Diving into the ocean while holding your breath is the most natural and accessible way to discover the beauty that lies beneath the surface. There is hardly a better way to learn how to freedive than on your charter vacation on 3 Sisters!

Your training will take place throughout the duration of your charter with daily in-water sessions wherever we go, as well as some theory and dry training practice onboard. Think of it as personalized instruction where you have the full attention of your instructor and the flexibility to learn at a more relaxed pace instead of being taught in a group on a fixed schedule.

Beginner Freediving Course
The Beginner Freediving Course teaches the basics of freediving including proper breathe-up, efficient finning technique, equalization practice, safety training and much more. The aim is to have you freedive comfortably and safely to depths between 33ft to 55ft (10m to 16m).

• Includes mask, snorkel, normal fins, weight belt & weights, certification fee after successful course completion

Advanced Freediving Course
The Advanced Freediving Course builds on to the skills of the beginner course. During this course we aim to make your dives more efficient by using freefall and streamlined body position to conserve oxygen and freedive to depths between 60ft to 80ft (18m to 24m). You will learn to provide buddy safety for other freedivers and we practice training techniques including stretching, CO2 tables and mental preparation to improve your freediving skills.

Heiko, born and raised in Germany, is an RYA Offshore Yacht Master. He left his job in IT management in 2014 to begin his dream to travel. Initially intending to be away for about a year, he soon realized that going back to an office-based job did not feel right for him anymore. Since then he has travelled throughout South and Central America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa and Australia. During this time he visited 30+ countries, speed-hiked the Camino de Santiago, hiked up 5000m high mountains, learned to speak Spanish, went scuba and freediving around the world and had many more beautiful experiences above and below the water. He is also a free-divng and yoga instructor. Heiko loves to be out in the blue of the ocean and enjoys sharing his passions as a guide by creating safe and unique experiences.

Rebecca was born and raised in New York City but has lived all around the world since 2004. After graduating from NYU in 2002 with B.A. in Economics & Psychology, Rebecca worked at investment banks in New York and Hong Kong as a trading assistant. A trip to Australia in 2005 changed her life completely - she learned to scuba dive on the Great Barrier Reef and fell completely in love with diving. Two years later, she left the concrete jungle and trading floor for real jungles and sea floors.

She spent two months diving her way around the Philippines, three months on a marine conservation expedition in Madagascar and four months completing her Divemaster internship in Malaysia. Afterwards, life took an unexpected turn and she found herself living in Sweden for a year, where she discovered her love for sailing and life afloat. Still holding onto her dream to teach scuba and share the underwater world with others, she put her plans for sailing to the Caribbean on hold to become a PADI Instructor and has worked in Thailand, Hawaii and Indonesia. She loves life in the tropics, surrounded by water, nature and wildlife and thrives on sharing her passions with her guests.

Heiko and Rebecca met on Utila, Honduras while they were doing their Master Free-diver Course in 2015. Their love for the ocean, travel, exploration and discovery is what brought them into diving, and it is what has brought them into yachting.

They obtained their RYA Yachtmaster Offshore qualifications together in Gibraltar, sailing thousands of miles along the coasts of Spain, Portugal and Morocco, dodging the infamous orcas along the way.

They are passionate about providing a highly professional level of service in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere while creating the most memorable experiences for their guests. They love getting to know you and tailoring each charter to your preferences and desires, allowing you to kick back, relax and enjoy. With a deep love and respect for the natural world, they maintain a strong focus on environmentally aware hospitality and best practices to ensure minimal impact on the environment.

The food is a big part of your experience on board and you can expect to be well taken care of by this food-loving duo. You will be treated to a variety of breads and baked goods, freshly baked on board by Heiko, while Rebecca will take you on a culinary tour around the world, creating fresh, flavorful dishes inspired by her many years of travel and living in different countries. They are happy to cater to a variety of dietary requirements.

We will never forget everything they did for us!
WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN?! First off, I wish I could rate higher than 10 because the crew were the cats pajamas!! Mike was fantastic, made himself 100% a part of our group and ensured we had the most memorable week ever. He was professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Casey spoiled us with every meal, cleaned up after us, kept us hydrated and carb loaded. Took care of us, partied with us, made sure we were all accounted for — by the end of the week we all called her mom. Will never forget everything they did for us, literally made the whole trip SO worth it.
They Killed It!
Michael is an absolute legend and we were super lucky to have him as our captain, I would recommend him to anybody going on charter. Michael is super chill and was always down to let us chill and party and do our own thing. He also made sure we always got where we needed to be and had a plan for everything - showed us around all the bars and restaurants, got us to and from them safely even when we had partied too hard. In addition, he was a huge advocate and friend to each person on the yacht and made us all feel liked and cared for. Casey was amazing! Her food was so delicious and she went above & beyond for everything we needed and we loved hanging with her. I thought she would be frazzled before I met her because it’s such a hard job but she absolutely killed it.
We'll Be Back!
Mike Wilson was extremely organized and so much fun. He got involved with everything we did and bought us together like a family. He was kind and was always so positive about everything. Absolutely enjoyed having him as our captain and will definitely request him as our captain next year. We'll be back. Casey is a pro at keeping the boat in shape. She was simply amazing! Although we had several dietary restrictions on our boat, she made sure everyone’s needs were met. She was really helpful with her tips and knowledge of the islands/itinerary. She made it super easy. She’s an amazing chef!
Twenty Year Dream Fulfilled!
My 20 year dream has been fulfilled. More fun that I ever expected. Great snorkel spots and great beach bars. Michael, you found the most protected spots when the wind came. Casey, the food was fantastic. Never dreamed I would gain weight on this trip :) New friends!

Heiko, born and raised in Germany, is an RYA Offshore Yacht Master. He left his job in IT management in 2014 to begin his dream to travel. Initially intending to be away for about a year, he soon realized that going back to an office-based job did not feel right for him anymore. Since then he has travelled throughout South and Central America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa and Australia. During this time he visited 30+ countries, speed-hiked the Camino de Santiago, hiked up 5000m high mountains, learned to speak Spanish, went scuba and freediving around the world and had many more beautiful experiences above and below the water. He is also a free-divng and yoga instructor. Heiko loves to be out in the blue of the ocean and enjoys sharing his passions as a guide by creating safe and unique experiences.

Rebecca was born and raised in New York City but has lived all around the world since 2004. After graduating from NYU in 2002 with B.A. in Economics & Psychology, Rebecca worked at investment banks in New York and Hong Kong as a trading assistant. A trip to Australia in 2005 changed her life completely - she learned to scuba dive on the Great Barrier Reef and fell completely in love with diving. Two years later, she left the concrete jungle and trading floor for real jungles and sea floors.

She spent two months diving her way around the Philippines, three months on a marine conservation expedition in Madagascar and four months completing her Divemaster internship in Malaysia. Afterwards, life took an unexpected turn and she found herself living in Sweden for a year, where she discovered her love for sailing and life afloat. Still holding onto her dream to teach scuba and share the underwater world with others, she put her plans for sailing to the Caribbean on hold to become a PADI Instructor and has worked in Thailand, Hawaii and Indonesia. She loves life in the tropics, surrounded by water, nature and wildlife and thrives on sharing her passions with her guests.

Heiko and Rebecca met on Utila, Honduras while they were doing their Master Free-diver Course in 2015. Their love for the ocean, travel, exploration and discovery is what brought them into diving, and it is what has brought them into yachting.

They obtained their RYA Yachtmaster Offshore qualifications together in Gibraltar, sailing thousands of miles along the coasts of Spain, Portugal and Morocco, dodging the infamous orcas along the way.

They are passionate about providing a highly professional level of service in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere while creating the most memorable experiences for their guests. They love getting to know you and tailoring each charter to your preferences and desires, allowing you to kick back, relax and enjoy. With a deep love and respect for the natural world, they maintain a strong focus on environmentally aware hospitality and best practices to ensure minimal impact on the environment.

The food is a big part of your experience on board and you can expect to be well taken care of by this food-loving duo. You will be treated to a variety of breads and baked goods, freshly baked on board by Heiko, while Rebecca will take you on a culinary tour around the world, creating fresh, flavorful dishes inspired by her many years of travel and living in different countries. They are happy to cater to a variety of dietary requirements.

We will never forget everything they did for us!
WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN?! First off, I wish I could rate higher than 10 because the crew were the cats pajamas!! Mike was fantastic, made himself 100% a part of our group and ensured we had the most memorable week ever. He was professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Casey spoiled us with every meal, cleaned up after us, kept us hydrated and carb loaded. Took care of us, partied with us, made sure we were all accounted for — by the end of the week we all called her mom. Will never forget everything they did for us, literally made the whole trip SO worth it.
They Killed It!
Michael is an absolute legend and we were super lucky to have him as our captain, I would recommend him to anybody going on charter. Michael is super chill and was always down to let us chill and party and do our own thing. He also made sure we always got where we needed to be and had a plan for everything - showed us around all the bars and restaurants, got us to and from them safely even when we had partied too hard. In addition, he was a huge advocate and friend to each person on the yacht and made us all feel liked and cared for. Casey was amazing! Her food was so delicious and she went above & beyond for everything we needed and we loved hanging with her. I thought she would be frazzled before I met her because it’s such a hard job but she absolutely killed it.
We'll Be Back!
Mike Wilson was extremely organized and so much fun. He got involved with everything we did and bought us together like a family. He was kind and was always so positive about everything. Absolutely enjoyed having him as our captain and will definitely request him as our captain next year. We'll be back. Casey is a pro at keeping the boat in shape. She was simply amazing! Although we had several dietary restrictions on our boat, she made sure everyone’s needs were met. She was really helpful with her tips and knowledge of the islands/itinerary. She made it super easy. She’s an amazing chef!
Twenty Year Dream Fulfilled!
My 20 year dream has been fulfilled. More fun that I ever expected. Great snorkel spots and great beach bars. Michael, you found the most protected spots when the wind came. Casey, the food was fantastic. Never dreamed I would gain weight on this trip :) New friends!

We love you guys!!! What an absolute blessing & joy it has been this past week enjoying Gods beautiful creation on this awesome catamaran. You two are very talented! Grateful that our time here in the BVI was with you two. Thank you for all the AMAZING memories! We will cherish them for a lifetime! Casey you are very gifted with food, you inspired us! Also hats off to both of you for crushing the mixology game! We have done LOTS of traveling (18 countries last year alone) but this week with you two on Three Sisters has been the best trip by far! Where to begin! To say these will be the most amazing memories that will last a lifetime is an understatement. Everything was superb to say the least. The food, service, and just the two of you in general sooo awesome! I can't believe we visited eight beautiful islands! So amazing!!! It was a perfect way to spend our 10 year! Keep doing everything the same, you guys rock! We will be back again.

Truly a glorious week enjoyed with both of you aboard 3 Sisters. The islands of USVI and BVI were incredible. The islands and snorkeling locations you selected for us to explore were perfect. Captain Michael, we could not have been better cared for and served, your calmness and attention to every detail was so appreciated . And Chef Casey, the food and desserts could not have been better prepared and presented - it was truly a 5 star presentation! You both spoiled us each and every day. From the moment we stepped on board the 3 Sisters - we were welcomed with Royal VIP treatment (Painkillers and Dramamine) Too many great memories to list, but we all enjoyed the delicious meals. Theri attention to details make the experience elegant with fresh flowers, tablecloths and tea lights! Especially loved the home baked choc chip cookies and milk on Christmas Eve. All of the desserts were amazing!! I will never forget our hike on Christmas Day on Reef Bay up tpo the waterfall trickle and a refreshing fresh water dip and then passing by Barry Diller and Diane Von Furstenberg's yacht on our way back to the boat!   • Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
  • Light daily housekeeping
  • Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
  • Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks

  • Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
  • Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses

  • Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Operating expenses including: air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages

What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:

  • Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%

  • Rendezvous diving, ASA sailing certification courses and any other offshore excursions
  • Premium wines and spirits
MINIMUM NIGHTS: 4 nights
For 6 night charters, divide weekly rate by 7 nights X 6 nights. For 5 nights or less, divide weekly rate by 6 nights X number of nights.

SLEEP ABOARD: 1/2 the daily rate. Dinner ashore at client expense. Includes boarding after 4pm, welcome cocktail and breakfast the next morning and early start.

HALF-BOARD OPTION: Includes 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at client expense.
Discount: $150 per person

LOCAL FARE OPTION: Includes 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at client expense.
Discount: $75 per person

CHRISTMAS: Flat Rate 14,500. Christmas must end no later than 12/27.
NEW YEAR: Flat Rate $15,000 NY's may start no earlier than 12/28.
