Step aboard a Ritmo yacht charter and let the rhythm of Caribbean life take over. This 46-foot Lagoon sailing catamaran offers crewed yacht charters for up to six guests in the British Virgin Islands.
Built in 2020, Ritmo combines relaxed outdoor living, comfortable accommodations, Starlink connectivity, and a playful collection of water toys. Her young, adventurous, and experienced crew of two creates a welcoming onboard atmosphere for families, couples, and groups of friends.
From breezy afternoons on the flybridge to sunset meals on the aft deck, Ritmoprovides an inviting setting for relaxation, exploration, and time together.
Comfortable Contemporary Living
Ritmo’s light-filled interior provides a comfortable place to relax between adventures. Full air conditioning extends throughout the yacht, while the salon stereo system and Starlink Wi-Fi provide entertainment and connectivity.
Additional amenities include an ice maker, barbecue, deck shower, shaded outdoor areas, and dining space for six guests.
The yacht’s open design allows natural light and Caribbean views to remain part of the experience, whether guests are relaxing inside or spending time on deck.
Three Private Double Cabins
Ritmo accommodates up to six guests in three stylish double cabins.
Each cabin includes a private ensuite bathroom, creating comfortable and convenient accommodations for three couples, a family, or a group of friends.
Thoughtful use of space and natural light gives each cabin a welcoming atmosphere and a restful place to return after a day of sailing, swimming, and exploring.
The professional crew of two occupies separate accommodations, providing attentive service while maintaining guest privacy.
Outdoor Living in the Caribbean
Ritmo is designed to make the most of life outdoors. The flybridge provides panoramic views and an elevated place to enjoy the Caribbean breeze while sailing between islands or relaxing at anchor.
The spacious foredeck offers another inviting lounge area for sunbathing, reading, or appreciating the surrounding scenery.
Aft, the outdoor dining area creates a sociable setting for freshly prepared meals, relaxed conversation, and sunset drinks. Each space offers a different way to experience the islands and life on the water.
Personalized Dining and Wellness
Ritmo’s crew prepares meals designed around the preferences of each charter group. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated, while kosher requests may be considered by prior inquiry.
For guests interested in maintaining a wellness routine, Ritmo provides a Pilates mat and space for breathwork and light exercise. These simple amenities create an opportunity to begin the day with movement or unwind after an active afternoon.
Adventure on the Water
Ritmo carries a varied collection of water toys for exploring the British Virgin Islands. Guests can snorkel above colourful reefs, paddle through peaceful bays, ride an underwater scooter, or relax on the yacht’s floating equipment.

Fishing activities are subject to local regulations and any guest-specific licensing requirements. Water-toy availability and use remain subject to weather, operating conditions, equipment serviceability, and the captain’s discretion.
Experience Life Under Sail
Ritmo cruises at approximately six knots and offers guests an opportunity to enjoy the relaxed pace of Caribbean sailing.
Sailing instruction is listed as available. Guests interested in participating or learning more should discuss their experience and expectations with the crew before or during the charter. Any instruction remains subject to conditions and the captain’s discretion.
Explore the British Virgin Islands
Ritmo is based in Tortola and operates primarily in the British Virgin Islands. US Virgin Islands embarkation is not available.
Guests can explore protected anchorages, white-sand beaches, snorkelling sites, and laid-back island communities while enjoying the privacy and flexibility of a crewed sailing catamaran.
St. Martin and selected additional islands may be available only at the beginning or end of the operating season. Dates, routing, embarkation points, and any relocation requirements should be confirmed by inquiry.
Every itinerary is subject to weather, sea conditions, seasonal availability, and the captain’s approval.
Thoughtful Environmental Details
Ritmo provides reusable bottles and coral-friendly sunscreen to help guests reduce waste and protect the marine environments visited during the charter.
These simple touches support more responsible enjoyment of the British Virgin Islands’ beaches, reefs, and surrounding waters.
Personalized Crewed Service
A professional crew of two looks after guests throughout each Ritmo yacht charter. Their youthful energy, sailing experience, and welcoming approach create a relaxed atmosphere from the moment guests arrive.
Children aged five and older are welcome aboard. Pets and guest smoking are not permitted.

Bringing Our Magic to RITMO
After six unforgettable years living, sailing, and creating memories aboard Ascension, we’re ready for our next adventure — and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you aboard Ritmo.
Over the years, the Caribbean has become our home. We’ve sailed thousands of miles, from Mexico to Grenada along all the Caribbean islands. We had the chance to host amazing people in The Grenadines, in St Martin and St Barths and for the past two years in BVI, onboard Ascension, where we set up a dream team with Chef Eden. Together we learned that the best charters are not about following a perfect itinerary — they’re about good days on the water, great food, a cold drink at the right time, making the most of wherever the wind takes us for our guests and at the end, making new friends while we share some days onboard.
We believe in change and movement, so we are ready now for the next adventure. This next season we will be Captain and Chef onboard Ritmo. Being owners and crew, we want to bring everything we’ve learned into this beautiful Lagoon 46.
We know how to make a charter run smoothly, and most importantly, we genuinely enjoy what we do. Sailing, exploring, cooking, hosting, and sharing our favorite corners of the Caribbean, we’ll keep doing what we love— creating great experiences.

MATÍAS BÓVEDA, Captain
I’m originally from Argentina, where I learned to sail in rough waters in Mar del Plata, alongside my father from whom I learned not only sailing, but fixing almost everything and most importantly, I learned the love for the sea. My career has taken me from Argentina and Brazil to Barcelona and throughout the Caribbean, including four years working as a sailmaker with Quantum Sails.
I’m an experienced sailor and waterman, with extensive experience aboard sailing, racing, and motor yachts, as well as numerous deliveries across the Atlantic and Caribbean. I love kitesurfing, foiling, diving, and fishing, and I love sharing what I know with guests. I was also in the gastronomic industry for some time. I had my own restaurant in Argentina, which makes me quite an expert on understanding food presentation, timing and hospitality in every sense.
From 2021 to 2026, I have been Captain of Ascension, chartering throughout The Bahamas, Belize, Mexico, The Grenadines, and the Leeward and Windward Islands. This chartering also allowed the owners of the boat to get to know and enjoy different places in the Caribbean. With Maia we make the best team, we are truly partners in life, in sea life and of course, in charters, where we combine our hospitality and skills every day.

I’ve had a connection with sailing since I was a little girl, this was our family sport back home in cold patagonia lakes. Since we met Matias, he has shown me the incredible experience of sailing at sea. Together we have explored the Caribbean extensively, making this our way of life. When we met back in 2020, the world was closed because of pandemia, but the sea opened to us a new life together. I started joining him in deliveries in the Caribbean, then more trips and opportunities appeared, so I decided to leave my advertising long time job and become a full time sailor.
Now this background in advertising and event production has shaped my approach to charter life, bringing creativity, organization, and an exceptional eye for detail to the experience we create for our guests.
Cooking has always been a pleasure, mainly because I love eating delicious food, more than 10 years living in Mexico made my gastronomic taste grow and I further developed my culinary skills alongside Chef Eden Cordova onboard Ascension, where I discovered an even deeper passion for cooking and hospitality. On Ritmo, I bring that knowledge and passion to the galley, preparing beautifully presented dishes with fresh flavors, as well as classic and signature cocktails!
I’m a lover of water sports, snorkeling and hiking, getting to know new places, music and wellness! I play guitar and piano and I am also a certified Hatha Yoga instructor. I enjoy sharing songs, yoga asanas and breathwork, it always makes me feel better so I am sure that happens to our guests!

I am watching the sunrise as a few pelicans fish and a little goat family walk along the beach here at Great Harbor and Peter Island - I am trying to think of something greater to say than thank you. I've been sailing with my family many times growing up, even a couple here in the BVI's but this trip was the most relaxing, magnificent, and soul filling one of all. It was so nice to see my hard working parents enjoy this trip with me and Alexis and have zero stress too. Each stop on our route was more beautiful than my eyes could believe. Each meal was more delicious than my brain could believe. I ate better this week than I have any week of my life. Beyond the physical, I am feeling inspired and peaceful and grounded - y'all are a pleasure to hang out with, just the coolest and most lovely humans, and I hope life has our paths cross again someday, somewhere. Bringing Our Magic to RITMO
After six unforgettable years living, sailing, and creating memories aboard Ascension, we’re ready for our next adventure — and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you aboard Ritmo.
Over the years, the Caribbean has become our home. We’ve sailed thousands of miles, from Mexico to Grenada along all the Caribbean islands. We had the chance to host amazing people in The Grenadines, in St Martin and St Barths and for the past two years in BVI, onboard Ascension, where we set up a dream team with Chef Eden. Together we learned that the best charters are not about following a perfect itinerary — they’re about good days on the water, great food, a cold drink at the right time, making the most of wherever the wind takes us for our guests and at the end, making new friends while we share some days onboard.
We believe in change and movement, so we are ready now for the next adventure. This next season we will be Captain and Chef onboard Ritmo. Being owners and crew, we want to bring everything we’ve learned into this beautiful Lagoon 46.
We know how to make a charter run smoothly, and most importantly, we genuinely enjoy what we do. Sailing, exploring, cooking, hosting, and sharing our favorite corners of the Caribbean, we’ll keep doing what we love— creating great experiences.

MATÍAS BÓVEDA, Captain
I’m originally from Argentina, where I learned to sail in rough waters in Mar del Plata, alongside my father from whom I learned not only sailing, but fixing almost everything and most importantly, I learned the love for the sea. My career has taken me from Argentina and Brazil to Barcelona and throughout the Caribbean, including four years working as a sailmaker with Quantum Sails.
I’m an experienced sailor and waterman, with extensive experience aboard sailing, racing, and motor yachts, as well as numerous deliveries across the Atlantic and Caribbean. I love kitesurfing, foiling, diving, and fishing, and I love sharing what I know with guests. I was also in the gastronomic industry for some time. I had my own restaurant in Argentina, which makes me quite an expert on understanding food presentation, timing and hospitality in every sense.
From 2021 to 2026, I have been Captain of Ascension, chartering throughout The Bahamas, Belize, Mexico, The Grenadines, and the Leeward and Windward Islands. This chartering also allowed the owners of the boat to get to know and enjoy different places in the Caribbean. With Maia we make the best team, we are truly partners in life, in sea life and of course, in charters, where we combine our hospitality and skills every day.

I’ve had a connection with sailing since I was a little girl, this was our family sport back home in cold patagonia lakes. Since we met Matias, he has shown me the incredible experience of sailing at sea. Together we have explored the Caribbean extensively, making this our way of life. When we met back in 2020, the world was closed because of pandemia, but the sea opened to us a new life together. I started joining him in deliveries in the Caribbean, then more trips and opportunities appeared, so I decided to leave my advertising long time job and become a full time sailor.
Now this background in advertising and event production has shaped my approach to charter life, bringing creativity, organization, and an exceptional eye for detail to the experience we create for our guests.
Cooking has always been a pleasure, mainly because I love eating delicious food, more than 10 years living in Mexico made my gastronomic taste grow and I further developed my culinary skills alongside Chef Eden Cordova onboard Ascension, where I discovered an even deeper passion for cooking and hospitality. On Ritmo, I bring that knowledge and passion to the galley, preparing beautifully presented dishes with fresh flavors, as well as classic and signature cocktails!
I’m a lover of water sports, snorkeling and hiking, getting to know new places, music and wellness! I play guitar and piano and I am also a certified Hatha Yoga instructor. I enjoy sharing songs, yoga asanas and breathwork, it always makes me feel better so I am sure that happens to our guests!

I am watching the sunrise as a few pelicans fish and a little goat family walk along the beach here at Great Harbor and Peter Island - I am trying to think of something greater to say than thank you. I've been sailing with my family many times growing up, even a couple here in the BVI's but this trip was the most relaxing, magnificent, and soul filling one of all. It was so nice to see my hard working parents enjoy this trip with me and Alexis and have zero stress too. Each stop on our route was more beautiful than my eyes could believe. Each meal was more delicious than my brain could believe. I ate better this week than I have any week of my life. Beyond the physical, I am feeling inspired and peaceful and grounded - y'all are a pleasure to hang out with, just the coolest and most lovely humans, and I hope life has our paths cross again someday, somewhere.
