Nikša brings 17 years of continuous charter experience achieved by successfully running the Gulet Andeo alongside his brother, where they established a strong reputation for excellence. He possesses a great knowledge of sailing, and a passion for meeting people, and exploring new destinations. He holds the necessary Yacht Master degree and plans to stay with Acapella for the foreseeable future, indicating commitement and stability to the vessel. Active engagement, exceptional service, and communication is what makes him stand out. He goes above and beyond for his guests.Nikša speaks fluent English and basic Italian, facilitating easy communication with a diverse clientele.

Tomislav Gluncic
Tomislav Glunčić, the First Officer, is the indispensable co-pilot in the dynamic Glunčić duo, bringing 17 years of hands-on charter experience from the Gulet Andeo. His commitment to the maritime profession is formalized by his graduation from Maritime High School and his Yacht Master certificate. Tomislav’s expertise in sailing and dedication to customer service is complemented by a noted positive nature, which is key to maintaining the welcoming atmosphere on board. His long-term ambition is to stay with ACAPELLA, guaranteeing stability and consistent service quality for guests throughout their voyage.

Andrija Kacunko
Andrija Kacunko is a highly skilled Chef with over 15 years of hospitality experience. A graduate of the Tourist and Hospitality School in Split, his professional background includes advanced training in modern Mediterranean cuisine and internships at Michelin-starred restaurants such as Strelec and Dubravkin Put. Fluent in English, Andrija excels in high-level communication and team leadership, consistently focusing on delivering "value for money" through a professional and disciplined approach to service. Specializing in Mediterranean cuisine with a modern twist, his culinary style emphasizes premium, natural ingredients that are minimally yet precisely processed to retain their authentic character. Inspired by the minimalist and ingredient-driven philosophy of chefs like Andrea Bottura, he focuses on robust flavors and vibrant presentation. His extensive experience in diverse culinary outlets has refined his ability to anticipate guest preferences, ensuring a high-quality dining experience that aligns with the standards of a luxury yacht charter.

Marija Gabrijela Vukasovic
Gabrijela is a committed and resourceful member of the Acapella team, bringing a strong foundation in customer service to her role. Her previous professional experience, which includes high standards in laundry service, meticulous cleaning, and childcare, provides a solid basis for her meticulous attention to detail and service-oriented mindset. She is highly perceptive and socially aware, understanding the need for
flawless communication between guests and crew. Gabrijela is proficient in English and Italian. She actively seeks to advance and refine her skills within the yachting industry, guaranteeing a focused and dedicated approach to hospitality and meeting guests' needs.

Ivana Krajina
Ivana is a highly dedicated Stewardess who discovered her passion after formally pursuing Maritime Studies and Yacht Management. Her foundational experience includes two years working at Kamenar restaurant in Primošten, where she developed expertise in fine dining, wine service, and high standards of guest interaction. Having completed professional stewardess training, Ivana is defined by her genuine commitment to hospitality. She speaks German and understands Italian and Spanish, enabling flawless communication with international
clientele. Ivana is a friendly yet highly professional individual whose hard work and positive attitude have consistently provided exceptional care for ACAPELLA guests for many years.

Ana Milic
Ana is a highly dedicated Stewardess who has been an active member of the maritime industry since 2017, with a professional background in Accounting and Finance. Her core competencies include exceptional performance in housekeeping and stewarding, defined by strong attention to detail and a robust work ethic. Ana is focused on delivering reliable customer service and maintaining a discreet, unobtrusive, and homely atmosphere for guests. She possesses specific professional strengths in intuition, calmness, and reliability, ensuring a flexible and professional approach to operational requirements. DECKHAND
Domagoj Lazeta
Domagoj is a dedicated Deckhand focused on advancing his career within the large yacht sector, bringing prior experience from both motor yachts and cruise ships up to 100 ft. His lifelong passion for the sea, combined with years spent in operational roles (deck maintenance and tender driving), has refined his skills to a high standard. Domagoj is an excellent team worker, highly disciplined, and committed to continuous improvement. He is a fast learner and dedicated to progressing professionally within the deck department, ensuring efficient and disciplined vessel maintenance.
DECKHAND
Stipe Babic
Stipe was born in Switzerland, where he spent his childhood, and he continued his higher education in Croatia, qualifying in Construction and Surveying. Stipe worked for 6 years in his former profession before a new challenge and adventure called him - acareer at sea.
Stipe has always loved the sea, adventure, and travel - and working on a yacht provides all of this. Over the last 8 years, Stipe has built a
respectable reputation in the yachting industry, and his long-term goal is to become a Captain one day. Stipe is hard-working, knowledgeable, and contributes to the positive atmosphere aboard with his team spirit and personality. With Stipe, the comfort and safety of the guests always come first.
DECKHAND
Matko Jelovic
Matko is deckhand who is concurrently studying at the Faculty of Traffic Sciences in Zagreb. He combines his studies with several years of experience gained within the hospitality industry. His career focus shifted to the maritime sector after a short, influential period working on a
motorsailer, where he developed an immediate dedication to deck operations. Matko is a hardworking, reliable, and communicative individual who is highly motivated to acquire new skills and knowledge in the yachting industry. He contributes to the Acapella crew with his diligence and strong commitment to delivering excellent service to guests.

To the most incredible chartered yacht: ACAPELLA. What can we say... We have had the most incredible week on Acapella with the bestest team. The attention you brought to us, in every single detail, let us sit back and relax. Every time one would ask for something, we would have it in the next ten. Captain, you definitely have the bestest team. The service on board is better than a 5-star hotel. The Chef made us the most delicious dishes and would make us what we wanted to eat when we wanted. Tom, Mat and Steve always reacted in a second when asked to go water-skiing, or “Can we have the black curtain taken off?!” Tommy was there for our safety and made sure that big anchor was stable. We wish him and his baby Leo the bestest luck for the upcoming heart operation. Ivan, Gaby and Anna—none of this would have been possible without you. You go far and beyond for your guests, always with a huge smile. Now I have kept the last for the best… Captain, your boat is a gem. Seeing how you constructed it, piece by piece, year after year, with a true passion.

Over the past ten days, all 12 of us feel like we have become part of your family. After our 2022 voyage, we never thought we could top that experience—but we did!! Your entire crew made our experience wonderful and priceless. You shared our laughs, you made us laugh even more, and we leave as happy as any one of us can imagine.
The boat, ports, water—everything was perfect. The meals, every single one, were fit for the best critics. What a great chef. Every time we moved about, it seemed like our rooms were made perfect again. Karaoke and movie nights were so much fun. The bar was perfect. Not a single request went unmet, and the wines were heavenly. We could not imagine a more relaxing, fun, and soul-soothing holiday. You have a very special family and crew.

EXTRA - APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 30% of the charter fee
To cover the following costs, but not limited to: fuel for the main engines and generators; fuel for tender and water sports equipment; food and beverages for the Charter Party; port fees; marina fees and anchorages; national park entrances; shipping agents’ fees; custom fees and charter licenses if cruising in Montenegro or Italy and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter such as but not limited to hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer's request; shoreside transport and excursions.

Nikša brings 17 years of continuous charter experience achieved by successfully running the Gulet Andeo alongside his brother, where they established a strong reputation for excellence. He possesses a great knowledge of sailing, and a passion for meeting people, and exploring new destinations. He holds the necessary Yacht Master degree and plans to stay with Acapella for the foreseeable future, indicating commitement and stability to the vessel. Active engagement, exceptional service, and communication is what makes him stand out. He goes above and beyond for his guests.Nikša speaks fluent English and basic Italian, facilitating easy communication with a diverse clientele.

Tomislav Gluncic
Tomislav Glunčić, the First Officer, is the indispensable co-pilot in the dynamic Glunčić duo, bringing 17 years of hands-on charter experience from the Gulet Andeo. His commitment to the maritime profession is formalized by his graduation from Maritime High School and his Yacht Master certificate. Tomislav’s expertise in sailing and dedication to customer service is complemented by a noted positive nature, which is key to maintaining the welcoming atmosphere on board. His long-term ambition is to stay with ACAPELLA, guaranteeing stability and consistent service quality for guests throughout their voyage.

Andrija Kacunko
Andrija Kacunko is a highly skilled Chef with over 15 years of hospitality experience. A graduate of the Tourist and Hospitality School in Split, his professional background includes advanced training in modern Mediterranean cuisine and internships at Michelin-starred restaurants such as Strelec and Dubravkin Put. Fluent in English, Andrija excels in high-level communication and team leadership, consistently focusing on delivering "value for money" through a professional and disciplined approach to service. Specializing in Mediterranean cuisine with a modern twist, his culinary style emphasizes premium, natural ingredients that are minimally yet precisely processed to retain their authentic character. Inspired by the minimalist and ingredient-driven philosophy of chefs like Andrea Bottura, he focuses on robust flavors and vibrant presentation. His extensive experience in diverse culinary outlets has refined his ability to anticipate guest preferences, ensuring a high-quality dining experience that aligns with the standards of a luxury yacht charter.

Marija Gabrijela Vukasovic
Gabrijela is a committed and resourceful member of the Acapella team, bringing a strong foundation in customer service to her role. Her previous professional experience, which includes high standards in laundry service, meticulous cleaning, and childcare, provides a solid basis for her meticulous attention to detail and service-oriented mindset. She is highly perceptive and socially aware, understanding the need for
flawless communication between guests and crew. Gabrijela is proficient in English and Italian. She actively seeks to advance and refine her skills within the yachting industry, guaranteeing a focused and dedicated approach to hospitality and meeting guests' needs.

Ivana Krajina
Ivana is a highly dedicated Stewardess who discovered her passion after formally pursuing Maritime Studies and Yacht Management. Her foundational experience includes two years working at Kamenar restaurant in Primošten, where she developed expertise in fine dining, wine service, and high standards of guest interaction. Having completed professional stewardess training, Ivana is defined by her genuine commitment to hospitality. She speaks German and understands Italian and Spanish, enabling flawless communication with international
clientele. Ivana is a friendly yet highly professional individual whose hard work and positive attitude have consistently provided exceptional care for ACAPELLA guests for many years.

Ana Milic
Ana is a highly dedicated Stewardess who has been an active member of the maritime industry since 2017, with a professional background in Accounting and Finance. Her core competencies include exceptional performance in housekeeping and stewarding, defined by strong attention to detail and a robust work ethic. Ana is focused on delivering reliable customer service and maintaining a discreet, unobtrusive, and homely atmosphere for guests. She possesses specific professional strengths in intuition, calmness, and reliability, ensuring a flexible and professional approach to operational requirements. Ana is committed to guest satisfaction and consistently prioritizes exceptional service.
DECKHAND
Domagoj Lazeta
Domagoj is a dedicated Deckhand focused on advancing his career within the large yacht sector, bringing prior experience from both motor yachts and cruise ships up to 100 ft. His lifelong passion for the sea, combined with years spent in operational roles (deck maintenance and tender driving), has refined his skills to a high standard. Domagoj is an excellent team worker, highly disciplined, and committed to continuous improvement. He is a fast learner and dedicated to progressing professionally within the deck department, ensuring efficient and disciplined vessel maintenance.
DECKHAND
Stipe Babic
Stipe was born in Switzerland, where he spent his childhood, and he continued his higher education in Croatia, qualifying in Construction and Surveying. Stipe worked for 6 years in his former profession before a new challenge and adventure called him - acareer at sea.
Stipe has always loved the sea, adventure, and travel - and working on a yacht provides all of this. Over the last 8 years, Stipe has built a
respectable reputation in the yachting industry, and his long-term goal is to become a Captain one day. Stipe is hard-working, knowledgeable, and contributes to the positive atmosphere aboard with his team spirit and personality. With Stipe, the comfort and safety of the guests always come first.

Matko Jelovic
Matko is deckhand who is concurrently studying at the Faculty of Traffic Sciences in Zagreb. He combines his studies with several years of experience gained within the hospitality industry. His career focus shifted to the maritime sector after a short, influential period working on a
motorsailer, where he developed an immediate dedication to deck operations. Matko is a hardworking, reliable, and communicative individual who is highly motivated to acquire new skills and knowledge in the yachting industry. He contributes to the Acapella crew with his diligence and strong commitment to delivering excellent service to guests.

We had adventures galore, magnificent feasts, magical nights of stars, karaoke and outdoor movies, tender rides to beautiful villages and were spoiled with comfy cabins of cool sheets, and knowing we were going to have dreams of experiences to come. To the most incredible chartered yacht: ACAPELLA. What can we say... We have had the most incredible week on Acapella with the bestest team. The attention you brought to us, in every single detail, let us sit back and relax. Every time one would ask for something, we would have it in the next ten. Captain, you definitely have the bestest team. The service on board is better than a 5-star hotel. The Chef made us the most delicious dishes and would make us what we wanted to eat when we wanted. Tom, Mat and Steve always reacted in a second when asked to go water-skiing, or “Can we have the black curtain taken off?!” Tommy was there for our safety and made sure that big anchor was stable. We wish him and his baby Leo the bestest luck for the upcoming heart operation. Ivan, Gaby and Anna—none of this would have been possible without you. You go far and beyond for your guests, always with a huge smile. Now I have kept the last for the best… Captain, your boat is a gem. Seeing how you constructed it, piece by piece, year after year, with a true passion.

Over the past ten days, all 12 of us feel like we have become part of your family. After our 2022 voyage, we never thought we could top that experience—but we did!! Your entire crew made our experience wonderful and priceless. You shared our laughs, you made us laugh even more, and we leave as happy as any one of us can imagine.
The boat, ports, water—everything was perfect. The meals, every single one, were fit for the best critics. What a great chef. Every time we moved about, it seemed like our rooms were made perfect again. Karaoke and movie nights were so much fun. The bar was perfect. Not a single request went unmet, and the wines were heavenly. We could not imagine a more relaxing, fun, and soul-soothing holiday. You have a very special family and crew.

- Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
- Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
- Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
- Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
- Operating expenses including: use of air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages
What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:
- Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
- Meals and beverages at restaurants and bars
- Rendezvous diving, ASA sailing certification courses and any other offshore excursions
- Premium wines and spirits

LOW SEASON: €92,000 per week
High season dates: June 22nd - August 27th
Low season dates: Until June 21st & from August 28th

APA - 30%
The charter fee includes: Accommodation for a maximum of 12 guests in 5 cabins, use of recreational equipment (SUP, kayak, donut, snorkeling gear), the crew of 9 and their expenses, insurance of the yacht, tourist taxes, and Wi-Fi.
EXTRA - APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 30% of the charter fee
To cover the following costs, but not limited to: fuel for the main engines and generators; fuel for tender and water sports equipment; food and beverages for the Charter Party; port fees; marina fees and anchorages; national park entrances; shipping agents’ fees; custom fees and charter licenses if cruising in Montenegro or Italy and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter such as but not limited to hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer's request; shoreside transport and excursions.
