Captain
Mario Kožulić
Nation: Croatian
Name: Vinko Bajić
Position: Captain
Nationality: Croatian
Languages: Croatian, English
Description:
Captain Vinko was born in Split, Croatia, where his passion for the sea began at an early age, sailing the Adriatic each summer with his family on his father’s 9-meter Tica sailboat. After completing maritime high school and continuing with higher maritime education, he began his professional journey in the yachting industry in 2008 — a career he continues to pursue with great dedication today. For the past 12 years, he has been serving as captain on both private and charter yachts, such as S/Y Lady Sunshine (Jongert 109’) and motor yacht Mangusta 80'.
Calm, professional, and highly guest-focused, Vinko enjoys sports and spending time outdoors, bringing a relaxed and positive energy to every charter. His aim is to introduce guests to the true spirit of Croatia — from beautiful sailing routes and hidden bays to authentic local gastronomy and traditions. Guests can enjoy experiences such as fresh fish sourced directly from local fishermen, wine tastings, visits to family-run farms (OPGs), charming island villages, historic towns, museums, and a wide range of outdoor and sporting activities along the way.
Captain Vinko looks forward to welcoming you on board and sharing Croatia from a genuine local perspective — with crystal-clear waters, secluded coves, and unforgettable Adriatic experiences.
