Day 2
Lunch – Fresh poke bowls with grilled shrimp (or fresh 
catch of the day if possible), radish, edamame beans, 
avocado, mango, tomatoes, white rice. Dressings and 
sauces served on the side. 
Dinner – Grilled Steak served on a bed of wilted spinach, 
homemade spiced potato wedges, rainbow carrots and a 
peppercorn sauce. 
Dessert – Apple and raspberry crumble with crème 
anglaise or vanilla bean ice cream. 


Day 3
Lunch – Pistachio and herb crusted salmon served on a bed of Mediterranean quinoa 
salad
Dinner – Greek feast, grilled lamb and vegetable skewers with a tabbouleh salad, Greek 
salad with an accompaniment of fresh hummus, tzatziki and flatbreads. 
Dessert – Limoncello and orange jelly layered trifle, with a whipped mascarpone topping. 


Day 4
Lunch – Build your own burger, grilled beef angus 
patties with a selection of toppings including cheese, 
tomatoes, onions, bacon, grilled mushrooms all served 
with French fries. 
Dinner – Fresh pesto spaghetti with grilled vine 
tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, topped with grilled shrimp 
and a sprinkle of fresh basil. 
Dessert – Chocolate brownies served with praline and 
cream ice cream, with a drizzle of hot caramel sauce. 


Day 5 
Lunch – Charcuterie deluxe with a range of mild to indulgent cheeses, cold meats, dried 
fruits and nuts, fresh bread rolls a variety of chutneys and a summer salad. 
Dinner – Garden pea and mint risotto served with seared scallops and fresh micro herbs. 
Dessert – Tropical fruit meringue nests with mascarpone cream and passion fruit sauce. 


Day 6
Lunch – Asian soba noodle salad with grilled 
chicken, a rainbow vegetable medley and a Thai 
spicy peanut sauce. 
Dinner – Braised beef short rib on a bed of 
garlic and parmesan mashed potato and 
seasonal vegetables. 
Dessert – Rich chocolate ganache and caramel 
tart with vanilla bean ice cream.

Lunch – Homecooked thin based pizza’s with a variety of toppings (guests can choose in 
advance)
Dinner – Grilled lobster with a garlic butter sauce, served on a bed of Caribbean style rice

Dec 2025 / Jan 2026 Thank you for an amazing week together in the Exumas. The food, the drinks, the snorkeling, the sandbars – everything was spectacular! Highlights included “iguana” sandwiches, shell-hunting on sandbars, giant rays and sharkies, pirate Graham’s special cocktail presentation, maybe one too many cocktails, New Year’s Eve celebrations, Tequila Tuesday, eFoil crashes, wishes in the magic tree and a pig-free experience! We had an amazing week as a family thanks to your gracious hospitality and it was a pleasure to spend time with both of you. We are not sure who will fix our broken cocktail glass when we get home! You are the hardest working and best crew and this was our favorite charter by a mile! Wishing you a wonderful 2026. Thank you!

Spent the most incredible time in the Exuma’s with great friends and I’m still soaking up the memories. Breathtaking sunrises and sunsets with island hopping adventures. We snorkeled, swam alongside friendly nurse sharks, and went to Pigs Beach where the adorable swimming pigs stole our hearts. Celebrated Scott Fisher’s birthday in style at Xuma’s Restaurant and Bar at Highbourne Cay. Fresh seafood, drinks always in hand and floating in the most surreal shades of blue. I am so grateful for this unforgettable adventure and the amazing friends who made it even more special. A huge shout out to Capt. Andrew, Xena and Xander. Med Term pricing is cost (cost of the boat) + VAT (country tax) + APA (operating and provisioning expenses). The cost is the weekly rate for the charter. The APA covers: fuel, water, food, licenses, alcohol, and any specific items you would like provided to you. APA money that is not used for provisioning would be reimbursed to you- or, if you spend over the amount, they would charge you. The Captain keeps track of expenses and would let you know if you’re reaching your APA limit. This is the industry standard for the region.

Caribbean Terms or Caribbean Inclusions refer to all-inclusive rates. These boats are typically catamarans and monohulls and are found in the Caribbean.

Most (but not all) motor-yachts and sailing vessels in the Med are Med Rate terms.

Day 4
Lunch – Build your own burger, grilled beef angus 
patties with a selection of toppings including cheese, 
tomatoes, onions, bacon, grilled mushrooms all served 
with French fries. 
Dinner – Fresh pesto spaghetti with grilled vine 
tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, topped with grilled shrimp 
and a sprinkle of fresh basil. 
Dessert – Chocolate brownies served with praline and 
cream ice cream, with a drizzle of hot caramel sauce. 


Day 5 
Lunch – Charcuterie deluxe with a range of mild to indulgent cheeses, cold meats, dried 
fruits and nuts, fresh bread rolls a variety of chutneys and a summer salad. 
Dinner – Garden pea and mint risotto served with seared scallops and fresh micro herbs. 
Dessert – Tropical fruit meringue nests with mascarpone cream and passion fruit sauce. 


Day 6
Lunch – Asian soba noodle salad with grilled 
chicken, a rainbow vegetable medley and a Thai 
spicy peanut sauce. 
Dinner – Braised beef short rib on a bed of 
garlic and parmesan mashed potato and 
seasonal vegetables. 
Dessert – Rich chocolate ganache and caramel 
tart with vanilla bean ice cream.


Day 7
Lunch – Homecooked thin based pizza’s with a variety of toppings (guests can choose in 
advance)
Dinner – Grilled lobster with a garlic butter sauce, served on a bed of Caribbean style rice 
and spicy mango salsa.
Dessert – Caribbean flambé rum spiced pineapple served with coconut ice cream.

Dec 2025 / Jan 2026 Thank you for an amazing week together in the Exumas. The food, the drinks, the snorkeling, the sandbars – everything was spectacular! Highlights included “iguana” sandwiches, shell-hunting on sandbars, giant rays and sharkies, pirate Graham’s special cocktail presentation, maybe one too many cocktails, New Year’s Eve celebrations, Tequila Tuesday, eFoil crashes, wishes in the magic tree and a pig-free experience! We had an amazing week as a family thanks to your gracious hospitality and it was a pleasure to spend time with both of you. We are not sure who will fix our broken cocktail glass when we get home! You are the hardest working and best crew and this was our favorite charter by a mile! Wishing you a wonderful 2026. Thank you!

We had a fantastic time. The crew was terrific and very attentive to our needs. The captain adapted to the weather conditions, and the food was delicious and expertly prepared. As you know, we recently purchased a yacht, and this was also an information gathering experience for our personal use and future chartering. The crew gave us all sorts of good insight. Words cannot express my gratitude immense joy and Amazement for my entire experience here on Princess Mila! I have lived and holidayed on many boats. Princess Mila is by far my favorite! I love everything she has to offer! From the layout, amenities, toys... However... the best part, Ruby, Chené & Reiny!! What a lovely crew! they made me feel so welcomed immediately. By the time I left I feel as though they are family. They are so accommodating, great at anticipating my desires before I even know!! Spent the most incredible time in the Exuma’s with great friends and I’m still soaking up the memories. Breathtaking sunrises and sunsets with island hopping adventures. We snorkeled, swam alongside friendly nurse sharks, and went to Pigs Beach where the adorable swimming pigs stole our hearts. Celebrated Scott Fisher’s birthday in style at Xuma’s Restaurant and Bar at Highbourne Cay. Fresh seafood, drinks always in hand and floating in the most surreal shades of blue. I am so grateful for this unforgettable adventure and the amazing friends who made it even more special. A huge shout out to Capt. Andrew, Xena and Xander. A crew gratuity is customarily between 15% and 20%, and is given at the charterer’s discretion.

Med Term pricing is cost (cost of the boat) + VAT (country tax) + APA (operating and provisioning expenses). The cost is the weekly rate for the charter. The VAT and APA are calculated on the cost of the boat and paid in addition to that base price. The APA covers: fuel, water, food, licenses, alcohol, and any specific items you would like provided to you. APA money that is not used for provisioning would be reimbursed to you- or, if you spend over the amount, they would charge you. The Captain keeps track of expenses and would let you know if you’re reaching your APA limit. This is the industry standard for the region.

Caribbean Terms or Caribbean Inclusions refer to all-inclusive rates. These boats are typically catamarans and monohulls and are found in the Caribbean.

Most (but not all) motor-yachts and sailing vessels in the Med are Med Rate terms.

The yachts featured on our website will specifically state which type of pricing they offer.
