CHEF
Ivan Klismanic
When you step on board Tajna Mora and Ivan greets you with a warm smile and perhaps your first taste of something delicious, you’ll instantly know you’re in great hands and that your holiday has truly begun. As the Chef on board, Ivan believes that food is one of the most genuine ways to connect with guests-through authentic flavours, creativity, and care. His philosophy is simple :every dish should make feel guests appreciated and at home. After graduating from hospitality school and gaining experience in various bars and restaurants, Ivan wanted to take his passion to the next level. Life at sea offered him the perfect balance-the chance to meet new people around the world and to showcase traditional Mediterranean cuisine in his own way. Unlike in busy restaurants, life aboard Tajna Mora allows him to prepare each meal with patience and dedication, tailoring the experience to every guest individually. Now, after six years on board, Ivan has become an essential part of the Tajna Mora family. When he’s not in the galley crafting something special, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying active-especially playing football, his favourite sport.
STEWARDESS
Kate Mandalinic
Kate is a hardworking and friendly person with over three years of experience in hospitality. She has worked as a waitress in a busy beach bar and also helps run her family’s bar, where she manages shifts and keeps track of stocks. These roles have taught her how to stay calm under pressure, work well in a team, and always put guest first. Kate is new to yachting but learns quickly and is excited to start her journey as a stewardess. She is organised, adaptable, and always ready to help. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, playing guitar, charity work, running, skiing, and keeping things tidy.
DECKHAND
Toni Smoljanovic
Toni is a dedicated and experienced deckhand with a strong background in maritime work since 2015. Over the years, he has built a solid reputation as a reliable and hardworking crew member, bringing both skill and professionalism to every vessel he joins. In 2024, Toni worked aboard M/Y Maxita, and in 2023, he was part of the crew on M/Y Life is Good, further expanding his experience in the luxury yachting sector. Fluent in English and known for his positive attitude, Toni is a valuable team player who quickly adapts to new environments and supports a smooth onboard operation. With nearly a decade of sea experience, Toni continues to bring enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit to every opportunity, which makes him an excellent addition to any crew.

OPTION REQUESTS POLICY
OPTION REQUEST
An option is placed only upon explicit written request and is valid until a clearly specified date and time, which will be communicated in our confirmation email.
We do not notify brokers when an option has expired or when a yacht is no longer available (e.g., placed under option or booked).
We do not accept multiple options for the same client across different yachts simultaneously.
PEAK SEASON POLICY: “First Come, First Served”
Due to high demand during peak booking season, we may apply a “first come – first served” policy. In these cases:
Options are placed only when the client accepts the charter offer and requests the charter contract.
The intent is to finalize the booking (have the charter agreement signed and the deposit paid) within the 2–3 day option window.
This ensures fair opportunity for all clients and encourages prompt decision-making.
Med Term pricing is cost (cost of the boat) + VAT (country tax) + APA (operating and provisioning expenses). The cost is the weekly rate for the charter. The VAT and APA are calculated on the cost of the boat and paid in addition to that base price. The APA covers: fuel, water, food, licenses, alcohol, and any specific items you would like provided to you. APA money that is not used for provisioning would be reimbursed to you- or, if you spend over the amount, they would charge you. The Captain keeps track of expenses and would let you know if you’re reaching your APA limit. This is the industry standard for the region.
Caribbean Terms or Caribbean Inclusions refer to all-inclusive rates. These boats are typically catamarans and monohulls and are found in the Caribbean.
Most (but not all) motor-yachts and sailing vessels in the Med are Med Rate terms.
The yachts featured on our website will specifically state which type of pricing they offer.
