JOANSEA - 2
The Croatian coast is the stuff of dreams and memories. It is a patchwork of bays and backwaters, of inlets and islands (over 1200 of them) and of coves and caves. Cruising that coast on Joansea, your chartered Lagoon 46, anchoring those islands and inlets, relaxing in those bays and backwaters and exploring those caves and coves under the experienced hand of Skipper is more than a holiday, it is a life-expense. Adam Stobnicki is more than just one of the best and most knowledgeable skippers in the Adriatic, he is a host par excellence. He is all about bringing you and yours into the wonderful world of Dalmatia. A world of culture and cuisine, rich in history and charm. Adam does this through his uncanny ability to take your expectations and desires and match them with the perfect mix of well-known locations and secret spots known only to a true local. And he does it too, through his exquisite skills as a chef. Not only can he barbeque like the best of them but he is a master of the traditional Dalmatian cooking style that is the Peka.

Andrea Miočić, born in 1998 in Zadar, Croatia. Involved in sports since child hood, played volleyball in 1st state league. She graduated from the Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb with a major in sailing. Andrea’s passion for sports and physical activity has driven her to work with children as a sports coach in swimming and as a physical education teacher. Her parents own a restaurant by the sea, so she spent a lot of time working with food and as a waitress from young age. Later at the university she fell in love with sailing and the sea. She worked as tour guide on a ship around National park. Then she started working private boat tours as a skipper on speedboats, also as a hostess on the sailing boats. She participated in many sailing regattas. Andrea is fluent in English and Italian with a B-category skipper license. Known for her persistence, friendliness, excellent communication and teamwork, she consistently creates warm atmosphere and positive experiences for all guests including the youngest. Off season she works in school as teacher and as a private and group trainer.

WHAT MAKES HER HAPPY BESIDE WORK: She likes to spend time in nature and by the sea, listen to music and cook. Fitness and travelling the world are her favorite things.
Trip of a Lifetime!
At first we weren’t going to have a hostess, but e ended up having one (Kornelia) and in would HIGHLY recommend it! Both she and Captain Adam were wonderful people and made our time on the boat VERY relaxing and enjoyable! Adam was very knowledgeable about the best places to stay, eat, and visit. We seemed to beat all the crowds at the different places to see like the Blue Cave, wine tasting, and had nice recommendations for places to eat in each town and would even call to make reservations which helped a ton! Kornelia was an excellent cook and provided simple yet delicious meals and snacks! She also helped with anything Adam needed when docking as well! Overall, we had a wonderful experience with our trip! It went smoothly, the boat was clean and new, the accommodations were beautifully kept and the crew was kind, helpful and flexible! Highly recommend!
Most relaxing and enjoyable week in many years!
We have wanted to charter a yacht for many years. As the saying goes "Good things come to those who wait"! Adam (captain) and Nela (Hostess/Cook) made our week on the 46' Lagoon Catamaran extremely relaxing and enjoyable. Adam chose daily destinations that provided us equal opportunities to see Croatia and enjoy and relax on the sea. Adam called the ship a floating apartment and I could not agree more. We had plenty of space to spread out and come together! The cost of the captain and the hostess is some of the best vacation/relaxation money I have spent in my lifetime. I cannot overstate how wonderful it was to not have to think about or worry about anything for a week. We introduced Adam and Nela to "Cards Against Humanity" and at 12:45 am the harbor master came by and shushed us because we were laughing so loud! Live does not give you many opportunities like that!! If a chartered yacht in Croatia is in your future Luxury Sailing, Adam and Nela should be your choice! Go see new places and enjoy life! Cheers
Best way to see Croatia Coast!
We traveled with family and friends early in the season... We had a great journey along the Croatian Coast… our skipper, Adam and Hostess Kornelia made our week perfection! We would strongly recommend Luxury Sailing for you next journey.
Bucket list sailing trip in Croatia!
Wow - what a spectacular trip we had with Adam (skipper) and Nela (hostess) aboard the Joansea. I had very high expectations going into the trip and they were exceeded! The boat - a 46' Lagoon Catamaran - was beautiful and comforable. It had a modern and sleek finish, and wonderful layout. I was worried with 9 family members across 3 generations onboard we would feel very on top of each other, but with the great outdoor spaces at the bow and the stern we always felt there was enough room to spread out. The route that Adam designed (with our input) was ideal for our group. We spent 4 days crusing around the islands off of Split (Solta, Hvar, Vis) with a combination of port and anchored overnights; and then two days up the river at Sibenik and Skradinski Buk waterfalls. It was the perfect combination of at sea/boat time, beach time, visiting beautiful cities, and a bit of history and nature. And Adam was flexible and accommodating to adjust the plan as we went. Every day there was something for everyone - from the 4 year old to the 77 year old! But what really made our trip was the crew - Adam and Nela. Their customer service was truly exceptional! Adam took care of all the boat details, organizing the port stops, restaurants, and tours for us, as well, of course, as captaining and caring for the boat. Nela was a wonderful hostess. She prepared 2 meals a day for us (usually breakfast and lunch) and kept the boat tidy and organized. She dealt with provisioning the boat and ensuring all our needs were met, which she did in the most gracious way. We felt totally pampered the whole time, and somehow Nela made us feel like it was her pleasure spoling us! Nela is also an excellent cook - we enjoyed delicous (and beautiful!) meals every day. And both Adam and Nela were amazing with our little kids (aged 4 and 6) - interacting with them constantly and helping keep them entertained. I'm pretty sure flirting with Adam and colouring in Nela's arm tattoo were the two highlights of our little girls' trip ;) I really couldn't have nicer things to say about Adam and Nela - they know how to deliver an exceptional luxury experience and both are lovely people to spend time with. We hope to do another trip with them both in the future!
Amazing week sailing the Dalmatian Coast
Our family of four (two girls aged 11 and 14) have just come back from spending three months travelling around Europe. Despite seeing and doing some amazing things, the highlight for us all was the week we spent aboard a Luxury Sailing catamaran. We chartered the cat from 18-25 May and crossed our fingers the weather would be good. It was outstanding - we had glorious sunshine every day. Our excellent skipper Adam contacted us beforehand and suggested an itinerary for us as first time visitors to Croatia. There was a lot packed into the itinerary and he wasn't sure we would get through it all. However not only did we complete the itinerary but we had a day spare at the end! We visited gorgeous islands, beautiful bays, swam in crystal clear water (yes it was still a little cold but not so much we couldn't enjoy it), ate oysters freshly shucked straight from the river, visited the stunning Krka Falls and dined in amazing restaurants. I was worried our kids would be bored but they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The crew was fantastic. Adam was a great host, knowledgable about the area and great company. We almost chose not to have a hostess but what a mistake that would have been. Nella was incredible. She was great with our kids, prepared beautiful dishes for us and always made sure we had snacks on the table to munch on. The week could not have been any better and so much of it was down to the professionalism of the crew who easily fitted in around us and who we were very sad to say goodbye to at the end of the week, I cannot recommend Luxury Sailing enough - they are excellent. And you should ask for Adam and Nella as your crew, you won't find better.
Rates are Plus Expenses

Med Term pricing is cost (cost of the boat) + VAT (country tax) + APA (operating and provisioning expenses). The cost is the weekly rate for the charter. The VAT and APA are calculated on the cost of the boat and paid in addition to that base price. The APA covers: fuel, water, food, licenses, alcohol, and any specific items you would like provided to you. APA money that is not used for provisioning would be reimbursed to you- or, if you spend over the amount, they would charge you. The Captain keeps track of expenses and would let you know if you’re reaching your APA limit. This is the industry standard for the region.

Caribbean Terms or Caribbean Inclusions refer to all-inclusive rates. These boats are typically catamarans and monohulls and are found in the Caribbean.

Most (but not all) motor-yachts and sailing vessels in the Med are Med Rate terms.

The yachts featured on our website will specifically state which type of pricing they offer.
