Emmanouil is the right hand of the captain he has loved the sea since he was a child and it is his dream job to be near to her all the time. One of his characteristics is that he is very kind and helpful his 1st priority is guests to have fun. He is a team player so he cooperates smoothly with all the team. In his spare time he loves to go swimming.

Chef Panagiotis is one of a kind ,He always smiles and he has great energy and enthusiasm as he loves what he is doing, hos dream was to be chef since he was young. Although he is young he has great experience in restaurants , hotels , yacht 10 years now so he knows what he is doing. He really like to experiment with new dishes and tastes. Panagiotis is very organized and clean in the kitchen and this reflects to his dishes that are like paintings. In his pare time he likes to experiment with new flavors travelling, when he has time and swimming.
