She enjoys entertaining guests and sharing her great travel and diving experience. In her recent job she took care of up to 32 guests cruising on the Mexican Pacific coast and diving with sharks and giant mantas.

Highly motivated, positive and skilled, Harvey cannot imagine his life away from the sea. A sport lover, he has taken part in many water sports activities and progressed to a fully qualified PADI Divemaster after finishing an award winning diving school in Thailand.
Harvey has gained valuable experience as a professional dive instructor in Southeast Asia, worked as a rescue and scallop diver, a deckhand and a skipper on a safety boat facing some of the toughest conditions Scotland’s West Coast has to offer.
Friendly and communicative, Harvey will make sure guests have a safe and unforgettable holiday on board ORION.

What a way to start the new year, an amazing boat with all the toys we could ask for!! The crew have been fantastic even with the high winds they found calm, beautiful places to visit. The food was amazing we loved breakfast every morning with a new cooked delight, lunch and dinner was equally special and the last night was a show stopper favorites including Apple tart, Crumble, Tuna Steaks and surf & Turf. The Bob’s and snorkeling were highlights for the whole family with the boys enjoying some excellent fishing. Many thanks from all the team is been awesome

Penny & Nathan, Since we left you both we have had time to think about our time on Orion and the service you both (along with Della & Tim) provide to us and our friends. I have travelled all over the world and stayed at many of the best hotels and I have to say the way you ran the boat was up there with the best in 5 star service. Everyone was blown away with Penny's culinary skills , the variety and quality was simply superb. Nathan you were funny, engaging , a great skipper and great company, with encyclopaedic knowledge of 80's music!! (I won't comment on your dancing skills!). So we want to say a big thank you for giving us an outstanding week in a relaxed atmosphere with wonderful service. Take a bow !!

A week on Orion is an experience in yachting in its highest form. The ship is exceptional, well appointed, comfortable, and seaworthy. However, the real magic that made this cruise unforgettable is the energy created by the collective and individual caring attitude and skills of the crew. Greg is a true leader, a captain whose calm and control exceed his years. His skills at the helm and his local knowledge are complemented by his able performance as sous chef. Vanessa creates not only world class culinary art, comparable to the finest dining anywhere, from her simple galley, but also a warm atmosphere of joy and love that nourishes the soul. Brad provides superb seamanship skills along with a remarkable well of experience and knowledge. His ability to blend this with a sense of humor is capable of bringing light to any moment. Amanda provides selfless service and support to the guests and her crew members, remarkably anticipating needs and ready always with her beautiful smile. We learned that what scares you brings you joy, if you drink a little you drive better, the best way to keep a baby on a boat is in a box, and most importantly that the best snorkeling in the world is on Scrub Island. The Orion and your amazing crew put that experience to shame. We cannot say enough good things about our time with you. The trip itinerary was perfect. Each day was different, interesting, and beautiful. The boat was insane. We loved being bigger and badder than every single other boat in the Caribbean. The food was perfect. Thank you for being so thoughtful in crafting excellent meals for the adults and the kids. The boat toys were also fantastic. Every other boat wanted our Seabobs, and especially the Bruiser! But honestly, nothing was better than the Orion crew. From Brad’s ridiculous depth of knowledge, to Amanda’s consummate professionalism, to Greg’s mastery of the seas, and finally, to Vanessa’s excellent meals and story-telling. You will all be missed.

Consumed with sailing, hospitality and cooking, Vanessa has been successfully working in the tourism sector for 13 years. Talented and creative, she adores cooking and always looks for fresh healthy local produce whenever possible. Vanessa derives her culinary inspiration from extensive travelling throughout the world and enjoys creating elegantly prepared dishes rich with flavours and fresh ingredients. Her passion for making guests happy and an extensive background in tourism make your vacations onboard ORION an experience of a lifetime.

A passionate seafarer, Eva loves her job on board and feels at home at sea. She has worked on a variety of charter vessels over the past 6 years, where she has gained a lot of experience in hospitality, cooking, provisioning, table setting, meal service, flower arrangements, lines and fenders handling.
She enjoys entertaining guests and sharing her great travel and diving experience. In her recent job she took care of up to 32 guests cruising on the Mexican Pacific coast and diving with sharks and giant mantas.
Hospitable and outgoing, Eva loves to make people smile and strives to provide relaxing and carefree journey on board.

Deckhand: Harvey Blackie
Nationality: British

Highly motivated, positive and skilled, Harvey cannot imagine his life away from the sea. A sport lover, he has taken part in many water sports activities and progressed to a fully qualified PADI Divemaster after finishing an award winning diving school in Thailand.
Harvey has gained valuable experience as a professional dive instructor in Southeast Asia, worked as a rescue and scallop diver, a deckhand and a skipper on a safety boat facing some of the toughest conditions Scotland’s West Coast has to offer.
Friendly and communicative, Harvey will make sure guests have a safe and unforgettable holiday on board ORION.

What a way to start the new year, an amazing boat with all the toys we could ask for!! The crew have been fantastic even with the high winds they found calm, beautiful places to visit. The food was amazing we loved breakfast every morning with a new cooked delight, lunch and dinner was equally special and the last night was a show stopper favorites including Apple tart, Crumble, Tuna Steaks and surf & Turf. The Bob’s and snorkeling were highlights for the whole family with the boys enjoying some excellent fishing. Many thanks from all the team is been awesome

Penny & Nathan, Since we left you both we have had time to think about our time on Orion and the service you both (along with Della & Tim) provide to us and our friends. I have travelled all over the world and stayed at many of the best hotels and I have to say the way you ran the boat was up there with the best in 5 star service. Everyone was blown away with Penny's culinary skills , the variety and quality was simply superb. Nathan you were funny, engaging , a great skipper and great company, with encyclopaedic knowledge of 80's music!! (I won't comment on your dancing skills!). So we want to say a big thank you for giving us an outstanding week in a relaxed atmosphere with wonderful service. Take a bow !!

A week on Orion is an experience in yachting in its highest form. The ship is exceptional, well appointed, comfortable, and seaworthy. However, the real magic that made this cruise unforgettable is the energy created by the collective and individual caring attitude and skills of the crew. Greg is a true leader, a captain whose calm and control exceed his years. His skills at the helm and his local knowledge are complemented by his able performance as sous chef. Vanessa creates not only world class culinary art, comparable to the finest dining anywhere, from her simple galley, but also a warm atmosphere of joy and love that nourishes the soul. Brad provides superb seamanship skills along with a remarkable well of experience and knowledge. His ability to blend this with a sense of humor is capable of bringing light to any moment. Amanda provides selfless service and support to the guests and her crew members, remarkably anticipating needs and ready always with her beautiful smile. In spite of all these notable qualities, what makes a voyage on Orion so special is the the ability of all to function as a team, permitting each member to perform at the highest skill level while subjugating their individual role when necessary. We learned that what scares you brings you joy, if you drink a little you drive better, the best way to keep a baby on a boat is in a box, and most importantly that the best snorkeling in the world is on Scrub Island. We will truly never forget it or you all. Vanessa, your food was truly the best food we have ever eaten. “It’s off the chain!” Says Pookey. Greg, you really saved our lives in the Toilet Bowl and your knowledge of the BVI really enhanced our trip. Amanda, our fellow Virginia Beach gal, you really are the coolest. You taught us so much about flips, the Baths, and the one and only Lost and Found bin. Brad, we will be quoting your life lessons and cheesy jokes for years to come. Dear Greg, Vanessa, Brad, and Amanda Thank you for the single best vacation we have ever had. We had previously chartered a yacht in Turkey, and at the time, thought that experience was incredible. The Orion and your amazing crew put that experience to shame. We cannot say enough good things about our time with you. The trip itinerary was perfect. Each day was different, interesting, and beautiful. The boat was insane. We loved being bigger and badder than every single other boat in the Caribbean. The food was perfect. Thank you for being so thoughtful in crafting excellent meals for the adults and the kids. The boat toys were also fantastic. Every other boat wanted our Seabobs, and especially the Bruiser! But honestly, nothing was better than the Orion crew. From Brad’s ridiculous depth of knowledge, to Amanda’s consummate professionalism, to Greg’s mastery of the seas, and finally, to Vanessa’s excellent meals and story-telling. You will all be missed.

  • Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
  • Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
  • Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
  • Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
  • Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
  • Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Operating expenses including: air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages

What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:
