar experience!

Words cannot describe what a truly amazing vacation aboard Aquanimity with Gino and Nikita we had!It was by far the best vacation ever! they welcomed us and made us feel so at home and like we were family!
All of the cool and stunning places they took us as well as the recommendations. They both made the trip unforgettable from Uno and Clue games, conversation, jumping off the boat and dinghy rides and best snorkeling ever!

Gino is one of the nicest people I have ever meet he is so good with talking to people he made every moment fun and made sure to form a personal relationship with everyone he went from crew to friend in a few days.Nikita is also amazing her cooking is 5 star I haven’t had better meals in my life she is also amazing talking to people very funny and nice and she also became a friend as well.
I loved playing games with them like blackjack they are amazing people and I can’t speak enough on how this experience is one of the best I have ever had. I hope to be able to sail with them again it was so fun.

We spent the week on S/V Aquanimity with captain Gino and chef Nikita, who were absolutely incredible. To say that we were treated well is an absolute understatement. Gino and Nikita ran the boat in the most professional manner, and calmly handing any issue, weather change or guest request with a smile and a ready solution.
Our adventure through the BVIs had the best snorkeling spots, fun hangouts and amazing meals every day! We had a blast! Cannot recommend this amazing team of Gino and Nikita highly enough.

The memories our family made this week aboard Aquanimity with Captain Gino and Chef Nikita will last us a lifetime. This crews warmth, energy and knowledge made every part of our trip interesting and so enjoyable. As parents of young kids aboard, Gino and Nikita's skill and professionalism instantly put us at ease, and they are a joy to know and so much fun to be around.
They make the best of every situation and their adaptability ensures a great time no matter what you are doing.
It is hard to think of highlights on a trip this great, but for us, the under-the-radar spots mights have to be the favorites (like secret shipwrecks!), as well as the Indians, Soggy Dollar Beach and Nikita's beautiful breakfasts.
We can't wait to tell our friends and family what a wonderful time we had this week in Gino and Nikita's capable hands.

This Trip Covered It All
Words alone cannot even begin to describe our week on Aquanimity! Captain Gino at such a young age has experience WAY beyond his years. He is so very knowledgeable he makes you feel safe and secure in all he does. He's also a wonderful helper to first mate Nikita. Nikita, what can I say about this delightful first mate/chef.
Her meals are beyond incredible starting with very tasty appetizers, continuing with scrumptious entrees, finishing off with delicious desserts + snacks in between.
Both Gino and Nikita are such a joy to be with, you want to make them part of your family. All our stops sailing throughout the BVI were such incredible experiences we couldn't wait to see what the next day would bring.
We shared this whole experience with such great friends and our crew have become new friends. It's not WHERE you go in life, it's WHO you go with.
This trip covered it all!

Truly One For The Books
We had an absolutely unforgettable week chartering in the BVI on Aquanimity, and so much of that was thanks to Captain Giacomo and Chef Nicole.Jack planned the perfect island-hopping itinerary—every day felt like a new adventure. From swimming with sea turtles to exploring caves, snorkeling beautiful reefs, paddle boarding, to exploring The Baths by ourselves and even dinghy surfing, he made sure there was something exciting for everyone. What really stood out was how he found stunning, quiet anchorages each night, away from the crowds—each spot somehow more beautiful than the last. He also took the time to teach our family about sailing, and showed our younger son how to fish and snorkel.
Nicole kept us incredibly well fed all week with truly outstanding meals. From homemade lasagna to an incredible sushi night (complete with fresh rolls made right on the boat), to homemade bread and cake—every meal felt special. I’m still dreaming about the French toast and lava cake! The variety, quality, and care she put into every dish were beyond anything we expected.
Beyond their skills, Jack and Nicky are simply wonderful people to spend time with. Traveling with two tween/teen boys isn’t always easy, but they were endlessly patient, kind, and fun. Jack spent hours pulling the boys on paddle boards with the dinghy, and the sound of their laughter and excitement is something I’ll never forget.
This trip was truly one for the books, and we are so grateful to Giacomo and Nicole for creating such a magical experience. We would sail with them again in a heartbeat.

We recently had the pleasure of chartering Aquanimity with two of our dear friends—and it was our second time aboard, which says everything in itself.Captain Giacomo “Jack” and Chef Nicole “Nicky” were the perfect team. Jack was consistently professional, gracious, and warm, always greeting us with a smile. His calm confidence and knowledge of the islands made us feel completely at ease.
Nicky was equally exceptional. Not only were her meals delicious, but she also generously shared recipes with us—her crème brûlée and homemade bread was truly unforgettable.
Our itinerary was nothing short of magical. We were picked up at Trellis Bay and explored some of the most beautiful spots in the British Virgin Islands, including Norman Island, The Baths, The Indians, and Brewers Bay. Sailing to Anegada was a highlight—open air, stunning scenery, and that feeling of complete freedom on the water.
Each day was filled with snorkeling, breathtaking sunsets, wonderful food, and meaningful conversation—all set against the backdrop of the most beautiful turquoise water.
This trip was everything we hoped for and more. We will absolutely be back.

We set sail on The Aquanimity for a 7 day trip! Party of 4! Giak & Nicole exceeded our expectations. Captain Giak, well versed in the BVI. He knew all the places to go. From a quite cove, amazing restaurants, cocktail mixer, party beach or just a wonderful day sitting on the boat “yacht watching”. Ask him to make you an espresso martini 😃 Nicky was a fantastic chef & always took care of us with any requests. Top notch!
The boat was clean with nice pillows, lots of fun water floats and many places to sit on the boat to just relax. This was our first trip to the BVI & are already planning our next trip!

Leaving With a Full Heart And Unforgettable Memories
This charter in the BVIs for our girls trip was truly the vacation of a lifetime, and we owe it all to Jack and Nicky. From the very first day, they made sure every single moment was perfect and unforgettable. Jack is an absolute expert sailor — we felt completely safe the entire trip, and his knowledge of the BVIs is unmatched. He took us to the most incredible spots: swimming with sea turtles, snorkeling in crystal-clear water, and visiting some of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen. Every day felt like something out of a dream.And then there’s Nicky — her talent is unreal. The food alone would be reason enough to book this charter. Every time she brought a plate out, we were genuinely amazed. It wasn’t just good; it was some of the best food we have ever eaten in our lives. There was so much food, and not a single crumb was left by any of us. Her creativity, generosity, and passion shine through in every meal, and it added so much joy and comfort to our experience.
Jack and Nicky didn’t just give us a vacation — they gave us memories we will talk about for the rest of our lives. On our last day, none of us wanted to leave, which says everything. They Took Care Of Every Need
I can’t recommend Giack and Nicole highly enough. We were very excited when we found out they were Italian because we love Italian food, and Nicole blew us away with the meals she cooked. She even made a birthday cake for our son. Giack did a great job as captain. He knew the best spots and how to time things perfectly. For instance, getting us to the Baths so we were basically the only ones there, arriving to a spot on Anegada where we had the whole beach bar, beach, and reef to snorkel on all to ourselves, etc.
They were very attentive to our every need and made our family of six very comfortable on the boat. We all feel like this was a trip of a lifetime. They clearly tried to take care of our every need and request.

We had an awesome trip, great food, sailing, snorkeling, and shore adventures. Giack and Nicky were great with the kids, taught them a lot about sailing and life on the water.Our 7 days snorkeling in the BVI were full of beautiful fish, underwater landscapes, caves, sharks, and even a spotted ray and barracuda.

Ask For Captain Jack (Giacomo)
Giacomo (jack) was the best captain. He was incredibly professional, patient, and accommodating with a pasty party of 7 from the Midwest USA. Jack struck a perfect balance of deferring to our plans, and when we didn’t have many plans, recommending things to do and see in the BVI’s that turned out to be really fun, including hikes and niche snorkel spots. He has an uncanny knack for where to find any particular species of marine life.
If you’re looking for the trip of a lifetime in the Virgin islands, make sure and book and…..make sure you ask for Giacomo to be your captain
Relax On The Water
We recently went on a five-day family trip with Captain Giacomo (Captain Jack). We did a similar trip many years ago and the family has always wanted to go back.
We were not disappointed. Booking and preparation was easy. The boat was outfitted as expected including paddle boards, kayaks and other toys. Jack was a great fit for our group. He handled the boat well and was there whenever we needed him to answer questions and provide dinghy transportation to snorkeling spots and shore trips. We had specific locations and activities planned and Jack was able to facilitate all of our requests. However, when we didn’t have a plan for the day or when our plans could be improved, Jack provided numerous options and recommendations to enhance our experience. That is not an easy task with our group.
All of his suggestions were perfect and made our days more enjoyable. If you want to enjoy a relaxing, easy trip in the Caribbean, we highly recommend Captain Jack.
Trip of A Lifetime!
We chartered our yacht with friends and family for 5 days and had the best time. This is truly the trip of a lifetime and there is nothing like it.Captain Giacomo (Captain Jack) was such an incredible captain and fit for our group. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. He did a great job at hitting all of the spots that we wanted to see as well as recommending slight changes to our plans for smoother logistics or more beautiful views. He had our mooring balls reserved every morning at 7am on the dot and was well prepared the entire trip. He became a great friend to us all and we look forward to calling him when we are ready to charter again!

We weren’t expecting the food to be this good on a boat! Chef Nicole not only served up gourmet meals three times a day, but also remembered all our preferences, even making custom dishes for the kids. Every meal was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Her passion and creativity are amazing.

We ladies (mothers and daughters) and friends had a wonderful experience on our seven-day charter through the BVI’s. It more that met our expectations! Captain Giacomo was super-friendly, easy to get along with and had great suggestions for places to visit and explore and for restaurants to go to. He was very attentive to our requests, was very professional, and we all enjoyed his company and the whole trip overall. We would definitely recommend this excursion to all – thank you so much.

The minute we left the dock, it was fantastic, especially because of our captain, Captain Giacomo. He was simply the best. Giacomo took care of us from the minute we stepped on the boat. Instantly you could tell that he was there to make sure we had the best experience possible for our voyage. Nikita’s food was absolutely amazing, and she consistently surprised us with her amazing creativity in the kitchen, we had amazing dishes all throughout the week.Gino made the experience so amazing with his fantastic attitude and optimism. He made such a great effort to make our experience first class and one of a kind, taking us to the most beautiful islands, coves, and beaches during our trip.

If you choose to charter, you need to make it onto Nikita and Gino’s charter!!! They are highly skilled in cooking and captaining and take care of their guests with pleasure and a positive attitude! I cannot even explain the amazing experience we had on board the Aquanimity with Gino and Nikita! To be honest, it wasn’t the boat.. it was all Gino and Nikita that made this trip special.

15/10 Christmas For My Family!!!
My family - 3 adult sons, my lovely bride, and her Mom - sailed on the 48 ft Catamaran Aquanimity for a week over the Christmas 2024 holiday. In short, what a blast! I want to start this off by saying that our crew, Gino and Nikita, are truly amazing people. We had plenty of great laughs, they know so much about the BVI, and we all had so much fun throughout the course of the week together. They are so great!
The two of them work seamlessly together and work to fit your preferences.
It’s as smooth an operation as you could find in any industry.
The three meals a day on the boat were truly spectacular - insane plating and cooked perfectly, cooked to your dietary preferences. Highlights included a mahi mahi over couscous, salmon and mashed potatoes, great steak, and pork egg rolls and crab cakes. It’s remarkable how Nikita can cook 5 star meals in a boat kitchen.
They work with you to sort your itinerary for the next day according to your preferences, too, including which islands you would like to go to, what activities you prefer, and when/how long you would like to sail throughout the course of the day.
We followed their itinerary for the most part, and it worked out perfectly. We had ideal conditions at both The Baths and Bubbly Pool, had a blast jumping off the top of Willy T’s and doing shotskis, and had an excellent Christmas dinner at Hendo’s Hideout after cocktails at the Soggy Dollar on Jost van Dyke.
Gino and Nikita know the right locals to show us around the islands, whether it was The Rum Runner or Sweet Ice Willy, too. They know the BVIs like the back of their hand.
The boat itself fitted our family of six comfortably and went without a hitch. Plenty of room in the cabins, cockpit, and around the boat to spend your week. Additionally, the boat comes with snorkeling gear and scooters, a megachill that you won’t get sick of, two paddleboards, and some fun floaties.
Gino, Nikita, and the Aquanimity gave my family a 15/10 Christmas. I cannot speak too highly of the experience. We had so many laughs, great card games, and fun times with the two of them on the boat.
Do yourself a favor and choose them if you’re looking for a similar experience!

Words cannot describe what a truly amazing vacation aboard Aquanimity with Gino and Nikita we had!It was by far the best vacation ever! they welcomed us and made us feel so at home and like we were family!
All of the cool and stunning places they took us as well as the recommendations. They both made the trip unforgettable from Uno and Clue games, conversation, jumping off the boat and dinghy rides and best snorkeling ever!

Gino is one of the nicest people I have ever meet he is so good with talking to people he made every moment fun and made sure to form a personal relationship with everyone he went from crew to friend in a few days.Nikita is also amazing her cooking is 5 star I haven’t had better meals in my life she is also amazing talking to people very funny and nice and she also became a friend as well.
I loved playing games with them like blackjack they are amazing people and I can’t speak enough on how this experience is one of the best I have ever had. I hope to be able to sail with them again it was so fun.

We spent the week on S/V Aquanimity with captain Gino and chef Nikita, who were absolutely incredible. To say that we were treated well is an absolute understatement. Gino and Nikita ran the boat in the most professional manner, and calmly handing any issue, weather change or guest request with a smile and a ready solution.
Our adventure through the BVIs had the best snorkeling spots, fun hangouts and amazing meals every day! We had a blast! Cannot recommend this amazing team of Gino and Nikita highly enough.

The memories our family made this week aboard Aquanimity with Captain Gino and Chef Nikita will last us a lifetime. This crews warmth, energy and knowledge made every part of our trip interesting and so enjoyable. As parents of young kids aboard, Gino and Nikita's skill and professionalism instantly put us at ease, and they are a joy to know and so much fun to be around.
They make the best of every situation and their adaptability ensures a great time no matter what you are doing.
It is hard to think of highlights on a trip this great, but for us, the under-the-radar spots mights have to be the favorites (like secret shipwrecks!), as well as the Indians, Soggy Dollar Beach and Nikita's beautiful breakfasts.
We can't wait to tell our friends and family what a wonderful time we had this week in Gino and Nikita's capable hands.

This Trip Covered It All
Words alone cannot even begin to describe our week on Aquanimity! Captain Gino at such a young age has experience WAY beyond his years. He is so very knowledgeable he makes you feel safe and secure in all he does. He's also a wonderful helper to first mate Nikita. Nikita, what can I say about this delightful first mate/chef.
Her meals are beyond incredible starting with very tasty appetizers, continuing with scrumptious entrees, finishing off with delicious desserts + snacks in between.
Both Gino and Nikita are such a joy to be with, you want to make them part of your family. All our stops sailing throughout the BVI were such incredible experiences we couldn't wait to see what the next day would bring.
We shared this whole experience with such great friends and our crew have become new friends. It's not WHERE you go in life, it's WHO you go with.
This trip covered it all!

Thank you so much for sharing your boat and the USVI with us. Your recommendations were perfect from the hikes with beautiful views to the quiet bays for snorkeling to the quaint shops. What is included in a All Inclusive Charter? What Is NOT Included?
Unless otherwise specified-Caribbean Standard All-Inclusive Charters include the following:
- Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
- Light daily housekeeping
- Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
- Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
- Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
- Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
- Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
- Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
- Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
- Operating expenses including: use of air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages
What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:
- Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
- Meals and beverages at restaurants and bars
- Rendezvous diving, ASA sailing certification courses and any other offshore excursions
- Premium wines and spirits

Charter rate includes BVI Cruising Fees.
MINIMUM NIGHTS: 4
LESS THAN 7 NIGHT CHARTER RATES: For 6 night charters, divide weekly rate by 7 nights X 6 nights. For 5 nights or less, divide weekly rate by 6 nights X number of nights.
SLEEP ABOARD:1/2 the daily rate. Dinner ashore at client's expense. Includes; boarding after 4pm, welcome cocktail and breakfast the
next morning and early start.
TURN AROUNDS: 48-hour turns are standard
HALF-BOARD OPTION: $150 discount per person
Includes; 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at client's expense.
LOCAL FARE OPTION: $75 discount per person
Includes; 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at client's expense.
HOLIDAY RATES:
THANKSGIVING: $26,000. 6 -7 night charters only. May be prorated for number of guests.
XMAS: Flat rate $26,000. Must end no later than Dec 27th.
NEW YEARS: Flat rate $28,000. Must begin no sooner than Dec 28th.

$200 discount per child under aged 12 up to a max of 3 children.
