Specialising in Mediterranean and international cuisine, she uses fresh ingredients to produce beautifully presented dishes tailored to individual preferences and dietary requirements. With excellent organisational skills and a meticulous approach to galley management, Konstantina consistently maintains the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and service on board. She holds a Yachtmaster Offshore certificate alongside a range of industry qualifications. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is dedicated to ensuring every guest aboard BESTIA enjoys an outstanding culinary journey throughout their charter.

Dimitris, born in 1984, is a highly skilled Chief Engineer with extensive expertise in marine engineering and yacht management. He boasts an impressive career, having served as an engineer on renowned yachts such as M/Y MOBIUS, M/Y MAESTRO, M/Y FUNKY CHOICE, and M/Y OKTANA, alongside experience on various commercial vessels. A graduate of the Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos with a degree in Marine Mechanics, Dimitris holds numerous certifications, including Engineer Class A, advanced tanker safety, and ship security officer qualifications. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, spending time by the sea, and maintaining an active lifestyle, and contributes her experience and welcoming approach to the interior team on board M/Y Bestia, helping create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests on board.

A graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos, he has gained hands-on experience as a 2nd Officer with TMS Cardiff Gas since 2021, where he consistently ensures zero observations during inspections. His early career included roles as a deck cadet on tankers and a barista, showcasing his adaptability and strong work ethic while balancing academic commitments. Known for his organizational skills, teamwork, and quick learning ability, Theofanis thrives in dynamic environments. Fluent in English and based in Athens, he brings a creative and people-focused approach to his work, with a love for traveling, photography, and outdoor activities like hiking and drone piloting.
