CAPTAIN TONKO MATIJAŠEVIĆ
Born in Split in 1982, Captain Tonko Matijašević has been professionally navigating the Adriatic since 2007. With nearly two decades of experience in the charter industry, he is known as a knowledgeable and reliable skipper with an excellent understanding of the Croatian coastline and
islands. Throughout his career, Tonko has captained a wide variety of sailing yachts, luxury catamarans and motor yachts up to 100 BT, working with internationally recognized charter companies such as The Moorings and Sunsail.
He has extensive experience managing both bareboat and fully crewed charters, working with guests from around the world and ensuring that each charter runs smoothly.
In addition to his charter work, Tonko has completed numerous yacht deliveriesacross the Adriatic and Mediterranean, demonstrating his confidence and skill in handling vessels in a variety of conditions. He also worked as a deckhand on larger motor
yachts, gaining valuable insight into yacht operations and onboard service. Tonko spent several years as an instructor training future skippers, sharing his practical knowledge and
experience with aspiring sailors. He holds a Yachtmaster A license (up to 100 BT) and has a strong background in outdoor sports and safety training, including mountaineering, diving, skiing and kitesurfing. He is also a member of the Croatian Mountain Rescue Service, which further reflects his
strong safety awareness, discipline and responsibility at sea. Friendly, communicative and highly experienced, Captain Tonko creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere on board while ensuring guests enjoy a safe and memorable sailing experience while exploring the Adriatic coastline.

CHEF NIKOLA BILANDŽIJA
Nikola is a passionate culinary professional with a deep love for food and cooking. Although formally educated, he considers himself largely self-taught, having spent countless hours studying professional culinary literature and cookbooks, ollowed by years of hands-on experimentation and creativity
in the kitchen. Along this journey, Nikola gained valuable experience working in some of the finest restaurants in Croatia, where he also had the opportunity to lead his own team as Head and Executive Chef. These roles allowed him to refine his culinary philosophy and expand his skills in both traditional
and modern gastronomy. Throughout his career, Nikola has organized creative cooking workshops, hosted numerous wine-dining dinners paired with wines from acclaimed Croatian winemakers, and participated in a popular television cooking show. His work has also been featured in various Croatian web
portals and newspapers. After several successful years in the restaurant industry, Nikola embraced a new adventure by bringing his culinary talents to the sea. He spent two seasons
on board the luxury catamaran Sunreef 60 DESSUS, where he delighted guests with refined cuisine while sailing the spectacular Adriatic coastline. Now, Nikola is excited to begin a new chapter aboard Lagoon 60 Catwalk, where he combines his passion for gastronomy with the beauty of sailing. His
cuisine focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients and Mediterranean inspiration, creating memorable dining experiences for guests on board. Nikola’s favorite dish to prepare is often the one created spontaneously. When guests trust his imagination, his creativity truly shines—resulting in unique culinary
moments and shared enjoyment around the table.
