Milla grew up in the coastal regions of Finland, and from the time she was just an infant, her parents had introduced her to the world of sailing. This early exposure turned into a lifelong passion, and as she grew older, she continued to sail with her father on their H-boat.
Professionally, Milla has had a dedication to social work, finding contentment in roles that have allowed her to support individuals of all ages, from toddlers to the elderly. In the past four years, she turned back to her love of the sea, serving as a Captain in the Mediterranean. She approaches life with a strong work ethic, always striving to turn her passions into reality.
Milla is an avid outdoor enthusiast. She loves hiking and skiing. Her passion for the outdoors led also her to study to become a wilderness guide. Her journey from the Finnish coast to the warm waters of the Caribbean reflects her unwavering dedication to sailing and adventure, as well as her undying love for the sea.

Chef Molly Brookfield-Paul
Molly grew up traveling with her family, gaining a deep appreciation for other cultures and often
experiencing this through food. She began solo travelling in her 20s, visiting a lot of Europe and
Southeast Asia. After learning to cook, she embarked on culinary adventures in her own kitchen,
constantly experimenting with different recipes.
With years of experience in hospitality, she developed an appreciation for service, attention to
detail, and love for the industry. During Covid, Molly hosted countless dinner parties for friends
and family as a vessel for expanding her culinary knowledge and spending time with loved
ones.
Driven by a love of travel, the ocean, and fine cuisine, she eventually found her way to the
yachting world—a place where culinary creativity meets adventure. As a yacht chef, Molly brings
global flavors, seasonal ingredients, and personalized menus to life for guests exploring some
of the most beautiful destinations on earth.
Every meal is an opportunity to tell a story, and every charter is a chance to elevate the
experience through food. Whether provisioning in remote ports or designing menus around
dietary needs and cultural preferences, she takes pride in being adaptable, resourceful, and
always passionate about what she does. Molly can’t wait to welcome you onboard Andiamo and
