His dedication and loyalty carries over into his career from the young age of 14 while serving in the SA Coast Guard and with the National Sea Rescue Institute in rescue operations and even most recently having been with the same yacht owner for over 10 years as Captain and fleet manager.

Safety and technical compliance may be a priority for Rowan however guests will also find warmth of conversation and a welcoming personality from him. He provides excellent cruising knowledge of The Bahamas, US East Coast and Caribbean and accustomed to busy private and charter programs over his career.

Chef | Tory Martindale (Freelance) | American

With a contagious smile and boundless enthusiasm, Chef Tory brings over two decades of culinary expertise to every venture. Prior to this role, Tory played a pivotal role in developing food concepts and collaborated with the restaurant group 88 Napkins to launch culinary destinations across Florida and the USA. A veteran of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for 24 years, Tory showcased his culinary prowess in diverse locations such as Dublin, Nevis, Santa Barbara, and Vancouver. Notably, he contributed to the repositioning and renovation of the Four Seasons Palm Beach's food and beverage offerings in 2018.

Beyond his culinary achievements, Tory actively supports chef-driven charities like "No Kid Hungry" and "Pie It Forward," solidifying his presence in the local chef community. For Tory, food is an art form engaging all senses, blending top-notch technique with thoughtful, intriguing flavor combinations. His culinary philosophy revolves around creating memorable dining experiences, often drawing from a vast library of flavors, combinations, techniques, and plating concepts.

“I love to create dishes by mixing different cultural pinpoints of flavor and style. A chef’s mind is a giant library of flavors, combinations, techniques, and plating concepts. Whenever I build a dish, it’s like flipping through a massive directory and finding the nuances that may connect one item to another and then synergizing it all into what you are creating at the moment.” Tory attributes his success to a creative, talented, and experienced team, fostering a kitchen culture that encourages ideas, open communication, and positive attitudes.


Chef | Stephen Carrera (Freelance) | American

Originally born in Washington State, Stephen found his passion for cooking when he was knee high to a grasshopper. Since then, he has been aspiring to create and experience food on the highest level. After high school he studied culinary arts at Johnson and Wales before beginning his professional career in the most exclusive restaurants in Florida. In 2013, he discovered yachting. As an avid fisherman and diver, he knew he had found his calling. Stephen´s passion for different cuisines mixed with his culinary style, natural talent and warm personality are the perfect combination for a world class charter Chef who never fails to impress.

Chief Stewardess | Alexis Carpenter | American

Alexis serves as Chief Stewardess aboard Entrepreneur, bringing over six years of industry experience, including two years on this vessel. Originally from Cleveland, she played collegiate soccer while earning her business degree at Miami University of Ohio. Time spent living and traveling abroad with her family broadened her perspective and set the foundation for her career on the water.

After a couple of years in the corporate world, Alexis moved to Fort Lauderdale and quickly established herself in yachting. Her work is defined by high service standards, guest-focused creativity, and meticulous attention to detail. She values a welcoming environment and takes pride in enhancing each guest experience with thoughtful service and polished presentation. Off the water, she enjoys reading, yoga, painting, and pickleball. She can’t wait to welcome you aboard and help create an unforgettable trip!

First Mate | Mike Kiraly | American

Mike serves as First Mate aboard Entrepreneur, bringing extensive experience in seamanship and guest service. A Jersey Shore native, he grew up in Toms River, New Jersey, riding the waves and embracing the coastal lifestyle. At 21, Mike joined the U.S. Coast Guard, serving in Galveston, Texas, Kodiak, Alaska, and Charleston, South Carolina, gaining hands-on experience in search and rescue, hurricane response, and federal law enforcement missions.

After six years of service, Mike transitioned into the yachting world, bringing his leadership, technical expertise, and love of the sea to luxury yachts across the Hamptons, Caribbean, and the Bahamas. He thrives on driving the tender, curating the perfect playlist for every excursion, and ensuring every guest experience is seamless and enjoyable. Off duty, Mike enjoys surfing, fishing, and exploring new destinations. He is excited to welcome you aboard and help create memories on the water.

Second Stew | Reece Bonnaure | American

Reece serves as Second Stewardess aboard Entrepreneur, bringing a creative eye and thoughtful approach to guest service. Raised on a ranch in central Texas, she developed a strong work ethic and appreciation for the outdoors before moving to Austin to attend the University of Texas. There, she earned a degree in film production and began her career working as an editor at a reality television studio.

Seeking a change of pace and a life of travel, Reece relocated to France three years ago, where she joined her first yacht and discovered a passion for the yachting industry. She enjoys blending the adventure and natural beauty of each destination with the refined service and relaxation that define an exceptional onboard experience. When off duty, Reece enjoys horseback riding, weightlifting, reading, and creating personal video projects. She looks forward to meeting each one of her guests and can’t wait for the next adventure.

Deckhand | Samuel (McCrae) Annis | American

Originally from Ohio, McCrae moved to Dunedin, Florida in middle school, where life on the water quickly became second nature. Having spent much of his childhood boating, his transition into the yachting industry was a natural fit.

Before joining luxury yachts, McCrae worked for several years at a marina, building hands-on experience and a strong foundation in vessel operations. His strong work ethic and easygoing personality make him a steady and reliable presence on deck. Since entering yachting, he has enjoyed traveling throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean, with a special appreciation for the Exumas.

When he’s not on deck, McCrae enjoys wakeboarding, swimming, and an extra dirty martini at sunset. He is also a proud dog dad to Scooby. McCrae looks forward to welcoming guests aboard and helping create unforgettable experiences on the water.

Note: This is the Owner’s chosen crew. Under the USCG Bareboat terms, the Charterer has the option to hire the same crew or other crew pending approval by flag and insurance.

Med Term pricing is cost (cost of the boat) + VAT (country tax) + APA (operating and provisioning expenses). The cost is the weekly rate for the charter. The VAT and APA are calculated on the cost of the boat and paid in addition to that base price. The APA covers: fuel, water, food, licenses, alcohol, and any specific items you would like provided to you. APA money that is not used for provisioning would be reimbursed to you- or, if you spend over the amount, they would charge you. The Captain keeps track of expenses and would let you know if you’re reaching your APA limit. This is the industry standard for the region.

Caribbean Terms or Caribbean Inclusions refer to all-inclusive rates. These boats are typically catamarans and monohulls and are found in the Caribbean.

Most (but not all) motor-yachts and sailing vessels in the Med are Med Rate terms.
