His international experience ensures smooth itinerary planning, confident passage making, and full compliance with maritime regulations.

Riccardo is fully certified (Yacht Master B 500GT, Master 200GT Sail & Power, Yachtmaster Offshore Commercial Endorsement) and STCW compliant, with advanced qualifications in fire fighting, radar and ARPA, GMDSS GOC, and safety management . His strong technical knowledge, covering mechanics, electronics, and navigational systems, allows him to manage vessels with precision and reliability.

As a cook, Tamara specializes in Mediterranean cuisine, focusing on fresh, high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented dishes tailored to guests individual preferences and dietary requirements. She is passionate about creating enjoyable and refined dining experiences, whether preparing relaxed lunches on deck or elegant dinners. Elisa Lancini is a motivated and detail-oriented Stewardess with a strong foundation in hospitality and culinary operations Graduated from a Hotel and Culinary Institute, she combines technical service knowledge with hands-on experience gained both ashore and onboard.

Her experience as Second Cook on M/V R/V Explora, where she independently managed galley operations for up to 30 crew members, reflects her organizational skills, provisioning competence, and ability to perform efficiently under pressure . This background enhances her stewardess role, allowing her to confidently support interior service, guest care, and onboard logistics.

  • Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
  • Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Operating expenses including: use of air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages

What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:

  • Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
