Captain Karlo is a licensed RYA Yachtmaster Offshore 200GT with STCW and Commercial endorsements. He is also a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, SSI Instructor, award-winning photographer, European Champion in underwater photography, and an experienced drone pilot.
Growing up in Croatia, Karlo’s fascination with the sea began during family holidays along the Adriatic coast. This passion grew alongside his corporate career, where he dedicated his free time to diving, photography, and sailing—exploring the world’s waters from unique perspectives. With extensive sailing experience in the Caribbean, France, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Greece, Croatia, Turkey, Thailand, Morocco, and Tunisia, Captain Karlo brings a wealth of expertise to every journey aboard Good Mood.
Chef Melany Poljski
Chef Melany Poljski, also from Croatia’s picturesque west coast, adds a vibrant culinary flair to Good Mood. Active in the yachting industry since 2019, Melany draws inspiration from her global travels, combining her creativity and imagination to craft unique, visually stunning dishes.
Her roots in traditional Croatian and Balkan cuisine shine through in her menus, which she reimagines with a modern twist. Fluent in Croatian, English, German, and Italian—and with a working knowledge of Spanish—Melany is a highly organized and passionate chef, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and tailored menus to match her guests' preferences.
When she’s not preparing incredible meals, Melany enjoys exploring new cuisines, outdoor adventures, and water sports.

- Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
- Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
- Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
- Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
- Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
- Operating expenses including: use of air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages
What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:
- Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
- Meals and beverages at restaurants and bars
- Rendezvous diving, ASA sailing certification courses and any other offshore excursions
- Premium wines and spirits
SAINT MARTIN / SAINT BARTHS RELOCATION FEE:
Relocation fee of $2,000, minimum 72 hour turn required on either side of charter dates for boat transit. Please inquire for availability.

For 6-night charters, divide weekly rate by 7 nights X 6 nights. For 5 nights or less, divide weekly rate by 6 nights X number of nights.
HALF-BOARD OPTION:
$100 discount per person.
Includes 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at client's expense.
LOCAL FARE OPTION:
$75 discount per person.
Includes 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at client's expense
CHILDREN DISCOUNT:
$100 discount per child.
SLEEP ABOARD:
1/2 the daily rate. Dinner ashore at client's expense. Includes boarding after 4pm, welcome cocktail and breakfast the next morning and early start.
GUEST PAX: 4 (a 5th guest can be accommodated if it is a child that stays in the master cabin with the parents).

TIP:
It is customary to tip your crew at the end of your charter. The amount you leave is totally at your discretion and should be based on the level of service provided. The suggested gratuity is 15%-25% of the total charter fee.
CONTRACT SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
Beginning May 21, 2023 for all NEW bookings the Charter Fee does include the British Virgin Islands (BVI) cruising taxes and permit, BVI National Park permits and BVI customs fees (collectively the "BVI Fees").
If the Yacht is NOT allowed entry into the BVI, FOR ANY REASON, during the time of charter, the charter will take place in the USVI waters.
