Rum Runner
Embark on a journey to discover the remarkable capabilities of the newly unveiled sailing catamaran, Seaview 59. Meticulously crafted by the esteemed British designer Bill Dixson in collaboration with Heysea's accomplished superyacht design team, this exceptional vessel epitomizes multifunctionality. Seamlessly integrating elements of business, leisure, family, entertainment, sailing, sports, chartering, and tourism, it creates a truly multifaceted experience. On the foredeck, the substitution of traditional wide-net trampolines with a sunbathing pad offers a dedicated space for relaxation and leisure, providing families and guests with a serene retreat amidst the waves. This enhancement combines comfort and style, elevating the sailing experience to unparalleled levels of enjoyment. Crafted with a harmonious blend of comfort and practicality, the aft deck of Seaview 59 features a welcoming sofa and table arrangement, creating an ideal setting for guests to relax and socialize while enjoying the sea breeze. Complementing this inviting space is the hydraulic swim platform, which enhances versatility by effortlessly transforming from a sprawling outdoor area, ideal for entertainment, to a convenient diving platform tailored for water enthusiasts. Experience the innovative design of the Seaview 59, where the flybridge offers an elevated vantage point for your enjoyment. Indulge in a delightful barbecue with your families and friends while relishing the grandeur of the open blue skies from the sun cushions, all while sipping on a refreshing drink. This sailing catamaran sets a new standard, seamlessly blending luxury, comfort, and functionality to redefine the possibilities of your sailing experience. Step into the elegant sanctuary of the Seaview 59's salon on the main deck, where natural light streams in through expansive glass windows, illuminating the space from every angle. With dual doors at the front and rear, the salon beckons guests to seamlessly transition between the captivating vistas of the sea on both the foredeck and aft deck. Embark on a journey of enchantment and exploration amidst the boundless beauty of the ocean. In the galley, Michelle is known for her ability to craft menus that are fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. She delights in tailoring meals to guest preferences, drawing inspiration from local ingredients and international cuisines. Her training and experience ensure she can deliver everything from light coastal dishes to gourmet dining experiences, always with a focus on quality and hospitality. Life at sea is a natural fit for Michelle, where her days now revolve around cooking, snorkeling, island-hopping, and sharing her love of the ocean with guests. Known for her welcoming nature and relaxed professionalism, she transforms dining into a highlight of the charter, making every meal an experience to remember.
We just got back from a 10 day cruise throughout the BVI's. We traveled with our daughter and son- in- law's family. It was a great and fun trip and we made lots of wonderful memories and saw many beautiful sights.
Captain Chrisjan and his beautiful and charming wife, Chef Cleona, made sure we were very comfortable while sailing with them on the "Rum Runner". I cannot say enough about Chrisjan and Cleona. They are a decent, caring, fun loving and kknowledgeable couple. I couldn't have ask for a better trip. Being with family, on a beautiful boat, with a fun crew, outstanding food and drink and cruising the BVI's...wow!
Sorry Authentic Yacht Charters, we adopted your Captain and chef.
Can't wait to do it again! Thank you for making dreams come true.
We have been chartering boats for the past 5 years. This year we booked with Authentic and it was amazing.
We have two families and spend 7 nights on the water. Chrisjan and Cleona our captain and chef took amazing care of both families. We saw all the sites and wasn't disappointed about with one thing. Highly recommend.
Very professional, very clean and amazing food.
Our week in the BVls aboard Rum Runner with Captain Christjan and Chef Cleona was nothing short of incredible. This was our second charter, and it far exceeded every expectation we had.
Captain Christjan was outstanding his knowledge of the islands, thoughtful itinerary planning, and professionalism made the entire experience seamless, while still keeping things fun and relaxed. We always felt like we were in the best hands.
Chef Cleona absolutely blew us away with her cooking. Every meal from breakfast to lunch to dinner was delicious and beautifully prepared. Her special South African dessert was such a unique and memorable touch!
Together, they made the perfect team. They anticipated every need with a smile and truly made us feel cared for the entire week. By the end of the trip, they felt more like family than crew.
To call this trip "perfect" almost doesn't do it justice. If you're considering a charter in the BVls, this is the team you want. We're already looking forward to booking again and hope to be back onboard with Christjan and Cleona!
