For over the last 20 years, Yiannis has been working as a professional skipper in both sailing and motor yachts in the Mediterranean (Italy, Croatia, Greece in particular) and the Caribbean (Dominican Republic), is a RYA/MCA Yachtmaster.
Yiannis is passionate about the sea and sailing; a true sea lover with two mottos: “Safety first” & “an amazing charter for Yiannis is made of a strong team of 4 professionals who works as one to provide you an exceptional service”.
He is an excellent trainer in both sailing and water ski, really dedicated to serving his co-sailors every single day.The great experience of him, has given the convenience and the pleasure to sail with guests at the most amazing and secret spots of Greek & Mediterranean seas! Vasiliki is an experienced deckhand and sailing instructor with an extensive background in sailing and yacht maintenance. Having worked as a sailing instructor at Nova, Volos, and a deckhand-stewardess on various catamarans, she excels in guest service, deck safety, and navigational assistance. She has participated in numerous yacht transfers and competitive sailing events, including the Hellenic Sailing Team and international sailing championships. Her certifications include a Skippers Open Sea Diploma, Speed Boat License, and First Aid Certificate. With years of experience in both charter and racing environments, she is a motivated team player with excellent problem-solving skills. She is fluent in Greek, Chinese, and English.

W-W-W-WOW – Totally amazed at God’s glorious creation of Greece! We had a beautiful time seeing so many pretty islands, getting to know the people of Greece and its history – so amazing! But the most special part of our trip was this yacht + its phenomenal crew! just fantastic. Kept us safe + we felt so secure with Captain! Our very very gifted chef– WOW! Every meal – over the top!! The best I’ve ever gotten to eat – no one can compete with her culinary skills!! The best! Then rest of crew were just so attentive to our every need – even before we knew we had a need! Just all of them so gifted in serving us! We are already planning on booking the Daiquiri in June of 2026 – we hope to have the same CREW!! We had an amazing week. Even though the weather was windy Captain's expertise saved the week and we had a fantastic vacation in beautiful spots around the Saronic, the service was exceptional, we were truly spoilt! Chef should win a prize with their amazing culinary skills! We tasted the most beautiful food and will miss them. It is very rare to find such happy crew. We would love to see you all next year!

Our 7 night stay this beautiful catamaran is an experience our family will cherish for a lifetime. From the moment we boarded everyone was welcoming, hospitable and polite. The service provided by Captain Evan and his crew was second to none. Chef Dimitris cooking was delicious & never failed to please. Chryssa's service throughout the day was impeccable and perfectly timed. Bill was always willing to help the children & change batteries for the scuba jet. Captain Evan's knowledge at the water vessel and islands was evident throughout our journey. The whole crew are brilliant & we cannot thank you enough for the experience. Thank you for being so caring! We will be sure to recommend Daiquiri to all our friends & family and we look forever to hopefully sailing with you again. YIASOU

What are "Med Rates" or "Med Terms?"
Med Term pricing is cost (cost of the boat) + VAT (country tax) + APA (operating and provisioning expenses). The cost is the weekly rate for the charter. The VAT and APA are calculated on the cost of the boat and paid in addition to that base price. The APA covers: fuel, water, food, licenses, alcohol, and any specific items you would like provided to you. APA money that is not used for provisioning would be reimbursed to you- or, if you spend over the amount, they would charge you. The Captain keeps track of expenses and would let you know if you’re reaching your APA limit. This is the industry standard for the region.
Caribbean Terms or Caribbean Inclusions refer to all-inclusive rates. These boats are typically catamarans and monohulls and are found in the Caribbean.
Most (but not all) motor-yachts and sailing vessels in the Med are Med Rate terms.
The yachts featured on our website will specifically state which type of pricing they offer.

W-W-W-WOW – Totally amazed at God’s glorious creation of Greece! We had a beautiful time seeing so many pretty islands, getting to know the people of Greece and its history – so amazing! But the most special part of our trip was this yacht + its phenomenal crew! just fantastic. Kept us safe + we felt so secure with Captain! Our very very gifted chef– WOW! Every meal – over the top!! The best I’ve ever gotten to eat – no one can compete with her culinary skills!! The best! Then rest of crew were just so attentive to our every need – even before we knew we had a need! Just all of them so gifted in serving us! We are already planning on booking the Daiquiri in June of 2026 – we hope to have the same CREW!! Thank you for sharing your gorgeous yacht so that everyone who sails on her can have a vacation of a lifetime!

We had an amazing week. Even though the weather was windy Captain's expertise saved the week and we had a fantastic vacation in beautiful spots around the Saronic, the service was exceptional, we were truly spoilt! Chef should win a prize with their amazing culinary skills! We tasted the most beautiful food and will miss them. It is very rare to find such happy crew. We would love to see you all next year!

Dear Daiquiri, we spend amazing 7 days around the beautiful Greece Islands. Our favourite dish: 2nd day fish and the lamb from the oven! The milk cake!

Our 7 night stay this beautiful catamaran is an experience our family will cherish for a lifetime. From the moment we boarded everyone was welcoming, hospitable and polite. The service provided by Captain Evan and his crew was second to none. Chef Dimitris cooking was delicious & never failed to please. Chryssa's service throughout the day was impeccable and perfectly timed. Bill was always willing to help the children & change batteries for the scuba jet. Captain Evan's knowledge at the water vessel and islands was evident throughout our journey. The whole crew are brilliant & we cannot thank you enough for the experience. Thank you for being so caring! We will be sure to recommend Daiquiri to all our friends & family and we look forever to hopefully sailing with you again. YIASOU

What are "Med Rates" or "Med Terms?"
Med Term pricing is cost (cost of the boat) + VAT (country tax) + APA (operating and provisioning expenses). The cost is the weekly rate for the charter. The VAT and APA are calculated on the cost of the boat and paid in addition to that base price. The APA covers: fuel, water, food, licenses, alcohol, and any specific items you would like provided to you. APA money that is not used for provisioning would be reimbursed to you- or, if you spend over the amount, they would charge you. The Captain keeps track of expenses and would let you know if you’re reaching your APA limit. This is the industry standard for the region.
Caribbean Terms or Caribbean Inclusions refer to all-inclusive rates. These boats are typically catamarans and monohulls and are found in the Caribbean.
Most (but not all) motor-yachts and sailing vessels in the Med are Med Rate terms.
The yachts featured on our website will specifically state which type of pricing they offer.
