Captain
Dylan Keffer | Captain (Rotational)
American
Hailing from Ft. Lauderdale, I’ve been immersed in the yachting lifestyle from a young age, thanks to my father’s career as a captain. My early exposure to the marine world sparked a lifelong passion for the water, ultimately steering me away from my mechanical engineering studies and into a full-time career at sea. I took on my first captain’s role in 2021 aboard a 66' Astondoa and am currently awaiting USCG approval for my 500-ton license. I thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and love the challenge of delivering exceptional experiences for charter guests from all walks of life.
I’m an avid fisherman and diver—if I’m not on charter, you’ll likely find me offshore on the weekends, chasing the next big catch or exploring beneath the surface. One of my most unforgettable memories is catching double-header sailfish with my four best friends on Christmas morning. My cruising experience spans the turquoise waters of the Bahamas (excluding only Andros), the vibrant shores of Turks and Caicos, and the historic charm of New England, including Boston, Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, and Newport. Whether on deck or in the water, I bring passion, professionalism, and a genuine love for the sea to every trip.

Scott Rhomberg | Captain (Rotational)
American
Captain Scott grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and found his love for the water while working as a marine mechanic at the Lake of the Ozarks. Knowing he wanted to explore larger waters, Scott transitioned into the yachting industry and took his first helm position on an 82’ Princess in 2014.
Scott enjoys being part of an industry where he gets to travel and meet different people. He enjoys adapting to each family and group he has on board, allowing his strong versatility and easy to adapt mindset lead him to accomplish successful charters time and time again.
Captain Scott has cruised the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, Puerto Rico and Caribbean. He loves being able to experience places many people only see in magazines. By far his favorite experience in the industry has been working with his best friend who since, has become his wife.
Scott enjoys diving, fishing (though he’s better known for repairing things than catching fish!), and boating. He spends most of his free time on the water with his family.

Sean Lenderman |Mate
American
Born in Hockessin, Delaware, Sean Lenderman brings a strong background in watersports and safety to his role as Mate. Before joining the yachting industry, he worked as a dockhand at Dewey Beach Watersports and served as a lifeguard, building his comfort and confidence on the water. His hands-on experience and natural affinity for the ocean led him into yachting, where he has quickly developed a well-rounded and reliable skill set. Sean has worked aboard several notable vessels, including North Star (37m), Wild Kingdom (34m), Zen (19m), Long Aweighted (36m), and Night Howl (50m). He thrives in the fast-paced, team-oriented environment of charter yachts and especially enjoys the opportunity to travel to stunning destinations while creating memorable guest experiences. A highlight of his yachting career was a voyage from Fort Lauderdale to Halifax, Nova Scotia—an adventure that deepened his love for exploration. When not on duty, Sean enjoys snorkeling and paddle boarding. His favorite life experience so far has been traveling to Switzerland, and he’s always looking forward to the next destination. Sean speaks English and brings with him a positive attitude, a secret knack for solving problems under pressure, and a true passion for life at sea.

Anna Marie Hayden | Stewardess
American
Born in Gulfport, Mississippi and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Anna Marie Hayden grew up with a deep connection to the water, spending summers boating on Mobile Bay or relaxing on the Mississippi coast. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Mississippi State University, where she also studied abroad in Spain and Greece—an experience that sparked her love for travel and cultural immersion. Though she was accepted into graduate school for Clinical Mental Health, Anna Marie chose instead to follow her heart and pursue a career in yachting, where her passion for people, hospitality, and creativity could thrive. Since joining the industry, Anna Marie has worked aboard M/Y Long Aweighted (37m), M/Y Night Howl (50m), and M/Y Viziata (40m). She holds her STCW, ENG1, and PDSD certifications, and brings a vibrant, artistic flair to every charter. Whether designing themed dinners, hand-painting menus, or crafting custom cocktails, she takes great pride in making each guest’s experience memorable and unique. Her favorite yachting moment so far has been scuba diving in the Bahamas with guests and sharing the water with a pod of dolphins at 100 feet—a magical reminder of why she loves life at sea. A certified Advanced Scuba Diver, Anna Marie also enjoys reading, skiing, and creative pursuits like calligraphy and painting. She speaks English and brings not only professionalism but also warmth, imagination, and a strong personal touch to every charter she’s part of.

Rates are Plus Expenses

Med Term pricing is cost (cost of the boat) + VAT (country tax) + APA (operating and provisioning expenses). The cost is the weekly rate for the charter. The VAT and APA are calculated on the cost of the boat and paid in addition to that base price. The APA covers: fuel, water, food, licenses, alcohol, and any specific items you would like provided to you. APA money that is not used for provisioning would be reimbursed to you- or, if you spend over the amount, they would charge you. The Captain keeps track of expenses and would let you know if you’re reaching your APA limit. This is the industry standard for the region.

Caribbean Terms or Caribbean Inclusions refer to all-inclusive rates. These boats are typically catamarans and monohulls and are found in the Caribbean.

Most (but not all) motor-yachts and sailing vessels in the Med are Med Rate terms.

The yachts featured on our website will specifically state which type of pricing they offer.
