Jonah was an absolute pleasure!
Jonah was an absolute pleasure. He went from being our skipper on day one to being one of the group in no time. From having all the answers to all our questions, to doing everything possible to make sure we have the experience we want. Jonah took the time to get to know all of us and really connected with everyone. He was a pleasure to have and we’re going to request him when we come back!! Thank you so much Jonah
Nicole went above and beyond in the meals she made us!
Nicole went above and beyond in the meals she made us. All our meals were super fresh, healthy, delicious, and gorgeous. We all agreed the food on board was better than the food we had at restaurants! She was also super fun and professional. She really helped us have a great time.

Jonah was the absolute best! He always had a smile on his face and brought amazing energy to the boat. He went out of his way to make sure everyone was having a great time and was always there for everyone when they needed anything. I will definitely request to have him as a skipper next year!

There are few words to describe how awesome Nicole is. She handled our multiple dietary restrictions and preferences, made us feel like her friends and family, and put so much TLC into each meal and activity. She even planned the best surprise birthday! She’s a legend.

Nicole is an incredible hostess, team player, and an absolute magician in a boat kitchen. Our group was so loved, well fed, and well cared for because of her. Honestly if I could, I would hire her to cook for me full time. She was so creative with the variety she cooked the type of meals, and flavor profiles. We also had a mixed group of vegan, vegetarian, allergies, and meat lovers and Nicole flawlessly managed to create meals that not only met everyone’s needs but were delicious and nutritious. To top it off she is one of the most positive, fun, and genuine people I’ve ever met and working with her couldn’t have been easier. I don’t know how we would have done the week without her!

Jonah is a master of the universe. I cannot imagine our trip without him as our skipper. His ability to connect with people is truly unrivaled. He treated our crew like family and showed us so many hidden gems throughout Croatia. I trust Jonah with my life and can’t wait to have him as our skipper next year!

Nicole was always ready to help with whatever requests we had, giving us advice on aspects of the week, and giving us energy when we needed it. Her food was particularly good and she even went above and beyond to bake a special cake for our group at the end of the trip. It’s personal touches like these that differentiate an average or good chef and host from an excellent one like Nicole! I would not hesitate to book with her again.

What is included in a All Inclusive Charter? What Is NOT Included?
Unless otherwise specified-Caribbean Standard All-Inclusive Charters include the following:
- Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
- Light daily housekeeping
- Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
- Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
- Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
- Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
- Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
- Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
- Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
- Operating expenses including: use of air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages
What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:
- Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
- Meals and beverages at restaurants and bars
