With an academic background in International Business and ongoing master in Human Resources, she combines structured thinking with refined communication, organization and a natural sense of hospitality. Her professional journey includes experience in PR communication, event management and hospitality in nautical tourism, where she developed a strong detail eye for understanding of guests needs. Having completed a sommelier course and formal education in nutrition, Nikka brings a thoughtful and creative approach to onboard dining, focusing on balanced, flavorful meals adapted to guests preferences and dietary requirements. Cooking for her is not just a task, but an essential part of social connection and shared moments at sea with strong focus on Dalmatian cuisine. Deeply connected to the nautical lifestyle, Nikka feels most at home on the water. Her passion for sailing, scuba diving, freediving and an active lifestyle naturally blends into life on board, allowing her to fully support smooth daily operations while contributing to a relaxed and elegant atmosphere for the clients.
