Stipe is an experienced and passionate captain with a wealth of qualifications and knowledge in the yachting industry. He has been working in this field since 2013 and is highly motivated and enthusiastic to progress his career. His educational background in Marine Engineering has enabled him to apply his extensive studies in a practical manner. Fluent in Croatian, English and with a beginner's level of Italian, Stipe is an effective communicator who is adept at understanding the guests' style of vacation and needs, providing them with the best possible options in any given moment. He is passionate about creating a relaxed atmosphere with trust between the crew and guests, and his friendly and professional demeanor, coupled with his warm smile, makes guests feel welcome and secure from the moment they arrive. Goran Subasic - Chef, Croatian
Chef Goran brings a wealth of experience to the table, having honed his skills on private yachts traversing the stunning coastlines of the Mediterranean. His career transcends the typical chef's journey. Though he began his career as a deckhand, his passion for culinary arts propelled him upward, refining his skills until he emerged as a master chef. Goran's culinary odyssey extends beyond the seas, with experience in prestigious restaurants across Croatia, where he absorbed a multitude of culinary styles. This diverse exposure shaped his cooking approach, resulting in dishes that blend innovation with global inspiration, all infused with a Mediterranean touch. He crafts more than just meals; Chef Goran curates unforgettable culinary adventures, weaving together exquisite flavors with the unparalleled ambiance of luxury yachting.

Dino Čagalj- Deckhand, Croatian
Dino Čagalj is a dedicated maritime professional who recently joined M/Y Quantum as a chase boat driver and deckhand. Although new to this yacht, Dino brings with him a wealth of experience and a lifelong passion for the sea. After graduating from the Secondary Technical School in Split, he began working on ships during the summer seasons and quickly realised that the maritime world was more than just a job—it was his true calling.
Over the past decade, Dino has logged approximately 200,000 nautical miles, working aboard yachts ranging from 10 to 100 meters throughout the Mediterranean. These early hands-on experiences inspired him to pursue formal training at the Sailing and Skipper Academy.
Dino holds a YMAS B (500BT) certificate, along with a wide range of advanced maritime qualifications. Known for his hardworking nature, outgoing personality, and meticulous attention to detail, he is committed to ensuring smooth onboard operations and delivering outstanding service to guests.
With his strong work ethic, professionalism, and deep love for the sea, Dino is a dynamic addition to the Quantum crew.

Iva Bilješko - Stewardess, Croatian
Iva brings a wealth of experience to Quantum, having honed her skills in the tourism sector for many years. She's a meticulous and organised individual, ensuring every detail is addressed for a seamless experience. Her responsible nature and efficiency make her a valuable asset, tackling any challenge with a smile. Iva is a great communicator, adept at understanding guests' needs and ensuring their comfort and enjoyment throughout their stay, making every guest feel valued and well looked after. Speaking Croatian, English, and German allows her to connect with a diverse range of guests. With her warm personality, and commitment to excellence, Iva is sure to make your experience on Quantum truly unforgettable.
