With over ten years of sailing experience, Malika has participated in several transatlantic crossings on sailboats over 50 feet.

Florent Boissinot : Stewart
After several years at sea as well as onshore, Florent has gained comprehensive and versatile experience. He has worked both in service and in the kitchen, and holds multiple qualifications that attest to his skills. Highly attentive to detail, Florent brings rigor and passion to everything he undertakes.

Marlène Duléry : Cook
Marlène worked as a chef in several restaurants in France and internationally, as well as as a private chef for French, British, and American families. Independent and highly adaptable, she enjoys designing menus tailored to each client's preferences. She is the author of a book on nutrition.Passionate about dance, yoga, and meditation, she cultivates a balance between well-being and culinary creativity.
