Mike, is a proud Irish man bringing over ten years of yachting experience and a proactive, client-focused approach. A skilled navigator and problem-solver, Mike's credentials include a degree in Architecture, extensive maintenance expertise, and a deep understanding of guest hospitality. His career highlights span captaining busy charter boats in the Mediterranean, having spent 4 years in Spain and 3 years in the Ionian Sea on the helm of M/Y NIRVANA. Dedicated to delivering flawless charters, Mike’s commitment to excellence ensures unforgettable experiences for every guest aboard AT ONE. Outside of work Mike enjoys spending time exploring in his campervan and bikepacking across countries, sampling local food and wines.

Cameron Newton
Chef - British & South African
Cameron is a skilled and versatile chef with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences that balance creativity and authenticity. With a background in both yachting and restaurant fine dining, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and global culinary inspiration to every meal he prepares. His experience spans private and charter yachts, where he has catered to high-profile guests, consistently exceeding expectations with his refined plating, attention to detail, and ability to accommodate diverse dietary preferences. Holding certifications such as CTH Level 2 in Cookery Skills, HABC Level 2 in Food Safety, Yachtmaster Offshore, and a Navigational Watch Rating, Cameron is not only a talented chef but also a well-rounded crew member who understands the demands of life at sea. Whether he’s crafting fresh pasta, perfecting artisanal bread, or preparing gourmet multi-course meals, he thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

Casey-Jane Paehua
Chief steward/ess - New Zealand
Caisey, chief stewardess of AT ONE, was born in New Zealand and grew up in Australia. This is going to be her third year spent in the Ionian and with AT ONE's team. With a friendly and professional approach, Caisey is dedicated to ensuring every guest's experience is exceptional. She’s an all-rounder on board, known for her expertise in silver service, her passion for crafting creative cocktails, and her willingness to lend a hand on deck. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs make her an invaluable part of the team, ensuring every charter is seamless and unforgettable.

Jacob Babinski
Mate - Polish
Jacob Babinski, born in 1997 and raised in Greece, is a passionate sailor with a deep love for the sea. After completing two years of skipper training and graduating from a vocational training institute, Jacob began his career as a water ski and wakeboard instructor at the EverEden Beach Resort. He then expanded his maritime experience, working as a deckhand on sailing catamaran tours and as a day boat captain on rib boats in Santorini. He then moved on to a 100ft sailing yacht, where he captained a 37’ Axopar chase boat and served as a deckhand on the main yacht, followed by a similar position on charter M/Y NIRVANA, cruising the Ionian. Known for his dedication, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn, Jacob thrives as part of a high-performing team. In his downtime, he enjoys wakeboarding, water skiing, and winter sports. Fluent in English and proficient in Greek and Polish, Jacob brings a well-rounded skill set and positive energy to his role as Mate on AT ONE.

Olivia Brogan
Stewardess - New Zealand
Olivia is a dedicated and enthusiastic Stewardess from New Zealand with a strong hospitality background and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a 2nd Stewardess aboard the 55m charter sailing yacht Elena of London, she thrived in high-pressure environments, efficiently managing cabin preparation, meal service, and smooth guest transitions during turnarounds. Growing up along New Zealand’s coastline, she developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors, fitness, and adventure—qualities that shape her energetic and proactive approach to life on board. With certifications in food safety, barista skills, floristry, and wine appreciation, she is eager to continue expanding her expertise in the yachting industry while providing top-tier service.

Duje Madir
Chase Boat Captain - Croatian
Duje, born in 1998 in Croatia, is a passionate and dedicated maritime professional with a deep love for the open sea and a strong background as a yacht captain and deckhand. Highly adaptable and calm under pressure, he has extensive experience managing high-performance vessels and handling shipyard maintenance as a Chase Boat Captain in Saudi Arabia. His journey has taken him across the Mediterranean and beyond, serving aboard yachts like M/Y DB9 in Monaco, where he refined his skills in deck operations, navigation, and tender driving. Known for his hands-on approach and keen attention to detail, Duje is just as confident at the helm as he is maintaining a vessel to the highest standards. With a background in sports coaching and a degree in Kinesiology, he is a natural team player, making him a perfect fit for the crew on board AT ONE. His strong communication skills foster exceptional teamwork and top-tier service. Duje is multilingual, speaking Croatian, English, Italian, Bosnian, Serbian, Montenegrin, and Slovenian.
