Your dream “Once in a Lifetime” vacation in the British Virgin Islands starts with Grace. The beautiful 54-foot Aquila Power Catamaran offers 4 spacious cabins each with private head and AC control for your guests to enjoy. (5 cabin w/o crew)
As you sail the turquoise blue waters, have your captain set up some of our water toys for your enjoyment. Go paddle boarding, snorkeling, or tubing behind our 60 HP center console dinghy.
If relaxing is more your style, lay back on our hanging deck hammock over the water or on one of our floating mats! The warm waters of the island will not disappoint, and neither will our delicious Caribbean cocktails made by the crew.

When the sun has set and you are ready to rest, you will feel at home in our spacious and comfortable cabins. Each cabin is equipped with storage space for your belongings and a queen bed. (King in master) The galley and salon have a contemporary configuration and an open-concept space perfect for enjoying time with friends and family. A flat screen TV is placed on the back wall for viewing pleasure in and out of the saloon at the barstool seating. Wi-Fi and StarLink are also included should you choose to stay connected on your dream vacation.
Other amenities include: lounging pads for sunbathing, electric grill located on the flybridge, electric winch-style dinghy lift platform, blue tooth capabilities, sound system, and deck bean bags.

Dani was born and raised near the beaches of northeast Florida, Dani discovered a passion for the sea and travel early in life.
Her journey in the maritime industry began in 2017 in Hawaii. The following year, she travelled to Croatia, marking the beginning of a global sailing career that has taken her across oceans and continents.
Over the years, she's had the privilege of sailing and working in diverse locations around the world, including Portugal, Croatia, Italy, Ireland, French Polynesia and the Caribbean.
For nearly five years, she has called the Virgin Islands home, honing her skills and deepening her love for the sea. Most recently, she's dedicated her time to sharing her knowledge and passion with others, spending the last year teaching sailing in the British Virgin Islands.
Dani's experience in various maritime environments, combined with her love for travel, adventure and creating exceptional guest experiences has her eager to welcome you onboard Grace this season.
Melissa Fulmor
Chef/Stew/Mate
Melissa was born in San Diego, California but if you ask her, raised in a kitchen. Coming from a family of chefs and restaurateurs, the culinary industry is second nature. She quickly found a love of travel and has been to over 35 countries and lived in several along the way.
In 2017, Melissa found a way to combine her two great loves: cooking and traveling as she sailed through the stunning waters of Croatia, Montenegro, Greece, and the BVI's. Melissa thrives on giving her guests not just a meal, but an unforgettable experience, because in her world, the best memories are made around the dinner table.

I can't say enough about Mel's delicious meals she created. The layers of flavor she infused into every dish was deserving of a 5 star restaurant. They kept the boat impeccably clean, our beds made, bathrooms clean, ice chest full with drinks and ice, beautiful tablescapes for our meals, all while keeping us entertained. It's been a couple of weeks since our trip and I can't stop talking about it. I will refer anyone interested to you. In my book it was a trip of a lifetime.

The 5 days we spent on Grace were the most relaxing, breath-taking, and delicious I have ever experienced in my life. The boat was spacious and well decorated. Captain Dani and Chef Mel are truly the dream team. Captain Dani calmly and efficiently navigated the water to bring us to the most beautiful places. She made sure we were entertained when we wanted to party, brought us to awesome locations when we wanted to snorkel, and assured we were comfortable when we simply wanted to relax. Chef Mel was equally as amazing. I have no idea how she managed to cook such incredible dishes meal after meal, but she consistently did so throughout the entire trip. Every single thing we ate was delectable, and she accommodated to meet each person’s requests & dietary needs. She presented the food beautifully and even varied the table settings throughout the trip. Both Captain Dani and Chef Mel made sure the boat was just as clean as the minute we boarded. I genuinely cannot think of a negative thing to say about our glorious charter aboard Grace with Captain Dani and Chef Mel!

Her friend and chef, chef Mia, cooked 3 spectacular meals a day with creativity, flavor, and pure goodness! We will miss being catered to! Our first time in the BVI’s will be one to remember! Maggie matched us with the best possible Crewed Charter imaginable. Captain Dani and Chef Mel on “Grace” far exceeded any expectation that we had. They revealed a genuine love of their professions while insuring that we wanted for nothing. Dani, confidently in command and aware of every happening on “Grace” and, look out foodies, Mel surprised us with five-star food events. I loved the look on her face while presenting each meal. Captain Dani & Chef Mel were a pleasure to be around and their positive energy was contagious every day. They helped each other out in all aspects of a great program and they showed great synergies together.
Captain Dani was very flexible on the itinerary and we changed it up a few times for fun without issue. She is very attentive and kept us safe. She cares about her job and it shows.
Chef Mel is kind of like the “boat mom” in that she is always keeping things tidy and surprising us with outstanding meals. She always challenged herself to bring her A game and she delivered!
The trip was expensive but it was worth every penny. These kind, young, positive & energetic women worked hard for their gratuity but my biggest impression is that they just love what they do.
If you do an all inclusive charter in the BVI, you can’t go wrong with this boat & this team. We had an absolute blast!

Our Charter Coordinator, Maggie Privat, was extremely responsive to every question and proactive with every milestone in preparation for our charter. Maggie matched us with the best possible Crewed Charter imaginable. Captain Dani and Chef Mel on “Grace” far exceeded any expectation that we had. They revealed a genuine love of their professions while insuring that we wanted for nothing. Dani, confidently in command and aware of every happening on “Grace” and, look out foodies, Mel surprised us with five-star food events. I loved the look on her face while presenting each meal. All of this while keeping things clean and ship shape. Like it or not, they have become part of our extended family. Thanks and hope to see you again soon!
Captain Dani & Chef Mel were a pleasure to be around and their positive energy was contagious every day. They helped each other out in all aspects of a great program and they showed great synergies together.
Captain Dani was very flexible on the itinerary and we changed it up a few times for fun without issue. She is very attentive and kept us safe. She cares about her job and it shows.
Chef Mel is kind of like the “boat mom” in that she is always keeping things tidy and surprising us with outstanding meals. She always challenged herself to bring her A game and she delivered!
The trip was expensive but it was worth every penny. These kind, young, positive & energetic women worked hard for their gratuity but my biggest impression is that they just love what they do.
If you do an all inclusive charter in the BVI, you can’t go wrong with this boat & this team. We had an absolute blast!

Unless otherwise specified-Caribbean Standard All-Inclusive Charters include the following:
- Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
- Light daily housekeeping
- Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
- Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
- Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
- Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
- Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
- Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
- Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
- Operating expenses including: use of air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages
What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:
- Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
- Meals and beverages at restaurants and bars
- Rendezvous diving, ASA sailing certification courses and any other offshore excursions
- Premium wines and spirits
