Toni comes to the helm from an engineering background, and it shows in his methodical, composed presence on deck. With over 36,000 nautical miles logged and 135 charter operations under his belt, he brings the kind of quiet confidence that only comes from experience that
spans open-ocean passages and intricate coastal navigation along the Adriatic.
His deep technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems means that whatever arises on board, Toni has the expertise to handle it calmly and competently. A non-smoker and non-drinker throughout his career, he is exactly the captain charter guests and owners have come to rely on. Off duty, he is happiest by the sea with a fishing line in hand, deally after a long ride on his motorcycle.
BARBARA SINIČIĆ - STEWARDESS/COOK
Barbara's relationship with food is rooted in where she grew up. Coming from an island background (Brač & Šolta), where the table has always been central to life, she found her calling in the kitchen and honed her skills at a fine-dining restaurant on Šolta for two years before taking that passion out to sea.
Over eight years of Mediterranean charter work, she has refined a cooking style built around honest, locally sourced ingredients, the kind of food that tastes unmistakably of the place you are sailing through. Her menus shift with the season and the port, shaped by whatever the local markets offer. What guests may not expect is that Barbara is a highly capable sailor in her own right, all while pursuing a degree in statistics and scientific research. That brings a precision of mind that quietly informs how she plans, provisions, and executes every meal
with consistency and care.
In the galley and throughout the interior, she brings the warmth and professionalism deepened by many seasons at sea.
ELIZA FABRIS - STEWARDESS/DECKHAND
Eliza is as comfortable handling lines on deck as she is turning down cabins and looking after guests in the interior. Her years working on vessels ranging from catamarans to motor yachts have given her an intuitive sense of how a charter should feel: attentive without being intrusive, always one step ahead. When needed, she is no stranger to the galley either, having spent years working in restaurant kitchens
and developed a love of cooking along the way (think freshly baked focaccia, slow-braised Croatian classics, and homemade desserts).
Her background in cognitive and clinical neuroscience, a master's degree completed cum laude at the University of Maastricht, brings an
unexpected but useful quality to her work: a deep understanding of people and what they need to feel at ease.
Organised, capable, and quietly versatile, Eliza is the kind of crew member whose contribution you notice most when everything simply runs without a hitch.

Med Term pricing is cost (cost of the boat) + VAT (country tax) + APA (operating and provisioning expenses). The cost is the weekly rate for the charter. The VAT and APA are calculated on the cost of the boat and paid in addition to that base price. The APA covers: fuel, water, food, licenses, alcohol, and any specific items you would like provided to you. APA money that is not used for provisioning would be reimbursed to you- or, if you spend over the amount, they would charge you. The Captain keeps track of expenses and would let you know if you’re reaching your APA limit. This is the industry standard for the region.
Caribbean Terms or Caribbean Inclusions refer to all-inclusive rates. These boats are typically catamarans and monohulls and are found in the Caribbean.
Most (but not all) motor-yachts and sailing vessels in the Med are Med Rate terms.
The yachts featured on our website will specifically state which type of pricing they offer.
