over 15 years of sailing experience. Frane is known for his calm demeanor, exceptional navigational skills, quick and calm reactions. Truly one of our best with the
intuition which combines social and business skills perfectly.

When he’s not working on the yacht, Frane is a sports/fitness trainer. He is also a

Originally from Croatia, Helena is a professionally trained chef with a deep passion
for plant-based cuisine, wellness, and mindful living. With extensive experience in
restaurants, boutique hotels, yoga retreats, and luxury charter yachts, she brings a
unique balance of culinary skill and holistic awareness to every kitchen she works
in. Her cooking style blends Mediterranean, modern, and plant-based influences,
always guided by seasonality, intuition, and the needs of her guests.
