ISLAND STANDARD TIME
Island Standard Time Yacht Charter
Step aboard the breathtaking Island Standard Time and discover a floating sanctuary that redefines the sailing experience. Launched in 2020, the innovative Bali 4.8 design seamlessly marries style, comfort, and adventure. With its expansive layout and open concept, this yacht feels more like an elegant seaside retreat than a traditional vessel.
At the heart of this design is the signature “Bali garage door,” a unique feature that transforms the aft wall into an open-air gateway to paradise. With a simple touch, the entire back of the yacht disappears, inviting the fresh Caribbean breeze to flow effortlessly through the interior. This thoughtful design creates a harmonious blend of indoor and outdoor spaces, perfect for enjoying relaxed alfresco dining or simply soaking in the stunning views.
Gone are the traditional forward trampolines—replaced by a luxurious foredeck lounge adorned with plush sunbathing cushions. Whether you’re savoring a peaceful morning or unwinding in the afternoon sun, this space is designed for ultimate relaxation. A private door from the lounge leads directly into the main salon, enhancing the yacht’s intuitive flow and ease of movement.
Onboard Experience
The flybridge is your elevated haven—a perfect spot to sip cocktails as the sun sets behind tropical islands. With ample seating and a panoramic 360-degree view, it’s an idyllic setting for creating unforgettable memories. The second sunbathing area on the flybridge offers the ultimate vantage point to take in the stunning scenery of the Caribbean.
Inside, Island Standard Time has been curated with meticulous attention to detail. Luxurious linens, cozy throws, and refined tableware elevate every moment aboard. The galley is outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances, providing the onboard chef with everything they need to craft culinary masterpieces that delight the senses.
For water enthusiasts, this yacht is fully stocked with exciting water toys, making every day an adventure. Explore crystal-clear waters with snorkeling gear, underwater scooters, and a subwing for an exhilarating underwater ride. Try your hand at wakeboarding, glide across the waves on a stand-up paddleboard, or relax on a 10-foot floating dock. There’s also a towable water tube, fishing equipment, and plenty of pool noodles for laid-back fun. Whether you seek thrills or tranquility, there’s something for everyone.
Comfort and Accommodations
Island Standard Time accommodates up to eight guests in four elegantly appointed queen cabins. Each cabin boasts a private en-suite bathroom with an electric head, vanity, and shower for a spa-like experience. The starboard-side bathrooms feature dry stall showers for added comfort, while the port-side bathrooms offer efficient wet shower setups.
The individually controlled air conditioning in each cabin ensures every guest can enjoy their ideal temperature, creating a cool and restful retreat after sun-filled adventures. Caydon Harris
Born in Plettenberg Bay along the coast of South Africa Caydon grew up in a small town. His first year out of high school he spent in Australia working abroad. It was there that he was introduced to yachting, coming onboard as a guest. He quickly fell in love with the concept and when he returned home he began his sailing courses and has been working on the water ever since.
Since then he has worked for several sailing schools and has been an instructor for both power and sailing vessels. He spent last season in Croatia working for Yachtweek where he fell in love with chartering and the experience of sailing with guests from all over the world. It was there that he was able to evolve his love of being on the water from teaching to accommodating and entertaining guests and showing them just how magnificent our sea landscape can be. He looks forward to continuing to share his love of sailing with others in the Caribbean.

Natasha Milliken-Smith
Born and raised in the charming city of Oxford, UK, Natasha's connection to the sea was cultivated during summers spent on boats in the Balearic Islands. This early exposure to maritime life sparked a passion for the ocean and travel.
After finishing high school, Natasha followed this passion by training and working as a stewardess on superyachts. It was during this time that she developed a keen interest in cooking, inspired by the incredible chefs she worked alongside. Eager to transition from stewardess to chef, Natasha took on the role of crew chef, spending a season cooking and cruising through the Mediterranean.
Balancing her love for the sea with academic pursuits, Natasha returned to the UK to complete a Master's degree in Chemistry. Throughout her university years, she enriched her culinary skills by attending short cooking courses, continuously expanding her repertoire. Her summers were spent in Croatia, where she worked as a chef on smaller sailing charters, developing her style of cooking and guest experience.
Upon completing her degree, Natasha attended the UK's prestigious White Pepper Chef's Academy, where she completed a professional chef's course, further refining her culinary expertise.
With her diverse hospitality background and extensive experience, Natasha brings a unique blend of scientific precision and creative flair to her role as a yacht chef. Having sailed and cooked her way through the Mediterranean, she is excited to see what the other side of the Atlantic has to offer and is dedicated to crafting exquisite dishes whilst providing guests with an unforgettable experience.
