Holding an Unlimited OOW license and extensive training in GMDSS operations, firefighting, ECDIS, and safety management, Dimitri has served as 3rd Officer on large tanker vessels where he oversaw critical safety procedures and navigational duties with precision and professionalism. With a calm, guest-oriented mindset shaped by his island upbringing, he blends maritime discipline with hospitality flair—ensuring both seamless operations and an elevated guest experience. His additional background in customer service, tender driving, and watersports handling makes him a versatile and proactive presence on board. Chef Anastasios brings world-class culinary expertise and a refined palate to M/Y Endless Summer. A graduate of the Alpine Center – The Swiss Business School for Culinary Arts, he combines technical precision with creative flair, offering guests bespoke menus tailored to a wide range of dietary preferences including Mediterranean, French, vegan, keto, low-fat, and diabetic-friendly cuisine. His impressive background includes positions in some of the world’s most acclaimed kitchens, such as Chef de Partie at Michelin-starred restaurants Le Gavroche, The Ledbury, Gordon Ramsay, and Pied à Terre in London. He has also served as Executive Chef at La Maltese Estate and as Sous Chef at the prestigious Amanzoe Hotel in Porto Heli, Greece. In the yachting industry, Chef Anastasios has worked on M/Y Inspiration and M/Y Almyra II. Additionally, he has extensive experience in high-end private dining and exclusive events, consistently delivering exceptional cuisine with elegant presentation, flawless execution, and a focus on sourcing seasonal and local ingredients. He is fluent in Greek, English, and German, and holds certifications including a Level 2 Award in Safety in Catering (UK) and a Certificate in Meat Handling, Deboning, and Filleting (Davoutis S.A., Athens). Her career includes key roles on both sailing and motor yachts, such as Anasa and MY Arcelia, where she delivered high-end guest service, interior care, and deck support. Rimma is known for her warm demeanor, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills, cultivated through years in customer service and refined through her experience with discerning international clientele. With certifications including STCW, a speedboat license, and a Seafarer’s Medical Certificate, she brings a well-rounded, safety-conscious, and service-driven approach to every charter. Bosun Nicolas transitioned to the yachting industry in 2010, bringing a diverse background in hospitality and tourism. With experience as a hotel manager, bartender, and sommelier, along with Silver Service training, he's well-equipped for his role. Nicolas excels in team leadership, motivation, and upskilling, demonstrating strong management abilities and adeptness in yacht maintenance. Outside of work, he embraces an active lifestyle, enjoying basketball, gym sessions, fishing, and billiards in his free time.

Since joining the yachting industry in 2018, he has developed strong skills in deck maintenance, line handling, mooring operations, and water sports assistance.
