Beyond Stardust can sleep up to 6 guests. 3 queen cabins with their own bathrooms.
All cabins have ample head room, air-conditioning and the forward cabin beds are walk-around beds for easy access.
The galley and the salon provide ample space for your chef to produce wonderful meals and allow guests to sit and enjoy a space indoors if desired.
The large aft cockpit enables guests to appreciate a shady space while enjoying some R & R. The aft cockpit comfortably accommodates those onboard to relish the sit-down meals served every day. He has sailed, snorkeled and deep sea fished along the south and southeastern coast of Africa from Mozambique to Cape Town and two Atlantic crossings from Cape Town to the Caribbean.
For the past six years he and his wife, Chef/First Mate, Teresa have pursued their dream of owning their own yacht and becoming full time sailors. Their circumnavigation started in December 2014 when they took part in the Governor's Cup Yacht Race from Cape Town to St Helena. They cruised Brazil's coastline for six months, French Guyana's river waterways and coastline for five months. Thereafter they sailed on to Grenada and Caribbean. They fell in love with the Virgin Islands and decided to stay. They are now in their sixth charter season in the Virgin Islands.

We had planned this special getaway ages ago. But after 5 years....it finally came together then we got the call just a week before that our crew had to fly home due to an emergency.

I Need To Come Back!
What a wonderful time we had exploring the secluded bays of the USVI with you both. I loved my morning swims, which were clearly needed due to all the yummy food and the drinks.
The weather was amazing and so was the snorkeling - we saw loads of sea creatures.
The best parts were all the locations we visited and the people we were with.
It was one of the best experiences I have ever had! This is a place I need to come back to.

Words can't describe what a fantastic vacation this was for our family. The laughter, smiles and adventure will be memories for a lifetime. The food was outstanding. I'm not sure I have ever seen Tray and Josie eat that much. They loved every bite, as did we. Thank you so much for your hospitality - the Capt Pain Killers were the best around. Pure Magic...
Unlike most guest visits, mine was not booked and planned months in advance, but rather a last minute lucky escape from winter in Auckland. That meant that I had no time to Google what to expect or even save my most instagrammable spots and shots.
I had to say out loud the locations visited every day for it to sink in... I still can't believe i am in breathtaking Maho - writing this review.
From the friendly greetings at the dock, to the friendly wake-up chats every morning, to the late night tequilas on the deck - your hospitality and non stop positive energy was pure magic!!
Thanks for taking me to all the Caribbean hotspots and thanks for ensuring that I turn my side angles and suck in my tummy when taking my exotic pics for the gram - lovely Hettie.

Spectacular Adventure
Thanks you for 5 spectacular days of adventure. We will forever be grateful for the experiences we had. Loved the snorkeling in Mahoe, the Indians and the quiet cove on our last night. The Baths were incredible with the beautiful caves and Devil's Cove. Pirate's Bight will always be memorable with Willie T's. The two of you are the most gracious, wonderful hosts. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and safe the entire time. We will never forget the 3 feasts a day. The tastes from all over the world were superb and amazingly special.

What an experience!
Our experience was indescribable. From the moment we were picked up at the dock, our welcome was so warm and friendly. Everything was so laid back, the food was amazing and like nothing we have tried before. All of the places we went were spectacular and some of the most beautiful we have ever seen. The trips that mean the most are the ones you spend giving and taking knowledge. Gerrie and Hettie did just that. We now know the true meaning of "woman" - a wonderful captain & chef. Simply the best
Our expectations were far exceeded this past week on Beyond Stardust. Gerrie & Hettie were the best hosts and adapted to our desires of the day - which typically included relaxing, snorkeling and hanging on the beach. Exceeded our expectations
This week on Beyond Stardust exceeded our expectations. Captain Gerry quickly changed our itinerary once he realised how much we loved swimming & snorkeling. So many great spots...all so different and unique. We really liked hearing the history of the area and absolutely loved getting to meet the famous Mr Foxy. He was quite a character. And Hettie a beautiful, kind, sweet & funny lady. Her meals were so tasty and we enjoyed tasting some South African dishes. We loved everything about this week, especially when we had the sails up and the engines off.

My family had an amazing time aboard Beyond Stardust. The husband and wife team, Gerrie & Hettie, exceeded our expectations and are passionate about sailing. What a wonderful time! We booked 7 all inclusive sailing days which were so adventurous and relaxing. We were able to explore multiple islands and watch the sunset from a different location almost every night. We snorkelled in multiple locations and also learned quite a bit about the art of sailing. We felt very safe and comfortable in their care. Not only are they incredible sailors, they are also extremely friendly and open minded. By the end of the week it felt like saying goodbye to family. Captain Barend (Bertie) Chapman originally from Cape Town, South Africa, graduated from university as an Engineer and worked for De Beers in the Synthetic Diamond Division for some thirty years.
He has sailed, snorkeled and deep sea fished along the south and southeastern coast of Africa from Mozambique to Cape Town and two Atlantic crossings from Cape Town to the Caribbean.
For the past six years he and his wife, Chef/First Mate, Teresa have pursued their dream of owning their own yacht and becoming full time sailors. Their circumnavigation started in December 2014 when they took part in the Governor's Cup Yacht Race from Cape Town to St Helena. They cruised Brazil's coastline for six months, French Guyana's river waterways and coastline for five months. Thereafter they sailed on to Grenada and Caribbean. They fell in love with the Virgin Islands and decided to stay. They are now in their sixth charter season in the Virgin Islands.
Chef/First Mate Teresa Chapman, a customer service professional from Cape Town, South Africa, has shared Bertie's dream and can not wait to welcome you onboard Beyond Stardust. Teresa has the warmest heart and in no time you will feel at home and know that you will be taken great care of on your adventure. She loves to entertain and to prepare meals to each and every person's satisfaction. We had planned this special getaway ages ago. But after 5 years....it finally came together then we got the call just a week before that our crew had to fly home due to an emergency.
How lucky we were that you were available. We are so grateful and happy that we got to meet you two. We loved listening to your stories, your adventures adn all this while you took such amazing care of us.
The meals were outstanding, the ports, the stops, the snorkeling - everything was so much fun. We will be back and bring more friends too. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.

I Need To Come Back!
What a wonderful time we had exploring the secluded bays of the USVI with you both. I loved my morning swims, which were clearly needed due to all the yummy food and the drinks.
The weather was amazing and so was the snorkeling - we saw loads of sea creatures.
The best parts were all the locations we visited and the people we were with.
It was one of the best experiences I have ever had! This is a place I need to come back to.

Words can't describe what a fantastic vacation this was for our family. The laughter, smiles and adventure will be memories for a lifetime. The food was outstanding. I'm not sure I have ever seen Tray and Josie eat that much. They loved every bite, as did we. Thank you so much for your hospitality - the Capt Pain Killers were the best around. We look forward to keeping up and hope to join you soon on our next charter. This will be one of many for our family

Pure Magic...
Unlike most guest visits, mine was not booked and planned months in advance, but rather a last minute lucky escape from winter in Auckland. That meant that I had no time to Google what to expect or even save my most instagrammable spots and shots.
I had to say out loud the locations visited every day for it to sink in... I still can't believe i am in breathtaking Maho - writing this review.
From the friendly greetings at the dock, to the friendly wake-up chats every morning, to the late night tequilas on the deck - your hospitality and non stop positive energy was pure magic!!
Thanks for taking me to all the Caribbean hotspots and thanks for ensuring that I turn my side angles and suck in my tummy when taking my exotic pics for the gram - lovely Hettie.

Spectacular Adventure
Thanks you for 5 spectacular days of adventure. We will forever be grateful for the experiences we had. Loved the snorkeling in Mahoe, the Indians and the quiet cove on our last night. The Baths were incredible with the beautiful caves and Devil's Cove. Pirate's Bight will always be memorable with Willie T's. The two of you are the most gracious, wonderful hosts. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and safe the entire time. We will never forget the 3 feasts a day. The tastes from all over the world were superb and amazingly special.

What an experience!
Our experience was indescribable. From the moment we were picked up at the dock, our welcome was so warm and friendly. Everything was so laid back, the food was amazing and like nothing we have tried before. All of the places we went were spectacular and some of the most beautiful we have ever seen. The trips that mean the most are the ones you spend giving and taking knowledge. Gerrie and Hettie did just that. We now know the true meaning of "woman" - a wonderful captain & chef. Along with some amazing friends and great weather, this made for one of the most relaxing vacations ever.

Simply the best
Our expectations were far exceeded this past week on Beyond Stardust. Gerrie & Hettie were the best hosts and adapted to our desires of the day - which typically included relaxing, snorkeling and hanging on the beach. The food was phenomenal and we did not feel hungry when leaving the boat. Night time included games and wonderful stories told by Gerie & Hettie. Exceeded our expectations
This week on Beyond Stardust exceeded our expectations. Captain Gerry quickly changed our itinerary once he realised how much we loved swimming & snorkeling. So many great spots...all so different and unique. We really liked hearing the history of the area and absolutely loved getting to meet the famous Mr Foxy. He was quite a character. And Hettie a beautiful, kind, sweet & funny lady. Her meals were so tasty and we enjoyed tasting some South African dishes. We loved everything about this week, especially when we had the sails up and the engines off.

Amazing time
My family had an amazing time aboard Beyond Stardust. The husband and wife team, Gerrie & Hettie, exceeded our expectations and are passionate about sailing. The food onboard and their attention to detail was exceptional. We were able ti visit desired locations in the BVI and also in the USVI. We had a very relaxing vacation! Our experience from pick up at the Airport using their suggested driver until we got back to the Airport was a seamless vacation adventure.

Wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our hosts, Gerrie and Hettie, were absolutely wonderful. Staying with them on the yacht was comfortable and so much fun. Adventure and Relaxation
What a wonderful time! We booked 7 all inclusive sailing days which were so adventurous and relaxing. We were able to explore multiple islands and watch the sunset from a different location almost every night. We snorkelled in multiple locations and also learned quite a bit about the art of sailing. We felt very safe and comfortable in their care. Not only are they incredible sailors, they are also extremely friendly and open minded. By the end of the week it felt like saying goodbye to family. What is included in a All Inclusive Charter? What Is NOT Included?
Unless otherwise specified-Caribbean Standard All-Inclusive Charters include the following:
- Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
- Light daily housekeeping
- Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
- Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
- Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
- Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
- Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses

- Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
